Presenta una propuesta de anteproyecto de finca agro-eco turística en la comunidad Los Pinos, Municipio de San Ramón, departamento de Matagalpa que permita el aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales que posee el sitio donde se pretende llevar a cabo el proyecto, con el fin de generar ingresos adicionales, nuevas fuentes de empleo además de impulsar y promover el turismo en dicho sitio

[ES] En los últimos años ha habido un renovado interés por el interior doméstico que coloca el tema de la vivienda y las nuevas formas de habitar en el centro del debate disciplinar. La vivienda contemporánea debe ser capaz de albergar los diversos modos de vivir que van apareciendo en las sociedades del siglo XXI y debe ser capaz de adaptarse a los cambios que se generan constantemente. La solución para afrontar la diversidad de tipos de viviendas radica en desarrollar mecanismos de flexibilidad. En este sentido encontramos estructuras blandas como el mobiliario, paneles móviles, paneles corredizos o plegadizos que, por su disposición, dimensión, escala, ubicación y función, configuran el espacio interior como reflejo de las formas de habitar, pensar y ocupar el espacio. Esto no solo tiene que ver con la inserción de objetos dentro de un contenedor, sino que está vinculado con temas relacionados a la versatilidad del espacio, entendida como la capacidad de absorber las demandas específicas y satisfacer las necesidades del usuario en cada momento de su vida. Sin embargo, estas estructuras blandas han sido entendidas habitualmente como objetos desligados de la arquitectura, a pesar de que permiten la apropiación y configuración del espacio por parte del habitante, adaptándolo a las necesidades concretas de sus circunstancias vitales. Es por ello, que este trabajo se centra en el estudio del muro como elemento útil y equipado, capaz de generar estrategias que puedan ayudar a dar respuesta a los distintos modos de habitar en la ciudad consolidada, es decir generar estrategias susceptibles de adaptarse al rápido paso del tiempo y a los cambios vitales de los usuarios a través del diseño adecuado. Para esto se hace un repaso histórico de la evolución del muro útil y equipado en la configuración del espacio doméstico y se estudian distintos mecanismos empleados en una recopilación de casos en viviendas contemporáneas, que utilizan el muro como dispositivo arquitectónico que configura el espacio a la vez que afecta categórica, formal y funcionalmente al habitar y hace posible el desenvolvimiento de las actividades y acciones humanas en la vida contemporánea.[EN] Recently, there has been a renewed interest in interior space that places the question of housing and new ways of living at the centre of the debate. Contemporary housing must be able to take into account the various ways of living that are appearing in 21st-century societies and must have the ability to adapt to the changes that are constantly generated. The solution to deal with housing diversity lies in developing a flexibility mechanism. In this way, we can find structures such as furniture and sliding, folding, or mobile panels that, due to their arrangement, scale, location, and function shape the space as a reflection of the ways of living and thinking about space. It's not just about arranging objects inside a container, but rather it is linked to the versatility of the space. Being able to understand the ability to absorb specific demands and satisfy the needs of all users at every moment of their lives. However, these structures have usually been understood as objects unrelated to architecture, despite the fact that they shape the space by the inhabitant, allowing for the adaptation to the specific needs of their circumstances. For this reason, this research focuses on the study of the wall as a useful and equipped element, capable of generating strategies to respond to the different ways of living in a developed city. Generating strategies that can be adapted to the rapid passage of time and to the vital changes of users through the appropriate design. Consequently, a historical review of the evolution of the useful and equipped wall in the configuration of the domestic space and different mechanisms used in a collection of cases in contemporary homes are studied. This shows the wall as an architectural device that shapes the space and affects categorically and functionally how we live and makes possible the development of human activities in contemporary life.Bariswyl Mairena, C.
