Mining is an activity that focuses on extracting minerals and other mining materials from the earth. Mining itself is a series of processes for taking materials that can be removed from the earth. One of the mines that are commonly found around the community is the Mining C mine, minerals (mining materials) which are not included in the category of strategic minerals (A), and the group of vital minerals (B), which is regulated in PP No. 27 of 1980. The method used in this research is a doctrinal (normative) approach, because in this research it essentially examines the law which is conceptualized as a norm or rule that applies in society, and becomes a reference for the behavior of every person. descriptive. Diversity of Shrub Plants in Kapas Biru Waterfall Lumajang District of East Java
The high diversity of plant species makes the Kapas Biru Waterfall a suitable area of tourism, research and other related activities. The plant species in this area are mostly seed plants and shrub. The shrub is a tree-like plant but with shorter and smaller main stem. The woody stems alsobranching near the surface of the soil. The aim of this research was to find out the species of shrub plants in the area of Kapas Biru Waterfall. This descriptive explorative research was conducted to systematically, factually and accurately describe and interpret the data of shrub seed plants in the area of Kapas Biru Waterfall. The study was conducted from April to May 2017. The research design included the selection of research sites, sampling and drawing, and plant identification stages.Samples were collected using total explore sampling method. Research result showed that there are 562 shrub plants in Kapas Biru Waterfall. They consist of 19 species incorporated in 11 families. Those family are Asparagaceae, Rutaceae, Asteraceae, Euphorbiaceae, Oleaceae, Arecaceae, Verbenaceae, Rubiaceae, Melastomataceae, Solanaceae, and Araliaceae.

Direct Method to Solve Differential-Algebraic Equations by Using the Operational Matrices of Chebyshev Cardinal Functions
A new and effective direct method to determine the numerical
solution of linear and nonlinear differential-algebraic equations
(DAEs) is proposed. The method consists of expanding the required approximate
solution as the elements of Chebyshev cardinal functions. The
operational matrices for the integration and product of the Chebyshev
cardinal functions are presented. A general procedure for forming these
matrices is given. These matrices play an important role in modelling of
problems. By using these operational matrices together, a differentialalgebraic
equation can be transformed to a system of algebraic equations.

Komunikasi Multikultural Kehidupan Bertetangga di Kabupaten Banyumas
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan situasi multikultur dan problem-problem yang dihadapi masyarakat bertetangga di salah satu rukun tetangga di Kabupaten Banyumas. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis dan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa individu-individu dalam memahami di mana mereka hidup dan bekerja dikembangkan dari makna-makna subyektif yang berasal dari pengalaman diri mereka sendiri dan interaksinya dengan pengalaman individu lain yang juga memaknai diri mereka sendiri. Namun demikian, faktor eksternal/isu publik terkait politik identitas turut memengaruhi kehidupan multikultural bertetangga. Komunikasi multikultural yang terjadi dalam dialog subyektif diri dan faktor eksternal menghasilkan transformasi dan perubahan budaya meski pada skala kecil. Meskipun terjadi persilangan saat “pilkada DKI dan “pilpres” namun 2-3 tahun setelah momentum tersebut masyarakat bertetangga di wilayah penelitian kembali menjalani hidup seperti biasa. Benturan yang terjadi dalam perjalanan waktu pada akhirnya berproses tanpa henti menciptakan cara baru dalam bergaul sesama tetangga
