Mise en relation de l’aventure de Sancho Panza dans sa fosse après Barataria et de l’histoire du détrônement et de la pénitence du roi Rodrigue (ch. lv de la seconde partie de Don Quichotte —et quelques chapitres antérieurs— et Romancero de Rodrigo). Cervantès semble établir des correspondances entre Sancho et Rodrigo (avec des citations textuelles et des parallélismes de situation), mais c’est pour mieux les différencier.In this article, we seek to put into perspective the adventure of Sancho Panza in the ravine after Barataria in comparison with the defeat and the penitence of the king Rodrigo. We have based the study on chapter lv of the second part of Don Quijote —and also on some earlier chapters— and on our knowledge of the Romancero of Rodrigo. It seems that Cervantes establishes correspondences between Sancho and Rodrigo (with citations and parallelisms in the situations), but this done in order to highlight the contrasting features.Puesta en relación de la aventura de Sancho Panza en la sima después de Barataria y de la historia del destronamiento y penitencia del rey Rodrigo (capítulo lv de la segunda parte de Don Quijote —y en unos capítulos anteriores— y Romancero del rey Rodrigo).
