    The study aimed to analyze the perceptions of the doctors of Hermina Hospital Bogor on BPJS health service quality and satisfaction level of the national health insurance program and to analyze the effects of service quality on the doctors\u27 satisfaction. Questionnaires were utilized to obtain the primary data, while literature reviews were conducted to obtain the secondary data. The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this research, in reference to the descriptive analysis of the perceptions of the doctors in Hermina Hospital Bogor on satisfaction and quality service of the National Health Insurance program, indicated that the program is considered unsuitable in its implementation. The results of multiple regression showed that the variables of BPJS service quality have influences on the satisfaction of the doctors of Hermina Hospital Bogor.     Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan terhadap Kinerja UMKM

    Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif . Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non-probability sampling jenis sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah responden yang diteliti sebanyak 35 orang. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan t-hitung lebih besar daripada t-hitung (5,725>2,035) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian koefisien determinasi, literasi keuangan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja sebesar 49,8% sedangkan 50,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. literasi keuangan pada UMKM anggota binaan PPKM untuk wilayah Rancaekek dan Cileunyi termasuk dalam kategori tidak baik.     Mangifera indica (Amra), family Anacardiaceae, a large plant found wild or semi- wild nearly throughout India in tropical and sub-tropical hilly forests. Commonly it is cultivated throughout the country for its fruits and is widely used in folk and Ayurvedic system of medicine. Various parts of plant contain mangiferine, amino acid, gallotannin, gallic acid, m-digallic acid, ethylgallate, isoquercetinquercetin and β – sitosterol, fat, calcium, protein and tannic acid. Therapeutic indications of Mangifera indica  mentioned in Ayuvedic classical texts are Vaman (vomiting), Atisar (diarrhea), Hridadaha (heart burn), Raktasrava, Bhagnasandhana, Yoni roga etc, whereas from modern point of view it has Antibacterial, Anti-fungal, Antiviral, Antioxidant, Antipyretic and Antiamoebic properties.     The main aim of this study was to screen the root morphology and root characters of different cocoa types at 100 and 50 percent field capacity under water deficit condition at seedling stage. A survey was conducted at Idukki region of Kerala, India and twenty seven plus trees were identified. These twenty seven plus trees were screened for water stress tolerance under glasshouse condition by gravimetric method. With respect to the performance of plus trees, root length under 50% field capacity got increased to 21.15 cm as against 20.51 cm in 100 per cent field capacity. Fresh root weight and dry root weight substantially got increased under water stress. The average root girth of 27 plus trees got increased in stressed condition from 3.70 cm to 3.88 cm. The root volume also followed the same trend (47.28 as against 45.96). The percent of nitrogen is 1.37 in 50 per cent field capacity as against 1.63 in 100 per cent field capacity. The percentage of phosphorous decreased to 0.16 under 50 per cent field capacity as against 0.37 in 100 per cent field capacity. Similarly the percentage of potassium also showed a decreasing trend (1.27 % under 100 % field capacity to 1.06 % under 50 % field capacity). In the present investigation, under water stress condition the root length, number of roots, fresh weight of root and dry weight of root tends to increase compared to the 100 per cent field capacity, indicating the morphological adaptations of roots to survive under water stress condition.
