A Study of Job Satisfaction in Employees working with Fast Food Chains in India with special reference to fast food outlets in Bhopal
It is the era of immense competition amongst various organizations working and surviving under this extremely competitive world itself has become a challenge for employees. It is an evident fact that no organization can work efficiently if its employees aren’t dedicated enough towards achieving its goals. This research covers the rapidly growing fast food industry in India which includes several international food chains. Though organized Fast Food chains fall under hospitality industry but considering the demand and service structure they are termed as Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs). According to a research by CRISIL the fast food market is estimated to grow up to Rs 70 billion in India by the year 2016. The reason for this extreme growth in India can be claimed as growth in purchasing power of people, globalization, rise of nuclear families and changing lifestyles. With regular challenge of providing quick and satisfactory service to the customers, it must be interesting to study how much heed is paid towards employee satisfaction by a management with tremendous focus on customer satisfaction. STRATEGI PEMASARAN GAS ELPIJI DALAM MENINGKATKAN JUMLAH PENJUALAN TABUNG ELPIJI KEMASAN 5,5 KG & 12 KG (Studi Kasus Pangkalan Gas Elpiji di Kota Palembang)
Increasing the cost of 3 kg LPG gas subsidy by the government causes the government to
issue a policy of issuing non-subsidized LPG gas products that is 5.5 kg packaging in
addition to the existing 12 kg packaging. With the policy of Pertamina obliges LPG bases 3
kg subsidy to sell packaging product 5,5 kg and 12 kg. But the circumstances that occur
indicate that the consumption of packaging 5.5 kg and 12 kg is not too high so there is a
strategy to sell it.
The purpose ofthis research is to make the marketing strategy ofLPG gas in increasing the
sales amount of LPG tubes packing 5.5 kg and 12 kg.
The research method used is descriptive qualitative, by using SWOT analysis tool. The
research respondents are 3 kg LPG bases which also sell LPG packing 5.5 kg and 12 kg.
Based on the results ofresearch strategy that can be used is the product that is by combining
gas sales 3 kg and 5,5 kg / 12 kg in a small industry consumer, promotion that is by doing
socialization about profit obtained by using pack 5.5 kg / 12 kg from On using packaging 3
kg and place that is by closer to the consumer. As for the pricing strategy is not used because
it can not give impact to household consumers or small industries.

Kidney and Liver Function Parameters in Alloxan-Induced Diabetic Rats Treated with Aloe Barbadensis Juice Extract
Aloe barbadensis juice extract has been reported to possess hypoglycaemic property but the effects of its use on kidney and liver functions in diabetic animals have not been well investigated. This study investigated some biochemical parameters in the liver and kidney of alloxan-induced diabetic rats treated with Aloe barbadensis juice extract. Alloxan-induced diabetic rats were administered orally with Aloe barbadensis juice extract for seven days after which some biochemical indices in the serum, liver and kidney were measured and compared with the control. Serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), urea and creatinine of untreated diabetic group and treated diabetic groups were significantly elevated when compared with the normal control group with no significant changes in the levels of the enzymes in the liver and kidney. There were no significant changes (p>0.05) in the serum levels of Na+ and K+ in untreated diabetic group and treated diabetic groups when compared with the normal control rats which are not diabetic. These results suggest that administration of aqueous extract of Aloe barbadensis to diabetic rats did not have any adverse effect on the liver and kidney functions in rats showing that the extract is not toxic to man.

Geochemical Characterization of Groundwater in the Confined and Unconfined Aquifers of the Northern Italy
Having an accurate and easily accessible geochemical database is crucial for a correct groundwater management. Here, for the first time in Italy, chemico-physical data of groundwater collected by different Environmental Protection Agencies during the 2018 were integrated into a single database to assess the geochemical status of a wide and complex aquifer system. Data were assembled, reformatted, corrected, homogenized, and then grouped according to the aquifer type (phreatic, semi-confined, and confined) and the sampling seasons. A total of 3671 validated samples were classified into hydrochemical facies; inorganic N compounds and trace elements were also evaluated. The water were classified mainly as Ca-HCO3 and Ca-Mg-HCO3 (90%); locally, Na-HCO3, Mg-HCO3, Ca-SO4, Na-Cl, and Ca-Cl types were detected. In the phreatic aquifers, NO3 contamination and high concentrations of Na+, K+, and NH4+ were found and linked to anthropogenic sources, such as agricultural and livestock activities. Along the Adriatic coast, Na-Cl water confirmed saltwater intrusion phenomena. Landward, evaporitic rocks dissolution, and the upconing of relict marine water explained high EC, Na+, K+, Cl-, and SO42- concentrations. The dissolution of Fe-Mn oxide-hydroxides coupled with organic carbon oxidation under reducing environment justified high NH4+, Fe, Mn, and As recorded in the semi-confined and confined aquifers
