Abstract : Health information system is an information management at all levels of government systematically for service delivery to the public. Legislation that mentions the health information system is Kepmenkes No. 004/Menkes/SK/I/2003 on the policy and strategy of decentralization in health and Kepmenkes No. 932/Menkes/SK/VIII/2002 on the implementation of the instructions of health information reporting system development district / the city. It's just the two of contents Kepmenkes contains weaknesses which are both just looked at the health information system from the point of the field of health management, do not utilize state of the art technology and no information relating to the national information system. Information and communication technology are also not yet elaborated so that the data presented are not appropriate and not timely. Based on the background of the problem, it can be argued formulation of the problem "How Ability Health Workers In SIK in PHC Sulamadaha Management District of Ternate Island" viewed from the aspect of education and training, motivation, and work experience. Sampling Assistance Using the Poct Cholesterol Tool for Patients with Diabetes Mellitus in the Working Area of Puskesmas Ome

Diabetes has now become the seventh cause of death in all age groups in Indonesia. There is a tendency for non-communicable diseases such as Diabetes Mellitus (DM) to increase. This is due to unhealthy lifestyle behaviors that continue to develop in society. DM patients have the potential to suffer various complications if their glucose levels are not controlled. The rapid pace of technology has caused many laboratory equipment manufacturers to create a tool that can be used by both the health community and the non-health community. However, in preparing samples for examination, a phlebotomy technique is needed. Poor phlebotomy technique will affect the examination results issued by the portable device. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and health checks related to sampling using a poct cholesterol tool for people with Diabetes Mellitus in the Work Area of the Ome Health Center. The methods used in this community service are lectures, question and answer and health checks, practicum (demonstrations), posttests and monitoring evaluations which are carried out 2 weeks later. The results of this community service resulted in the ability to use the POCT tool independently

Experimental Study on Autogenous TIG Welding of Mild Steel Material Using Lathe Machine

Tungsten Inert Gas welding (TIG) is additionally called Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), is a kind of advance arc welding process which become a popular choice when a weld of high level quality or considerable precision welding is needed. However, the key issues of TIG welding process are its slow welding speed and restricted to lower thickness material in single pass. In this work, autogenous Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding has been performed with the help of lathe machine on 5 millimeter thick AISI 1020 mild steel plate without using any kind of filler material. Here a wide range of welding current and scan speed has been tested for getting a full penetration type welding. Activated flux has additionally been accustomed to improve the weld depth. After performing the welding by maintaining completely different gap between plates to be welded, tensile strength and weld bead geometry of the weld has been investigated here. It is noted that, with the help of maintaining a suitable gap full penetration welding of the plate can be done which gives strength almost similar to the base material

Alih Kode dan Campur Kode Masyarakat Multilingual di Desa Loid Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan

Abstrak: Masyarakat tutur di Desa Loid Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan, Provinsi Maluku Utara, merupakan masayarakat multilingual yang terbuka untuk berhubugan dengan masayarakat tutur lain. Dalam kesehariannya, mereka melakukan kontak bahasa atau beralih kode dan campu kode. Dua peristiwa tersebut, menarik karena alih kode dan campur kode biasa terjadi hanya antar dua bahasa (bilingual) tetapi untuk kajian ini terjadi pada 6 bahasa dalam sebuah kampung kecil (kampong multilingual) yaitu: Bahasa Makean Timur (BMT), Bahasa Makean Barat (BMB), Bahasa Tobelo Galela (TOGALE), Bahasa Ternate, Bahasa Tidore, dan Bahasa Melayu Ternate. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik simak, catat, dan rekam. Melalui teknik ini, peneliti berupaya memperoleh data komunikasi lisan, dalam hal ini bersifat aktif. Selain itu, wawancara mendalam (in depth interview) digunakan oleh peneliti untuk menemukan data. Saat ini, ada enam bahasa digunakan secara beralih kode dan campur kode di Desa Loid Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan, Provinsi Maluku Utara. Keenam bahasa tersebut adalah Bahasa Makean Timur, Bahasa Makean Barat, Bahasa Tobelo Galela (TOGALE), Bahasa Ternate, Bahasa Tidore, dan Bahasa Melayu Ternate. Peristiwa ini, didominasi Bahasa Melayu Ternate, setelah itu Bahasa Makean Timur. Ini memberi isyarat bahwa kelima bahasa daerah di kampung multilingual ini sudah mulai bergeser ke Bahasa Melayu Ternate (BMT) sebagai lingua frangca. Aging of the Nonlinear Optical Susceptibility of colloidal solutions

Using Z-scan and dynamic light scattering measurements we investigate the nonlinear optics response of a colloidal solution undergoing dynamics slowing down with age. We study the high optical nonlinearity of an organic dye (Rhodamine B) dispersed in a water-clay (Laponite) solution, at different clay concentrations (2.0 wt% - 2.6 wt%), experiencing the gelation process. We determine the clay platelets self diffusion coefficient and, by its comparison with the structural relaxation time, we conclude that the gelation process proceeds through the structuring of interconnecting clay platelets network rather than through clusters growth and aggregation.Comment: 4 figures, 4 page

Diagnosing computer hardware failures using expert system (rule-based technique)

This on-going study introduces a method that reduces the problems in diagnosing computer hardware failures. An expert intelligent system using the rule-based technique is introduced to diagnose computer hardware failures. The user or computer technician does not need to check parts of the computer hardware individually. They just need to key-in parts of the computer hardware and the symptoms into the system, and then it will diagnose the computer hardware failure. The development of the diagnosed computer hardware failure diagnosis using the rule-based technique is based on the expert system development methodology that consists of eight stages; Research and Review, Conceptualisation, Problem Assessment, Knowledge Acquisition and Analysis, Design and Implementation, Testing, Documentation and Management. The system will display the possible causes and suggest a solution. The rules of the proposed expert system are in the form of if-then statements. The rule-based system itself uses a simple technique and it starts with a rule-based, which contains all of the appropriate knowledge encoded into If-Then rules.
