    Implementation of program ekonomi kerakyatan in fisheries Kabupaten Kampar 2011-2013, the providence of rolling fund in Desa Koto Mesjid encounter some problem, one of them is the process of fund return of the rolling fund that is not coherse with the villagers expectation. The goal of the spirit of implementation of program ekonomi kerakyatan that point to Tri Sukses that is, success in the distribution, success in the achievement, and success in the return. This is the reason that i become interested to study in my research. The main problem in my research is why the implementation of program ekonomi kerakyatan in fisheries, providence of the rolling fund in Desa Koto Mesjid Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar still not implemented effectively.The goal of this research is to understand the process mechanism of the implementation of the program ekonomi kerakyatan in fisheries Kabupaten Kampar 2011-2013, providence of rolling fund in Desa Koto Mesjid, and than to analize the implementation of program ekonomi kerakyatan in fisheries, and than study about the obstacle in the implementation. This research is done in Desa Koto Mesjid Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar Kabupaten Kampar. This research is using quantitative research metode with descriptive metode in collecting data. Researcher using the method of interview, observation, and dokumentation with a key informan as the main resource of information and using multiple question to the informan with observing the fenomenon that exist in the legality of the datas.Based in the research that is concluded that the process of the implementation and the obstacle in program ekonomi kerakyatan in fisheries Kabupaten kampar 2011-2013, providence of the rolling fund is not implemented efectively and not coherse with the guide provided in Peraturan Bupati Nomor 7 Tahun 2013 about the guide of the implementation of the rolling fund program ekonomi kerakyatan kabupaten kampar.Keywords : Program Ekonomi Kerakyatan, Providence of the rolling fund, Fisheries Agency Kabupaten Kampar

    The increasing number of urban population , standard of living and well-being aswell as the provision of goods demanded the need for better transportationfacilities and can ensure the safety of the public. Means is meant a roadworthiness of vehicles operating on the road. Airworthiness of the vehicle can bemeasured by testing vehicles, motor vehicle testing itself is implemented in orderto ensure the safety, environmental sustainability , and public services. This studyaims to analyze the function of monitoring the Department of Transportation inthe city of Pekanbaru communication information airworthiness testing andtroubleshooting the vehicle owner that the vehicle does not intentionally performfeasibility testing . This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru, which isthe key informants in this study is Section Head of Supervision and, Head ofTechnical Implementation Vehicle unit Inspection Department of Transportation,Head of Sub Division of Administration Technical Implementation Unit of theDepartment of Transportation Vehicle Inspection, Goods and car ownersthemselves. In addition to the findings of this study is the presence of around10,268 goods vehicles were not roadworthy operating. In collecting the dataobtained from the documentation and documentation - depth interviews withinformants. Once the data is collected and then analyzed using qualitativedescriptive analysis.From the results of this study concluded that the lack of awareness of the driver /owner of the vehicle to perform feasibility testing of vehicles, as well as weakoversight functions run by the Department of Transportation in the city ofPekanbaru to communication information truck which does not test the feasibilityof the vehicle. It required an increase in motor vehicles compulsory supervisionfunction tests, both on the road and on the other by means of surveillance andpersuasive repressive action against the suspected vehicle airworthiness way.Keywords: Controlling, Coordination, and Punishmen

    Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Kue Semprong (Kasippi) di Mega Rezky Skala Rumah Tangga Desa Lagi-Agi Kecamatan Campalagian Kabupaten Polewali Mandar

    Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Usaha Mega Rezky, yang terletak di Desa Lagi-Agi. Kecamatan Campalagian, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar yang berlangsung selama 3 bulan yaitu bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan Maret 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pendapatan yang diterima serta untuk mengetahui nilai R/C Ratio yang diperoleh dari USAha pembuatan Kue Semprong(kasippi). Penentuan lokasi penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive Sampling yaitu tehnik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. metode yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara (dengan Quesioner yang telah disiapkan), dan dokumentasi. Dilanjutkan dengan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif untuk menentukan berapa besar pendapatan dan nilai R/C Ratio yang diperoleh dari USAha pembuatan kue semprong(kasippi) yang dijalankan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendapatan selama satu tahun yang diperoleh dari USAha pembuatan kue semprong(kasippi) adalah sebesar Rp. 40.866.390,- dari total penerimaan sebesar Rp. 124.560.000,- dan total biaya sebesar Rp. 83.693.610,- sedangkan nilai R/C Ratio yang diperoleh sebesar Rp. 1,48 artinya setiap penambahan biaya Rp. 1,- maka akan memperoleh penerimaan sebesar Rp. 1.48,- sehingga USAha pembuatan kue semprong (kasippi) layak (untung) sehingga dapat dijalankan dan dikembangkan

    Applicability of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network/Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer Guidelines for Prevention and Management of Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting in Southeast Asia: A Consensus Statement.

    A meeting of regional experts was convened in Manila, Philippines, to develop a resource-stratified chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) management guideline. In patients treated with highly emetogenic chemotherapy in general clinical settings, triple therapy with a serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine-3 [5-HT3]) antagonist (preferably palonosetron), dexamethasone, and aprepitant is recommended for acute CINV prevention. In resource-restricted settings, triple therapy is still recommended, although a 5-HT3 antagonist other than palonosetron may be used. In both general and resource-restricted settings, dual therapy with dexamethasone (days 2 to 4) and aprepitant (days 2 to 3) is recommended to prevent delayed CINV. In patients treated with moderately emetogenic chemotherapy, dual therapy with a 5-HT3 antagonist, preferably palonosetron, and dexamethasone is recommended for acute CINV prevention in general settings; any 5-HT3 antagonist can be combined with dexamethasone in resource-restricted environments. In general settings, for the prevention of delayed CINV associated with moderately emetogenic chemotherapy, corticosteroid monotherapy on days 2 and 3 is recommended. If aprepitant is used on day 1, it should be continued on days 2 and 3. Prevention of delayed CINV with corticosteroids is preferred in resource-restricted settings. The expert panel also developed CINV management guidelines for anthracycline plus cyclophosphamide combination schedules, multiday cisplatin, and chemotherapy with low or minimal emetogenic potential, and its recommendations are detailed in this review. Overall, these regional guidelines provide definitive guidance for CINV management in general and resource-restricted settings. These consensus recommendations are anticipated to contribute to collaborative efforts to improve CINV management in Southeast Asia

    An Internet-based blood pressure monitoring system for patients

    We developed a personal blood pressure monitoring system for patients with hypertension or hypotension. The system can be used to measure a patient's blood pressure at home and to transmit the data automatically to a hospital database via the Internet. The accuracy of blood pressure readings using the system was assessed by comparison with readings from a standard digital sphygmomanometer in four subjects. The measurement error for the systolic readings was 1.7-2.7% and for the diastolic readings 2.7-3.2%. The system therefore appears to be a promising means of assessing blood pressure remotely

    Studi Rip Current Di Pantai Selatan YOGYAKARTA

    Berdasarkan data Statistik Kepariwisataan 2013 dari Dinas Pariwisata D.I Yogyakarta terdapat sepuluh pantai yang menjadi tujuan utama wisata sepanjang tahun 2012. Tujuan wisata pantainya yaitu Pantai Trisik, Pantai Samas, Pantai Depok, Pantai Parangtritis, Pantai Baron, Pantai Kukup, Pantai Krakal, Pantai Pulangsawal (Indrayanti), Pantai siung, dan Pantai Wediombo. Rip current adalah arus yang bergerak dari pantai menuju ke laut yang dapat terjadi setiap hari dengan kondisi bervariasi mulai dari yang kecil, pelan dan tidak berbahaya, sampai arus yang dapat menyeret orang ke tengah laut dan dibangun oleh hubungan antara gelombang yang datang menuju pantai dan kondisi morfologi pantai. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lokasi kemunculan rip current di pantai selatan Yogyakarta, serta korelasi antara tipe gelombang pecah dan morfologi pantai yang mencetuskan terjadinya rip current. Materi yang dijadikan objek studi pada penelitian ini adalah rip current, tipe gelombang pecah dan morfologi pantai. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan lokasi kemunculan rip current terdapat pada setiap pantai pasir di Yogyakarta. Pada pantai pasir yang berbentuk teluk lokasi kemunculan rip current terdapat pada kedua ujung teluk, sedangkan pada pantai pasir yang berbentuk lurus (straight) kemunculan rip current berasosiasi dengan beach cups. Terdapat dua jenis pantai diselatan Yogyakarta yaitu pantai tebing berbatu dan pantai pasir dengan kategori kemiringan landai sampai curam. Kecepatan rip current yang diukur di sepuluh titik pengukuran berkisar diantara 0,08 m/s sampai dengan 1 m/s. Korelasi antara kecepatan rip current dan kemiringan pantai berbanding lurus dengan hubungan yang sangat erat. Tipe gelombang pecah yang terdapat pada semua pantai pasir dari bulan Januari sampai bulan Oktober adalah tipe plunging

    The calculation of heat load should be carried out before planning an air conditioning system in a room. This is necessary due to the capacity of head load greatly affect the capacity of required cooling capacity so that comfort can be obtained. Based on the electrical monthly account in the Rektorate building, the cost of electricity consumption ranged in Rp. 801301531 per year or about Rp 66775128 per month. So, it is needed to be done reobservation to the intensity of electrical energy consumption of AC whether saving or not. Based on the result of the research, the required heat load is between 175491.3685 Btu/h to 306961.6477 Btu/h. However, the 16 PK AC installed in the room absorbs a large electricity current, consequently the intensity of electrical energy of 16 PK is about 31.06 kWh/m2/month, it is categorized very wasteful. If there is no window opens and no officer smokes, so the heat load that might be happened is 125434.6370 Btu/h. So, the AC is supposed to operate is 14 PK. The intensity of electrical energy value of 14 PK is 6.63 kWh/m2/month, it is categorized as highly efficient

    Selenium enrichment of paddy rice grains in Malaysia

    A greenhouse trial was carried out with the aim of assessing the Se concentration and Se uptake in different plant parts especially in rice grains and also the effect of Selenium on rice plant yield and some yield components. The experiment was carried out in a randomized complete block design with three replications. Three rice varieties (MR232, MR219 and MR253) and five rates of sodium selenite (Na2SeO3) including 0, 100, 300, 500 and 700 g ha-1 were selected. It was observed that leaf, culm and the grain of rice varieties as well as total Se uptake and grain uptake were affected by used Se rates. All the Se levels used in this study have been able to increase Se level in rice grains to be acceptable for human consumption but among the different Se levels supplied, the level of 500 g ha-1 of Se is recommended rate in order to increase Se concentration in grain. Plant dry matter yield, grain yield and yield components were not affected by the different supplied Se concentrations

    Implementation Forms of Integration Strategy for Development of Shipyard Industry in Surabaya and Surrounding

    One of the successes of the Philippines and Vietnam in developing the shipbuilding industry is by applying integration strategies within the shipbuilding industry, so that synergy between docks and supporters is optimized and create sustainable competitiveness. Therefore, this research is aimed at developing shipyard industry in Surabaya and its surroundings, through analysis of business competitiveness with the implementation of integration strategies. The form of strategy implementation from several previous studies was continued through questionnaires (based on Likert Scale) to 31 respondents of top management of a number of shipyard and supporting industries, as well as related institutions. The result, then analyzed by using Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), so that obtained some form of synergy and potential synergy pattern done in shipbuilding industry development

    Pengaruh Ketebalan Inner-Helical Fin Terhadap Charcteristic of Performance Pada Head Exchanger

    Effect of inner-helical fin on the rate of heat transfer and flow friction factor in a double pipe heat exchanger (double tube heat exchanger) to make a split and disrupt the flow pattern of a streamlined flow of the fluid flowing in the pipe section in the (inner tube) that cause turbulence (molecule-molecule level of randomness good fluid) that can increase the heat transfer rate in the the pipe . Inner-helical fin has a varied thickness of 1 mm, 22 mm and 3 mm are mounted on the pipe where the inside diameter of the inner-helical fin attached to the wall in the inner pipe. Hot water discharge on the inner pipe ditelitil ranging from 400 to 900 liters / h with interval increase in 100 liter / hour and the volumetric flow rate of cold water on the outer tube (outertube) is kept constant 900 liters / hour. The test results of each inner-helical fin thickness compared with the test results without the inner-helical fin (plain tube) and obtained the overall heat transfer rate has increased 60 to 65% of the plain tube, heat exchanger effectiveness of58.56 to 63, 64% and friction factor of 63.13 to 63.51 of the plain tube
