The paper discusses the issues of impact of Business Intelligence based on Cloud computing. Cloud computing has become hot topic to research because of the benefits it can provide to the business and one of the best technological developments in restructuring the business world. Being a key component of a company?s infrastructure, both small business and large businesses are able to profitable from cloud services that offer rapid scalability to meet demand, lower labor costs, lower infrastructure, lower investments and accessibility. As more companies relocate or move their data and applications to the cloud, business itself changes dramatically. It maintains the businesses finances and time by improving collaboration, improving productivity and promoting innovation

Secondary postpartum hemorrhage on day 58 of cesarean section due to uterine scar rupture

    Get PDF
Secondary postpartum hemorrhage is rare and affect 0.23-3% of all pregnancies. It happens between 24 hours to 12 weeks of post-delivery. These postpartum hemorrhages occur more often during normal vaginal delivery only a small subset of postpartum hemorrhages occurs after cesarean section. Delayed postpartum hemorrhage is obstetrics emergencies that occurs following vaginal or cesarean delivery, in later condition may be caused by dehiscence of uterus incision after cesarean section which can lead to severe and fatal bleeding. We herein report a case of secondary postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section

Objective: To evaluate prevalence of cutaneous adverse reactions in young adult age group using ADR notification form. To create awareness in hospitals and health sectors, to establish drug safety monitoring units for mother and child care. Methods: Individual case safety reports of 46 patients from various hospitals were analyzed using CDSCO forms. To tabulate data on drugs, doses, systems, ADRs and factors for causation of cutaneous ADRs. Results: Females are more prone compared to males due to pregnancy at young age with increased use of Iron combinations, antibiotics and antiepileptic's in young adult age groups (20-30yrs) among cutaneous ADRs.Conclusion: We conclude the need for establishment of drug safety units with generic units for maternity sections and use of drugs in pre and post natal period, as pregnancy and adult age are risk factors for cutaneous adverse drug reactions. Every hospital structure needs special caution on drug lots of iron preparations, antibiotics, analgesics, antiepileptic's to be used in Obstetrics and Gynecology departments

Development and validation of Ilaprazole in bulk and pharmaceutical dosage form by UV spectroscopic method

    Get PDF
A simple UV spectroscopic method was developed and validated for the estimation of Ilaprazole in bulk and pharmaceutical dosage form using Acetonitrile: ethanol (50:50) as solvent. The quantification was achieved at 307nm. Beers law was obeyed in the concentration range of 2-12 ?g/ml. The results of analysis have been validated statistically and recovery studies carried out in the range 80-120% to confirm the accuracy of the proposed method. The relative standard deviation was found to be less than 2.0%. The present result shows that the proposed method can be successfully implemented for estimation of Ilaprazole in bulk and its marketed formulations

An Effective Technique for Removal of Facial Dupilcation by SBFA

Search based face annotation (SBFA) is an effective technique to annotate the weakly labeled facial images that are freely available on World Wide Web. The main objective of search based face annotation is to assign correct name labels to given query facial image. One difficult drawback for search based face annotation theme is how to effectively perform annotation by exploiting the list of most similar facial pictures and their weak labels that square measure typically droning and incomplete. To tackle this drawback, we tend to propose a good unattended label refinement (URL) approach for purification the labels of web facial pictures exploitation machine learning technique. We tend to formulate the educational drawback as a gibbose improvement and develop effective improvement algorithms to resolve the large scale learning task expeditiously. To additional speed up the projected theme, we also proposed clustering based approximation algorithmic program which may improve quantify ability significantly. We have conducted an in depth set of empirical studies on a large scale net facial image test bed, within which encouraging results showed that the projected URL algorithms will considerably boost the performance of the promising SBFA theme. In future work we will use HAAR algorithm. HAAR is feature based method for face detection. HAAR features, integral images, recognized detection of features improve face detection in terms of speed and accuracy. DOI: 10.17762/ijritcc2321-8169.150517

AIM OF THE STUDY: To assess the quality of life and functional status of breast cancer survivors. OBJECTIVES: 1. To assess the quality of life and functional status of disease free breast cancer survivors. 2. To find out the difference between, different treatment groups of disease free breast cancer survivors. 3. To determine age specific relationship with quality of life. 4. To find out the relationship between functional status and quality of life and year of survival. MATERIALS AND METHODS: 150 survivors of cancer breast who have completed the primary treatment and who have survived 3 years after treatment who report to OPD as follow up were taken from cancer institute between May 2017 to August 2017 were evaluated about their quality of life at present using EORTC C 30 and BR 23 questionnaire followed by systemic and local examination. RESULTS: In our analysis we found that the average age group of breast cancer survivors was around 53.58 years and average survival was around 6.59 years. In our analysis we found that the distribution of age was 20-40 years - 10 survivors, 40-60 years - 113 survivors, Above 60 years - 27 survivors. We have also analysed that Age has a significance affecting the QOL among survivors associated with following factors like Fatigue, Body image, Sexual functions and Sexual enjoyment with significant P-value of 0.020 for fatigue ,0.055 for Body image, 0.035 for sexual functions and 0.029 for sexual enjoyment. Occupation has significance in QOL affecting the social functions in unemployed survivors with a significant P value of 0.052.Education has significance with QOL associated with financial issues with significant P-value of 0.055. Marital status has a significance with QOL associated with social functions and financial issues with significant P- Value of 0.041 and 0.022.Stage has a significance affecting the QOL associated with Hair loss with significant P value of 0.046. Duration has no significance with that of QOL. Treatment has a significance affecting the QOL associated with sleep disturbances with significant P-Value of 0.014.We have also analysed that overall quality of life is better in 89 % of survivors with only 11% who had poor quality of life. CONCLUSION: In our study we found the most common long term sequelae of breast cancer survivors that affect the QOL.In our analysis we found that quality of life decreases with increase in age of the survivors. Duration had no association with QOL. Occupied women had better QOL than house wives. Educated women had better QOL compared to the illiterate. Unmarried women had better social functions and better QOL.Survivors who received surgery and chemotherapy had more sleep disturbances affecting the quality of life than survivors who received surgery, chemotherapy and radiation. Stage I had more hair loss issues when compared to stage II and III.Fatigue, sexual functions, sexual enjoyment and Body image issues affected the QOL of the survivors whereas QOL was not affected by physical functions. Though the following factors had some impact with the demographic profiles, the overall quality of life was better among breast cancer survivors
