Bakalářská práce bude zaměřena na úlohu bezpečnostního poradce při přepravách nebezpečných věcí po železnici ve společnosti AKOR s.r.o., která zajišťuje provoz železniční vlečky v JE Dukovany. Práce bude obsahovat analýzu současných procesů v rámci přepravy nebezpečných věcí na železniční vlečce JE Dukovany. Cílem práce bude na základě analýzy současného stavu navrhnout opatření na zlepšení současných procesů a činností bezpečnostního poradce ve společnosti AKOR s.r.o.The bachelor's thesis will focus on the role of a safety consultant in the transport of dangerous goods by rail in the company AKOR s.r.o., which ensures the operation of the railway siding at NPP Dukovany. A method of dimensionless analysis of leaves was used to evaluate possibilities of dissemination of weeds. The tests were carried out in two localities, i.e. Brevenec and Zabcice in years 1999 and 2000. Using the traits of compactness, roundness, elongation, aspect and roughness the differences among the weed species Agropyron repens, Chenopodium album, Galinsoga parviflora, Amaranthus retroflexus, Malva neglecta and Convolvulus arvensis were evaluated. Leaves were sampled without petioles and immediately scanned under diffused sunlight on a white background with a digital camera Olympus 1400 L at resolution of 0,24 mm.pixel-1. The analysis of recorded data was performed using a Pentium 350 MHz with a 128 MB operational memory.
