    URGENSI PEMANFAATAN E-MARKETING PADA KEBERLANGSUNGAN UMKM DI KOTA PEKALONGAN DI TENGAH DAMPAK COVID-19

    Abstract Covid-19 pandemic, it had a tremendous impact on various sectors, especially the economic sector, where the existence of MSMEs whose role contributed substantially to the economic rate was inseparable from the Covid-19 outbreak, in this study looking at the urgency of the use of E- Marketing for the sustainability of MSMEs in Pekalongan City amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. This research proves that the implementation of e-marketing through the marketplace conducted by MSME entrepreneurs is in accordance with procedures other than that e-marketing has a positive impact amid the Covid-19 pandemic on the economic security of MSMEs in Pekalongan City by continuing to process production and distribution of goods to consumers but still adhere to the rules of Social Distancing where the use of e-marketing through the marketplace is deemed necessary to be implemented especially in the amid Covid-19 Pandemic so that business activities continue to run and generate economic value.  Keyword: E-Marketing; UMKM; Covid-19.   Abstrak Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang luar biasa terhadap berbagai sektor, khususnya sektor perekonomian, dimana keberadaan UMKM yang peranannya memberikan sumbangsih yang cukup besar terhadap laju perekonomian tidak lepas terdampak dari wabah Covid-19, dalam penelitian ini melihat sejauh mana urgensi pemanfaatan E-Marketing untuk keberlangsungan UMKM di Kota Pekalongan ditengah pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa implementasi e-marketing melalui marketplace yang dilakukan oleh para pengusaha UMKM sudah sesuai prosedur selain itu e-marketing memberikan dampak positif ditengah pandemi Covid-19 pada ketahanan ekonomi UMKM di Kota Pekalongan dengan tetap melakukan proses produksi dan distribusi barang kepada konsumen namun tetap mematuhi aturan Social Distancing dimana Penggunaan e-marketing melalui marketplace dianggap perlu untuk diterapkan apalagi di tengah Pandemi Covid-19 sehingga kegiatan usaha tetap berjalan dan menghasilkan nilai ekonomi. This made the author interested in carrying out Community Service Activities related to the implementation of a love of reading through the reading corner program. The reading corner program in Dukuh Gayudan aims to create children who love to read. Implementation of a fond of reading through the reading corner program for elementary school students in Gayudan 1 Batang using the developed strategies and creations means that implementing a reading fondness through the reading corner program for elementary school students in Gayudan 1 Batang is needed to improve children's thinking skills so that they can excel in school and in the social environment

    Effect of Ecological, Servant dan Digital Leadership Style Influence University Performance? Evidence from Indonesian Universities

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of ecology leadership, servant leadership and digital leadership toward universities performance. This research method is a quantitative method with data processing tools using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The research data were obtained from an online electronic questionnaire distributed online using a snowball sampling system. The respondents of this study were 222 lectures of universities in Banten. The results of data analysis show that servant leadership, digital leadership and ecological leadership significantly influence universities performance. The novelty of this study is the first leadership research model with servant, digital and ecology variables on universities performance

    Optimasi Kondisi Lingkungan Kimia Terhadap Laju Korosi Saramet Dengan Metode Respon Permukaan

    Korosi adalah proses terjadinya penurunan mutu material akibat reaksi kimia dengan lingkungannya. Korosi membawa dampak yang sangat merugikan industri, petrokimia, jaringan transportasi dan lain-lain . Pada umumnya serangan ini tidak dapat dicegah, kita hanya dapat berupaya mengendalikannya sehingga struktur atau komponen mempunyai masa pakai lebih panjang. Proses terjadinya korosi itu sendiri disebabkan 3 faktor utama, yaitu : Lingkungan, Material, dan Reaksi. Tiga faktor tersebut yang akan mengakibatkan terjadinya korosi. Faktor Material disebabkan adanya potensial standar masing-masing material itu sendiri. Perbedaan beda potensial akan menyebabkan terjadinya korosi. Faktor Reaksi disebabkan oleh adanya reaksi oksidasi dan reduksi akibat perbedaan potensial standar. Faktor lingkungan disebabkan oleh adanya perbedaan Ph, konsentrasi, kelembaban, tekanan, dan lain-lain. Saat ini mulai digunakan material saramet yang diketahui memiliki resistensi yang baik dalam lingkungan asam sulfat dengan konsentrasi dan temperatur tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui variasi konsentrasi asam sulfat, temperatur asam sulfat, dan waktu perendaman asam sulfat terhadap laju korosi saramet dengan metode respon permukaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental nyata (true experimental research). Untuk mengetahui laju korosi umumnya menggunakan dua metode, metode kehilangan berat (weight loss) dan metode elektrokimia. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kehilangan berat (weight loss) didasarkan pada perbedaan berat awal sebelum pengujian korosi dengan berat akhir setelah pengujian korosi. Laju korosi biasanya dinyatakan dalam mils per years (mpy). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan response surface methodology (RSM) atau metode respon permukaan. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan menggunakan Central Composite Design (CCD). Untuk itu perlu ditentukan variabel dan level dari variabel tersebut. Kombinasi lingkungan optimal terjadi pada konsentrasi asam sulfat 89,497%, waktu perendaman 3,682 jam, dan temperatur asam sulfat 106,8°C akan menghasilkan laju korosi paling rendah. Hal ini dapat dijadikan sebagai anjuran pada perusahaan agar dapat meminimasi laju korosi yang terjadi. Laju korosi yang terendah 57.541,7 mpy

    Abstract Lombok is one of the islands in the transitional zone from the Sunda Arc to the Banda Arc, Indonesia. In the mid-2018, the island of Lombok was shaken by a series of strong earthquakes, started with a moment magnitude (Mw) 6.4 earthquake on July 29, 2018 followed by earthquakes on August 5 (Mw 7.0), August 9 (Mw 5.9), and August 19 (Mw 6.3 and 6.9). Some researchers suggested that this phenomenon occurred due to a segmentation rupture in the northern part of Lombok Island. This study aims to obtain information on the distribution of the Lombok earthquake fault zone 2018 and also to understand the character of seismic anisotropy around the Lombok earthquake fault zone 2018 through Shear Wave Splitting (SWS) study. Splitting, or S-wave separation, occurs when the S wave passes through an anisotropic medium. The S wave is split into fast and slow S waves with almost orthogonal polarizations and has parameters such as delay time and polarization direction of the fast S wave. To determine the SWS parameters, we used a Lombok earthquake aftershock data set recorded from 4 August to 9 September 2018, using 16 seismographic stations. The steps taken to obtain the SWS parameters are event selection, windowing using short time Fourier transform, and rotation-correlation process. The results of the SWS analysis indicate that the fast polarization directions probably have a linkage with the local fault system and the fault related to the Lombok earthquake fault zone

    Seismic attenuation tomography from 2018 Lombok earthquakes, Indonesia

    Local earthquake data was used to determine a three-dimensional (3D) seismic attenuation structure around the aftershock source region of the 2018 Lombok earthquake in Indonesia. The aftershocks were recorded by 13 seismic stations from August 4 to September 9, 2018. The selected data consist of 6,281 P-wave t∗ values from 914 events, which had good t∗ quality in at least four stations. Our results show that the two aftershock clusters northwest and northeast of Lombok Island have different attenuation characteristics. A low P-wave quality factor (low-Qp), low P-wave velocity (Vp), and high ratio of P-wave velocity and S-wave velocity (Vp/Vs), which coincide with a shallower earthquake (20 km) northeast of Lombok Island, might be associated with an area that lacks fluid content. The difference in fluid content between the northwest and northeast regions might be the cause of the early generation of aftershocks in the northwest area. The significant earthquake that happened on August 5, 2018, took place in a region with moderate Qp, close to the contrast of high and low-Qp and high Vp, which suggests that the earthquake started in a strong material before triggering the shallower aftershocks occurring in an area affected by fluid content. We also identified an old intrusive body on the northeast flank of the Rinjani volcano, which was characterized by a high-Qp, high-velocity, and a high Bouguer anomaly.Published versionThis study was supported by “Riset P3MI ITB 2020” awarded to AP.
