    Fuzzy Logic Based Dam Water Shutter Control System by Using Water Level and Rainfall Condition in Raining Season

    A robust water shutter management system ensures that the water does not overflow and destroy or damage the dam. During the rainy season, care must be taken when dams conserve water, if the reservoir volume is too high, the risk of dam failure may be increased. So water level control is a special matter in the rainy season. Fuzzy logic sets provide better control than binary logic-based methods because they are used to determine the meaning of qualitative values for controller inputs and outputs, such as small, medium, and large control actions. This system used the fuzzy logic control theory in the water shutter management system to get smoothness motor control values of small, very small, medium, large, and very large. The system uses ultrasonic sensors to detect water levels, rain sensors to detect rain, and fuzzy logic controls to control the PWM duty cycle to the shutter gate motor driver circuit based on the detection of these two sensors.     Reliable Data Transfer Using User Datagram Transport Based on UDP

    As the network bandwidth and delay increase, TCP becomes inefficient. The protocol, named User Datagram Transport (UDT), or UDP (User Datagram Protocol) based data transfer protocol, works above UDP with reliability. UDT uses both positive acknowledgement and negative acknowledgement to guarantee data reliability. In this paper, the UDT high performance data transport protocol is used to provide data transfer service that can utilize the bandwidth efficiently and fairly and to obtain rapid development of UDP-based transport protocol and application specific data transfer. Moreover, UDT can also be used to transfer data from one single byte to hundreds of gigabits. It is built on top of UDP with reliability control. Meanwhile, a set of Application Programming Interface (APIs) is used to support easy application implementation, including both reliable data streaming and partial reliable messaging. This system will be developed audio classification system that is capable of classifying an audio stream into speech, music, male and female speech. This system will proces with two steps in classification. The first step of system is speech and music discrimination by using fuzzy logic system. With this approach, the system can classify generic audios with good accuracy by using fewer features and less computation time
