    Isolasi dan Karakterisasi Bakteri Endofit dari Batang dan Akar Tanaman Mimba

    Bakteri endofit merupakan bakteri yang terdapat pada jaringan tumbuhan yang tidak memberikan infeksi atau efek negatif pada tumbuhan inangnya. Bakteri endofit dapat ditemukan di berbagai jenis tumbuhan, terutama tumbuhan yang sering dijadikan tanaman obat. Salah satunya adalah mimba (Azadirachta indica A. Juss) yang memiliki empat senyawa kimia, yang berkhasiat sebagai obat, yakni azadiraktin, salannin, nimbinen, dan meliantriol. Bakteri endofit dapat menghasilkan komponen bioaktif yang sama dengan tumbuhan inangnya, sehingga berpotensi untuk dikembangkan dalam dunia kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bakteri endofit pada akar dan batang anaman mimba untuk mengetahui keragaman dan fisiologinya. Isolasi dilakukan pada media LG (Media selektif untuk Azotobacter dan mikroba penambat N-2 lainnya) dan media NA untuk mempertahankan kemurnian kultur bakteri. Hasil isolasi bakteri endofit dari akar dan batang tanaman mimba diperoleh tiga koloni berbeda dari akar dan tiga koloni dari batang. Keenam isolat diuji biokimia dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa keenam isolat tersebut adalah dari kelompok Azotobacte

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kesadaran metakognitif siswa yang diajar menggunakan model Problem-Based Instruction (PBI) dengan kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS). Penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan rancangan pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. Pada penelitian ini digunakan kelompok eksperimen I berupa model pembelajaran PBI dan kelompok eksperimen II berupa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS.Instrumen penelitian berupa angket MAI (Metacognitive Awareness Inventory) untuk mengukur kesadaran metakognitif. Data dianalisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial (T-tes dengan α= 0,05) dengan bantuan program SPSS 17.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwatidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan kesadaran metakognitif siswa SMA yang diajarmenggunakanmodel PBI dengan kooperatif TPS (p> 0,05 dengan sig 0,063)

    EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI KAHOOT! TERHADAP MINAT DAN HASIL BEAJAR SISWA KELAS XI SMA NEGERI 1 WONOMULYO

    This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of the use of the Kahoot! App against the Interest and the Learning outcomes of Students of Class XI SMA Negeri 1 Wonomulyo. The type of this research is pre-experimental design using one group pre-test-post-test. In addition to the type of the One Group Pretest Posttest Design, used also type design, One case study for the research interest, and students ' responses. The population in this study were students of class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Wonomulyo. The research sample was selected by random sampling technique which is a technique of determining the sample which involves the consideration of a subject teacher of biology class XI SMA Negeri 1 Wonomulyo, so that the obtained one class, namely class XI MIPA 3 which amounted to 28 students. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires interest of students and test in form of multiple-choice (multiple choice) as many as 25 of the grains about. The Data collected were analyzed by descriptive statistics, the analysis of the inferential statistics analysis and N-Gain analysis. The results of descriptive data analysis showed that (1) The average value of learning interest is 75 in the high category. As for learning interest score is 28,57% in the very high category, 64,28% in the high category and of 7.14% in the medium category. (2).The average value of post-test results of student learning that is 81,4 higher than the average value of the pre-test results of student learning that is 34.8 (3). The results of Hypothesis Testing shows that the value of the learning outcomes equal to 0.000 which means 0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Furthermore, the value of N-Gain for the effectiveness of learning based on the difference in value pretets and the value of the posttest, indicating that the increase in student learning outcomes that 0.587084 are in the medium category. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained it can be concluded that the use of the use of the app Kahoot! be on the medium category of Interest and the Learning Outcomes of Students of Class XI SMA Negeri 1 Wonomulyo

    Peningkatan Keterampilan Berkomunikasi Peserta Didik Kelas 7 UPTD SMPN 1 Barru Melalui Model Problem Based Learning

    Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan tentang peningkatan keterampilan berkomunikasi peserta didik kelas 7 di UPTD SMPN 1 Barru pada pelajaran IPA melalui model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan 2 siklus. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi dan tes keterampilan komunikasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil observasi keterampilan komunikasi siklus 1 sebesar 59,37% meningkat menjadi 70,50% pada siklus 2. Sedangkan hasil tes keterampilan komunikasi memperoleh nilai ketuntasan klasikal 26,67% pada siklus 1 meningkat menjadi 93,33% pada siklus 2. Sehingga peneliti berkesimpulan bahwa model Problem Based Learning (PBL) mampu meningkatkan keterampilan berkomunikasi peserta didik.Kata Kunci : Keterampilan Berkomunikasi, Problem Based Learning

    Electronic Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on Science Process Skills (KPS) on Cell material with the aim of producing electronic LKPDs that can help solve problems in the field and meet valid and practical criteria. Material development and design of electronic worksheets using the Moodle LMS. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model which has five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects of this study were expert lecturers who carried out the validity of the instruments and products developed, Biology subject teachers, and students of class XI MIA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng as subjects to test the practicality of the product. The results showed, that the developed electronic LKPD product is valid and practical. Thus, it can be concluded that the KPS-based electronic LKPD in the class XI high school cell material developed is suitable for use in the learning process

    Pengembangan Electronic Book Berbasis Aplikasi Pada Materi Struktur dan Fungsi Jaringan Hewan Kelas XI SMA/MA

    ABSTRACT This research aims to develop E-book based on applications on the structure and function of animal tissue for xi grade that is occupy of valid and practical criteria. Type of this research is research and development (R&D). The development of this E-book uses the ADDIE model. The ADDIE stage consists of Analyzes, Design, Develop, Implementation and Evaluate. This research did not carry out the implementation stage because of limited costs and time. This E-book was validated by two expert validators. The average total validity of E-book based on applications on the structure and function of animal tissue products obtained from expert validators is 4.05 (valid). The percentage of practicality of the E-book product obtained from the teacher's response was 86% (very practical) and the response of students is 82% (very practical). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Development based on Applications on the Structure and Function of Animal Tissue For XI Grade is valid and practical.     Needs Analysis of Development Higher Order Thinking Skills-based E-module for Students High School

    Higher-order thinking is one of the skills that must be possessed by students in learning in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The use of teaching materials that do not facilitate students to develop higher order thinking skills has an impact on the achievement of learning objectives. This study aims to develop an e-module based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) for high school students. The e-module was developed using a research and development design with reference to the development of the ADDIE model. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observations, instruments and response questionnaires. The data obtained were then processed using descriptive statistical analysis. The implementation of e-modules as a learning resource for students can be used as independent learning, both at school, at home, and wherever they are without being tied to time. The results of this study indicate that the use of HOTS-based e-modules in learning can improve students' higher order thinking skills, and can make students learn independently
