On uniform convergence for distribution functions generated by stable laws
Two two-parametric families of densities generated by stable laws are considered. The uniform convergence by both parameters for the introduced families is established
Baryon Number Transfer in Hadronic Interaction
The process of baryon number transfer due to string junction propagation in
rapidity is considered. It has a significant effect in the net baryon
production in collisions at mid-rapidities and an even larger effect in
the forward hemisphere in the cases of and interactions. The
results of numerical calculations in the framework of the Quark-Gluon String
model are in reasonable agreement with the data.Comment: Latex, 17 figs. in ps files, 1 table. Submitted to EPJ C The title of

On the identification of the source of emission on the plane
We consider the problem of identification of the position and the moment of the beginning of a radioactive source emission on the plane. The acts of emission constitute inhomogeneous Poisson processes and are registered by K detectors on the plane. We suppose that the moments of arriving of the signals at the detectors are measured with some small errors. Then, using these estimate, we construct the estimators of the position of source and the moment of the beginning of emission. We study the asymptotic properties of these estimators for large signals and prove their consistency
J/psi c\bar{c} production in e+e- and hadronic interactions
Predictions of the nonperturbative Quark Gluon Strings model based on the
1/N-expansion in QCD and string picture of interactions for production of
states containing heavy quarks are considered. Relations between fragmentation
functions for different states are used to predict the fragmentation function
of c-quark to J/psi-mesons. The resulting cross section for J/psi-production in
e+e- annihilation is in a good agreement with recent Belle result. It is argued
that associated production of c\bar{c} states with open charm should give a
substantial contribution to production of these states in hadronic interactions
at very high energies.Comment: 7 pages, 2 figure
Multiplicity distribution of gluons in pQCD
The multiplicity distribution of the gluons produced at the high energy is
evaluated in BFKL approach. The distribution has Poisson form that can explain
experimentally observed KNO scaling.Comment: Major updates, new section added, matches published version, 14
