A INFLUÊNCIA DOS CUIDADOS DE ENFERMAGEM E A EQUIPE MULTIPROFISSIONAL NO LUTO DA FAMÍLIA: UMA REVISÃO DA LITERATURA

Grief corresponds to the emotional response to the immutable loss of someone or something that is highly appreciated, being a unique and individual experience. The way the health team deals with this event and with the bereaved family can impact the way they experience bereavement. The objective of this work is to understand, based on recent literature, the influence that nursing professionals have and what behaviors are adopted to face the grief in the companion / family. Method: The present study is an integrative review of recent literature. The search for the articles was carried out in the LILACS, BDENF databases and in the virtual library SCIELO. After the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included, 27 scientific articles were selected that were related to the research objective. Results: The complete reading of the articles, as well as the division of these into subgroups, according to the main theme of the work, made it possible to understand these themes and discuss three lines that answer the research objective, these being The problems of the health team in assistance to the family and the patient; Communication as a way of humanizing care; and The importance of health professionals for the bereaved family. Conclusion: Although it is very important to introduce the subject in the academy, it is something that the professional, too, learns to deal with the accumulation of experience. However, the basis for doing this must begin during graduation. Nursing conduct should not be one of the reasons that contribute negatively to the family's grieving process.O luto corresponde a resposta emocional a perda imutável de alguém ou algo que se tenha muito apreço, sendo uma experiência única e individual. A forma como a equipe de saúde lida com este evento e com a família do enlutado pode impactar na forma como estes experienciam o luto. O objetivo deste trabalho é compreender, com base na literatura recente, a influência que os profissionais de Enfermagem possuem e quais as condutas adotadas para o enfrentamento do luto no acompanhante/família. Método: O presente estudo é uma revisão integrativa da literatura recente. A pesquisa dos artigos foi feita nas bases de dados LILACS, BDENF e na biblioteca virtual SCIELO. Após a inclusão dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, foram selecionados 27 artigos científicos que estavam relacionados ao objetivo da pesquisa. Resultados: A leitura completa dos artigos, bem como a divisão destes em subgrupos, conforme o tema principal do trabalho, possibilitou a compreensão de tais temas e discussão de três linhas que respondem ao objetivo da pesquisa, sendo estas Os problemas da equipe de saúde na assistência a família e o paciente; A comunicação como forma de humanização do cuidado; e A importância dos profissionais de saúde para a família enlutada. Conclusão: Apesar de ser muito importante a introdução do assunto na academia, é algo que o profissional, também, aprende a lidar com o acúmulo da experiência. Porém, as bases para se realizar isto devem começar durante a graduação. As condutas de enfermagem não devem ser um dos motivos que contribuem negativamente no processo de luto da família

ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM AO PACIENTE COM TRANSTORNO DE PERSONALIDADE BORDERLINE: UMA REVISÃO DA LITERATURA

Borderline Personality Disorder (TPB) is described as a universal parameter of instability in interpersonal relationships, self-image and feelings, and significant instability, which begins at the beginning of the young-adult phase. This work aims to observe and analyze what is in the recent literature on the importance of nursing care to patients with Borderline Personality Disorder (TPB) Methodology: it is an integrative literature review. The searches of the articles were made in three databases (BEDENF, LILACS AND SCIELO). The inclusion criteria, previously established in the strategy, were available articles published in the last 5 years (2016 to 2020), in Portuguese and in full, original articles and articles related to the research problem; and the exclusion criteria were articles that were not related to the proposed objective, articles in another language and books. Result: 7 scientific articles were included, which were grouped into the following discussion categories: Borderline Personality Disorder (TPB): from concept to challenge, Nursing professional skills and the importance of nursing care in the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder (TPB) ). Conclusion: nursing has a very important role in the care of patients with BPD, and it is necessary that professionals are trained enough to deal with certain situations that may arise during care, as they are compulsive and aggressive patients, at times.Transtorno de Personalidade de Borderline (TPB) é descrito como um parâmetro universal de instabilidade nos relacionamentos interpessoais, autoimagem e sentimentos, e instabilidade significativa, que se inicia no começo da fase adulto-jovem. Este trabalho tem como objetivo observar e analisar o que há na literatura recente sobre a importância da assistência de enfermagem ao paciente com Transtorno de Personalidade Borderline (TPB) Metodologia: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura. As pesquisas dos artigos foram feitas em três bases de dados (BEDENF, LILACS E SCIELO). Os critérios de inclusão, previamente estabelecidos na estratégia, foram de artigos disponíveis publicados nos últimos 5 anos (2016 a 2020), em português e na íntegra, artigos originais e artigos relacionados ao problema de pesquisa; e os critérios de exclusão foram artigos que não tinham relação com o objetivo proposto, artigos em outro idioma e livros. Resultado: Foram inclusos 7 artigos científicos que foram agrupados nas seguintes categorias de discussão: Transtorno de Personalidade Borderline (TPB): do conceito ao desafio, Competências do profissional de enfermagem e a Importância da assistência de enfermagem no tratamento de Transtorno de Personalidade Borderline (TPB). Conclusão: a enfermagem tem um papel muito importante no cuidado ao paciente com TPB, sendo necessário que os profissionais sejam capacitados o suficiente para lidar com determinadas situações que podem surgir durante a assistência, pois são paciente compulsivos e agressivos, em alguns momentos

COMPREENSÃO DA ADVERSIDADE AO ACESSO À SAÚDE DOS POVOS INDÍGENAS: UMA REVISÃO DA LITERATURA

The health provided to indigenous peoples cannot be restricted to technological resources only, it must be linked to their traditional culture so that it is possible to obtain better results in terms of health-disease at the local level. The objective of this work is, through the review of the recent literature, to understand more clearly how the indigenous peoples have access to health services and how is the attention given to them. Method: The analysis performed was obtained through online surveys in national journals. This is an integrative review of the literature using the electronic databases Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO) and Scientific and Technical Literature of Latin America and the Caribbean (LILACS), where the time cut for the inclusion of 2015 publications was established to 2019. 7 scientific articles were selected. Results: Through the selection of articles, a huge disregard for indigenous health was observed, as they submitted to unpleasant situations, of very poor quality, often, and the lack of humanization in caring for them, as well as the traditional way how health care is carried out fails to meet the demand of indigenous peoples. Conclusion: It was concluded that indigenous health, despite the evolution over time, still needs to be improved in several aspects and to have more attention, so that, in this way, they can give them what should in fact be guaranteed.A saúde fornecida aos povos indígenas não pode se restringir apenas a recursos tecnológicos, deve ser vinculada a sua cultura tradicional para que seja possível obter melhores resultados no quesito saúde-doença ao âmbito local. O objetivo deste trabalho é, através da revisão da literatura recente, compreender com mais clareza como se dá o acesso dos povos indígenas a serviços de saúde e como é a atenção dada a eles. Método: A análise realizada foi obtida por meio de pesquisas on-line em periódicos nacionais. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura utilizando as bases de dados eletrônicas Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO) e Literatura Científica e Técnica da América Latina e Caribe (LILACS), onde foi estabelecido o recorte de tempo para a inclusão de publicações de 2015 a 2019. Foram selecionados 7 artigos científicos. Resultados: Por meio da seleção dos artigos, foi observado um enorme descaso com a saúde indígena, por se submeterem a situações desagradáveis, de péssima qualidade, muitas das vezes, e a falta de humanização nos cuidados com os mesmos, bem como a forma tradicional como é realizada os cuidados em saúde não consegue atingir a demanda dos povos indígenas. Conclusão: Concluiu-se que, a saúde indígena, apesar da evolução ao longo do tempo, ainda assim precisa ser aperfeiçoada em vários aspectos e ter mais atenção, para que assim, possam dar a eles o que de fato os deveria ser garantido

A TERAPIA REIKI E OUTRAS TERAPIAS INTEGRATIVAS COMPLEMENTARES NO TRATAMENTO DE ENFERMIDADES

Among the most used integrative therapies, reiki stands out, which is an oriental therapy characterized by the laying on of hands on individuals at specific points in order to restore physical, mental and spiritual balance. Objective: This study aims to compile recent data regarding the benefits of complementary integrative therapies, with a focus on reiki through a literature review. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review based on the search and selection of articles in the databases of the BDENF, LILACS and SciELO platforms, based on the keywords established, in the period from 2015 to 2019. Results: Group in the following categories: the nurse's view regarding the use of complementary integrative therapies; the nurse's role in reiki; and the effect of reiki as a complementary treatment. Conclusion: It reinforces the importance of the nursing professional having these care tools to treat symptoms of diseases, and the best opportunity to offer them to the population within health institutions, resulting in an improvement in the quality of life. A greater number of trained professionals is needed, institutions that contain such practices in their academic curriculum and a greater possibility of conducting research in this area to prove the effectiveness of these practices.Dentre as terapias integrativas mais utilizadas, destaca-se o reiki, que se trata de uma terapia oriental caracterizada pela imposição das mãos sobre os indivíduos em pontos específicos com a finalidade de restaurar o equilíbrio físico, mental e espiritual. Objetivo: Este estudo tem como objetivo compilar dados recentes a respeito dos benefícios das terapias integrativas complementares, com enfoque no reiki através de uma revisão da literatura. Metodologia:  Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura realizada a partir da busca e seleção de artigos nas bases de dados das plataformas BDENF, LILACS e SciELO, a partir das palavras-chave estabelecidas, no período de 2015 a 2019. Resultados: Agrupou-se nas seguintes categorias: a visão do enfermeiro em relação a utilização das terapias integrativas complementares; a atuação do enfermeiro no reiki; e o efeito do reiki como tratamento complementar. Conclusão: Reforça-se a importância de o profissional de enfermagem dispor destas ferramentas de cuidado para tratar sintomas de doenças, e a melhor oportunidade ofertá-las a população dentro de instituições de saúde, resultando na melhora da qualidade de vida. Necessita-se de maior número de profissionais capacitados, instituições que contenham tais práticas em seu currículo acadêmico e maior possibilidade de realizar pesquisas nesta área para comprovação da eficácia destas práticas

Atuação da enfermagem em câncer de colo do útero no Brasil: revisão integrativa

Objective: to carry out a survey of recent scientific literature on nursing care on the main forms of prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer. Methodology: this is an integrative recent literature review, carried out in October 2022, according to the descriptors: Nursing Care; Cervical Neoplasms, HPV and MeSH: Nursing Care; Uterine Cervical Neoplasms; HPV. Which were combined with the boolean descriptor AND in the Scielo, BDENF and LILACS databases. Results: Through the search strategy, 208 publications were found in the databases, after applying the exclusion criteria filters, articles that do not correspond to the proposed theme and duplicates were excluded, thus 14 articles were included for analysis. Final considerations: We highlight that the importance of the nursing professional as a member of the multidisciplinary health team in the Family Health Strategy Program is perceptible, evidencing actions for prevention, screening and early diagnosis of cervical cancer. We showed that health education is extremely important for all women in the country.O objetivo do estudo foi realizar um levantamento na literatura científica recente sobre a assistência do enfermeiro sobre as principais formas de prevenção, diagnóstico e tratamento do câncer de colo do útero. Metodologia: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura recente, realizada em outubro de 2022, de acordo com os descritores: Cuidado de Enfermagem; Neoplasias do Colo do Útero, HPV e os MeSH: Nursing Care; Uterine Cervical Neoplasms; HPV, os quais foram combinados com o descritor booleano AND nas bases de dados SciELO, BDENF e LILACS. Resultados: Através da estratégia de buscas, foram encontradas 208 publicações nas bases de dados; após a aplicação dos filtros de critérios de exclusão, foram excluídos os artigos que não correspondem ao tema proposto e duplicados, com isso foram incluídos 14 artigos para análise. Considerações finais: Destacamos que a importância do profissional de enfermagem como membro da equipe multidisciplinar de saúde no Programa Estratégia Saúde da Família, evidenciando ações de prevenção, rastreio e diagnóstico precoce do câncer do colo do útero. Evidenciamos que a educação em saúde é de extrema importância para todas as mulheres do país

ENFRENTAMENTO DO AUTO CATETERISMO VESICAL NO LESIONADO MEDULAR: UMA REVISÃO DA LITERATURA

Objective: To describe the impacts of performing intermittent bladder catheterization on injured spinal cord to improve their quality of life. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review where the research was consulted in the following electronic databases: Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SCIELO), Scientific and Technical Literature of Latin America and the Caribbean (LILACS) and Virtual Health Library (VHL) ). Two articles were obtained through Google Academics, in which they were selected from 2014 to 2019. Results: 12 scientific articles were selected, of which two categories were identified: the social impact caused by spinal cord injury and the nurse's role in guidance of auto bladder catheterization. Conclusion: understands the benefits brought about by performing clean intermittent bladder catheterization, in a technical and oriented way, leading to a better quality of life for the spinal cord injured person.Objetivo: Descrever os impactos da realização do cateterismo vesical intermitente no lesionado medular para a melhoria de sua qualidade de vida. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura onde as pesquisas foram consultadas nas seguintes bases de dados eletrônicas: Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SCIELO), Literatura Cientifica e Técnica da América Latina e Caribe (LILACS) e Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS). Obteve-se dois artigos através do Google Academics, em que foram selecionados no período de 2014 a 2019. Resultados: Foram selecionados 12 artigos científicos, dos quais identificaram-se duas categorias: o impacto social causado pela lesão medular e o papel do enfermeiro na orientação do auto cateterismo vesical. Conclusão: compreende os benefícios trazidos pela realização do cateterismo vesical intermitente limpo, de um modo técnico e orientado, acarretando melhor qualidade de vida ao lesionado medular

PAPEL DO GESTOR EM SAÚDE NA HUMANIZAÇÃO DO CUIDADO EM UNIDADE DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA (UTI): UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a reference environment when it comes to critical care, and requires specialized and continuous knowledge. The human issue of care is one of the greatest difficulties that must be included within the ICU. Thus, the objective of this work is, based on recent scientific literature, to identify the benefits that the health manager can provide to the critical patient through humanization within an Invasive Therapy Unit (ICU). Methodology: consists of an integrative review of the literature of scientific articles. The Scientific Electronic Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LiLACS) databases and the Bibliographic Database Specialized in the Brazilian Nursing Area (BDEnf) were consulted. Result: 9 scientific articles were included, which were grouped into three discussion categories: Actions that characterize humanization; Factors that interfere in the humanization of care within the Intensive Care Unit; and Management and its reflection on humanization. Conclusion: It is necessary to have a more applied, understandable management, close to the team, and to enable and monitor more closely its collaborator, enabling actions that reflect in the improvement of the team and consequently in the care assistance.A Unidade de Terapia Intensiva (UTI) é um ambiente de referência quando se trata de cuidados críticos, e exige um conhecimento especializado e contínuo. A questão humana do cuidado é uma das maiores dificuldades que se tem de incluir dentro da UTI. Com isso, o objetivo deste trabalho é, com base na literatura científica recente, identificar os benefícios que o gestor em saúde pode proporcionar ao paciente crítico por meio da humanização dentro de uma Unidade de Terapia Invasiva (UTI). Metodologia: consiste em uma revisão integrativa da literatura de artigos científicos. Foram consultadas as bases de dados/bibliotecas virtuais Scientific Eletronic Library Online (Scielo), Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LiLACS) e Base de Dados Bibliográficos Especializada na Área de Enfermagem do Brasil (BDEnf). Resultado: Foram inclusos 9 artigos científicos que foram agrupados em três categorias de discussão: Ações que caracterizam humanização; Fatores que interferem na humanização do atendimento dentro da Unidade de Terapia Intensiva; e A gestão e seu reflexo na humanização. Conclusão: Necessita-se que se tenha uma gestão mais aplicada, compreensível, próxima da equipe, e que capacite e acompanhe mais de perto o seu colaborador, viabilizando ações que reflitam na melhora da equipe e consequentemente na assistência do cuidado

A escolha do tipo de parto e as vantagens do parto vaginal à parturiente

Childbirth is a unique and highly significant experience for women, as it is an event that allows them to bring another human being into the world. This moment is marked by both joys and pains inherent to the process of labor. This significant event can occur through a completely natural process (vaginal delivery) or through surgery (cesarean section). The justifications for one type of childbirth over the other are diverse, and surgical delivery should be reserved for specific situations. However, cesarean sections often occur without a proper medical indication, either by the woman's choice or due to arbitrary decisions made by the physician. This article aims to examine the existing literature on the choice of childbirth method and the advantages of vaginal delivery for the parturient. To achieve this goal, an integrative review was conducted using the SciELO, LiLACS, and BDENF databases. Data collection took place between August and October 2023, focusing on studies published between 2018 and 2023. The results allowed us to identify the following advantages of vaginal delivery for women: rapid postpartum recovery, bonding with the baby, lower risk of hospital and postpartum infection, and a lower risk of mortality. Thus, it is essential to emphasize the importance of exploring, in future studies, the advantages of vaginal delivery for the baby as well. Both the mother and the child experience these advantages mutually, making it crucial to consider the benefits for both parties.O parto é um experiência única e de grande importância para a mulher, pois trata-se de um evento que lhe possibilita dar à luz outro ser humano. Esse momento culmina com alegrias e dores próprias do ato porquanto o trabalho de parto assim ocorre. Esse evento relevante pode acontecer por um processo totalmente natural (parto vaginal) ou por intermédio de uma cirurgia (cesárea). As justificativas para um ou outro parto são diversas, de modo que o parto cirúrgico deve ser reservado para situações específicas. Entretanto, ocorre com relativa frequência partos cesáreos sem a devida indicação apenas por opção da mulher ou por decisão do arbitrária do médico. Este artigo tem o objetivo de verificar o que há publicado sobre a escolha do tipo do parto e as vantagens do parto vaginal à parturiente. Para tanto, foi desenvolvido uma revisão integrativa a partir das bases de dados SciELO, LiLACS e BDENF, cujos dados foram coletados entre os meses de agosto e outubro de 2023, obtendo-se estudos publicados entre 2018 e 2023. Os resultados possibilitaram listar as seguintes vantagens do parto vaginal para a mulher: rápida recuperação pós-parto; vínculo com o bebê; menor risco de infecção hospitalar e puerperal e menor risco de morte. Desse modo, destaca-se a importância de buscar, em novos estudos, relatar as vantagens do parto vaginal para o bebê, visto que ambos – mãe e filho – vivenciam, mutuamente, de todas as vantagens

ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM AO PACIENTE PORTADOR DE ALZHEIMER: UMA REVISÃO DA LITERATURA

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease that has a greater clinical manifestation in the elderly. The pathology is characterized by having a slow evolution and causing several compromises in the different systems, such as cognitive deterioration, changes in behavior and several neuropsychiatric symptoms. The aim of this study is, through recent literature, to evaluate the role of professional nurses in the face of the problem and to highlight the importance of nursing care to patients with AD. Methodology: this is an integrative literature review. The searches for the articles were carried out in the BEDEN and FLILACS databases. The inclusion criteria, previously established in the strategy, were available articles published in the last 5 years (2016 to 2020), in Portuguese and in full, original articles and articles related to the research problem; 2 works from gray literature were included, as they were part of the objective of this work. Result: The 9 works included in this integrative literature review allowed the definition of concepts and the discussion of three themes: Quality of life of the elderly with AD; The impact of the disease on family relationships; and The importance of the nursing team in managing care for patients with AD. Conclusion: As the disease progresses, the person with AD becomes dependent on another person. It appears that nursing care goes beyond the elderly with pathology, it is necessary to pay attention to those who care for them.A Doença de Alzheimer (DA) é uma patologia neurodegenerativa que tem maior manifestação clínica em idosos. A patologia é caracterizada por ter uma evolução lenta e causar vários comprometimentos nos diversos sistemas, como a deterioração cognitiva, mudanças no comportamento e vários sintomas neuropsiquiátricos. O objetivo desse estudo é, por meio da literatura recente, avaliar o papel dos profissionais enfermeiros diante do problema e destacar a importância da assistência de enfermagem ao paciente portador de DA. Metodologia: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura. As pesquisas dos artigos foram feitas nas bases de dados BEDEN e FLILACS. Os critérios de inclusão, previamente estabelecidos na estratégia, foram de artigos disponíveis publicados nos últimos 5 anos (2016 a 2020), em português e na íntegra, artigos originais e artigos relacionados ao problema de pesquisa; foram incluídos 2 trabalhos da literatura cinzenta, pois integravam o objetivo deste trabalho. Resultado: Os 9 trabalhos inclusos nesta revisão integrativa da literatura permitiram a definição de conceitos e discussão de três temas: Qualidade de vida do idoso portador de DA; O impacto da doença nas relações familiares; e A importância da equipe de enfermagem no gerenciamento da assistência ao paciente com DA. Conclusão: Conforme a progressão da doença, o portador da DA passa a ser dependente de uma outra pessoa. Constata-se que o cuidado de enfermagem vai além do idoso portador da patologia, é necessária uma atenção para aquele que o cuida

O atendimento de enfermagem no SAMU e seu respaldo legal: revisão bibliográfica

The Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU) is a fundamental pillar of healthcare, operating in challenging environments to provide immediate care to patients in critical situations. Nurses play a multifaceted role in this context, contributing significantly to the quality of care provided. This article aims to highlight the importance of nursing care in SAMU and its legal backing through an analysis of recent literature and relevant documents. In terms of methodology, this study adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, employing literature review and document analysis. Scientific articles, reports, regulations, and documents related to the role of nurses in SAMU were reviewed. Document analysis allowed the identification of relevant data and information about the focused role of nursing professionals in providing this type of care. The results emphasized that the presence of nurses in SAMU teams is of utmost importance, as they play essential roles in the initial assessment of patients, administration of medications, execution of critical procedures, quick decision-making, and team coordination. Clinical training, technical skills, and comprehensive knowledge of nurses play a vital role in emergency care, contributing to the humanization of care and ensuring that the physical and emotional needs of patients are addressed. This research reinforces the importance of nurses' involvement in SAMU multidisciplinary teams. Their presence is crucial to ensuring high-quality care in emergency situations. Therefore, it is crucial to recognize and value the role of these professionals in SAMU teams, ensuring the best possible care for patients in critical situations.O Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (SAMU) é um pilar fundamental da saúde, atuando em ambientes desafiadores para fornecer cuidados imediatos a pacientes em situações críticas. Os enfermeiros desempenham um papel multifacetado nesse contexto, contribuindo significativamente para a qualidade do atendimento prestado. Este artigo tem como objetivo evidenciar a importância do atendimento de enfermagem no SAMU e seu respaldo legal, por meio de uma análise da literatura recente e de documentos pertinentes. Quanto à metodologia, este estudo adota uma abordagem qualitativa descritiva, empregando revisão de literatura e análise documental. Realizou-se a revisão de artigos científicos, relatórios, regulamentações e documentos relacionados à atuação dos enfermeiros no SAMU. A análise documental possibilitou a identificação de dados e informações relevantes sobre a atuação direcionada dos profissionais de enfermagem ao prestar este tipo de atendimento. Os resultados destacaram que a presença dos enfermeiros nas equipes do SAMU é de extrema importância, visto que os enfermeiros desempenham papéis essenciais na avaliação inicial dos pacientes, na administração de medicamentos, na execução de procedimentos críticos, na tomada de decisões rápidas e na coordenação das equipes A formação clínica, habilidades técnicas e conhecimento abrangente dos enfermeiros desempenham um papel vital na assistência de emergência. Contribui para a humanização do atendimento, assegurando que as necessidades físicas e emocionais dos pacientes sejam atendidas. Esta pesquisa reforça a importância da atuação dos enfermeiros nas equipes multidisciplinares do SAMU. Sua presença é fundamental para garantir atendimento de alta qualidade em situações de emergência. Portanto, é crucial reconhecer e valorizar o papel desses profissionais nas equipes do SAMU, assegurando o melhor atendimento possível aos pacientes em situações críticas
