Lei Aldir Blanc, política cultural imaterial e folia de reis em Santa Helena de Minas (MG)

The present study has as background the field of the immaterial Brazilian cultural heritage is expanding. Therefore, the article aims to analyze the impacts of the Aldir Blanc Law on immaterial cultural policy from one case: the promotion of a genealogical and socioanthropological research project of the Folia de Reis de Santa Helena de Minas. To this end, a methodology based on ethnography, interviews, analyses of documents and posts on social networks was mobilized. Based on a historical and socio-anthropological perspective, it was highlighted that the impacts were many, some unexpected and/or unplanned caused. So there has been a decentralisation of policies and resources. It is concluded, from the case analyzed, that the unexpected effects of the impact of the Law of this cultural policy could in future help to promote, safeguard and inventory Folia as a regional (and/or national) Brazilian cultural heritage.O presente estudo tem como pano de fundo o campo do patrimônio cultural brasileiro imaterial se encontra em expansão. Logo, o artigo tem por objetivo analisar os impactos da Lei Aldir Blanc na política cultural imaterial a partir de um caso: o fomento de um projeto de pesquisa genealógica e socioantropológica da Folia de Reis de Santa Helena de Minas. Para tanto foi mobilizada uma metodologia pautada na etnografia, em entrevistas, analises de documentos e de postagens em redes sociais. Com base numa perspectiva histórica e socioantropológica, destacou-se que os impactos foram muitos, alguns não esperados e/ou não planejados causados. Assim, houve uma descentralização das políticas e recursos. Conclui-se, a partir do caso analisado, que os efeitos não esperados do impacto da Lei dessa política cultural poderiam futuramente ajudar a promover, salvaguardar e inventariar a Folia como um patrimônio cultural regional (e/ou nacional) brasileiro

DIAGNÓSTICO E TERAPÊUTICA DA CIRROSE HEPÁTICA ALCOÓLICA

O presente relato de caso tem por objetivo proporcionar um estudo amplo da cirrose hepática alcoólica, visando expor a sua terapêutica e as formas de diagnostico. O paciente, 42 anos, sexo masculino apresenta uso crônico de bebidas alcoólicas, proporcionando um quadro de cirrose hepática, e consequentemente, uma hipertensão portal causadora de varizes esofágicas grau I (Palmer e Bricks), encefalopatia hepática grau I, adenomiosite de vesícula biliar, esplenomegalia, e moderada quantidade de líquido livre na cavidade abdominal (ascite). Além de apresentar Child Pugh C. Conclui-se que o paciente com cirrose hepática deve ter seu tratamento abordado de forma cuidadosa, fazendo uso da profilaxia da Peritonite Bacteriana, ficando atento aos aspectos de uma possível encefalopatia hepática e a manutenção da hipertensão porta, utilizando de vasoativos para evitar o aparecimento de Hemorragia Digestiva Alta

Development and characterization of poli (L-lactide) nanocapsules containing benzocaine

In this paper we describe the preparation poly (L-lactide) (PLA) nanocapsules as a drug delivery system for the local anesthetic benzocaine. The characterization and in vitro release properties of the system were investigated. The characterization results showed a polydispersity index of 0.14, an average diameter of 190.1± 3 nm, zeta potential of -38.5 mV and an entrapment efficiency of 73%. The release profile of Benzocaine loaded in PLA nanocapsules showed a significant different behavior than that of the pure anesthetic in solution. Effects of blood flow restriction therapy in patients with knee osteoarthritis: protocol for an overview of systematic reviews

BackgroundOsteoarthritis (OA) is the most common and prevalent musculoskeletal disease associated with population aging, negatively impacting function and quality of life. A consequence of knee OA is quadriceps muscle weakness. Musculoskeletal rehabilitation using low load exercises, associated with Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) may be a useful alternative to high load exercises when those cannot be tolerated. Several systematic reviews have reported inconclusive results due to discrepancies in study findings, heterogeneity of results, evaluated time points, and research questions explored.ObjectiveTo perform an overview of systematic reviews with meta-analyses, synthesizing the most recent evidence on the effects of muscle strength training with BFR for knee OA.MethodologySystematic reviews that include primary controlled and randomized clinical trials will be considered for inclusion. Articles will be considered only if they present a clear and reproducible methodological structure, and when they clearly demonstrate that a critical analysis of the evidence was carried out using instrumented analysis. Narrative reviews, other types of review, overviews of systematic reviews, and diagnostic, prognostic and economic evaluation studies will be excluded. Studies must include adults aged 40 years and older with a diagnosis of knee OA. Two authors will perform an electronic search with guidance from an experienced librarian. The following databases will be searched: PubMed via MEDLINE, Embase, CENTRAL (Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials), PEDro, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL) via EBSCO host, Web of Science, and the gray literature. The search strategy used in the databases will follow the acronym PICOS (population, intervention, comparison, outcome, and study design). Screening (i.e., titles and abstracts) of studies identified by the search strategy will be selected using Rayyan (http://rayyan.qcri.org). Conceptualization, Definition and Assessment of Internal Logistics through Different Approaches Using Artificial Intelligence

The aim of this chapter is to develop a new concept of internal logistics, its components parts and how to evaluate it. To quantify the level of performance of the internal logistics of a company is an important issue to gain competitiveness. There are few papers now at days that analyze how to quantify this issue. In recent years, it has been developed numerous applications of Fuzzy logic and Neural Networks to solve diverse problems of Engineering. Fuzzy logic is a mathematical tool that emulates the method used for humans for managing and processing information and Neural Networks are computing systems inspired by the biological neural networks that constitute human brains. Such systems “learn” to perform tasks by considering examples, generally without being programmed with task-specific rules. This chapter offers a new definition of internal logistics and shows the procedure to evaluate its level in a company. This procedure for assessing the internal logistics was developed through an Excel tab, a fuzzy inference system and a neural network. To validate this procedure, it was applied to 93 companies in the Industrial Pole of Manaus. Results obtained by different approaches are very similar, demonstrating the validity of the procedure developed

ATUALIZAÇÕES DAS MANIFESTAÇÕES CLÍNICAS DA DOENÇA PULMONAR OBSTRUTIVA CRÔNICA: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

This work aims to discuss and highlight the main clinical manifestations present in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The work is an integrative review, carried out through the search, in the PubMed database, of the following Descriptors in Health Sciences (DeCS): clinical; manifestations; chronic; obstructive; pulmonary; disease. Of the works found, only those published in 2023, until 08/31/2023, were selected, in which 30 articles were selected, 23 of which were excluded and 7 were analyzed for the production of the work. The clinical manifestations of COPD are multiple, with pulmonary manifestations (cough, throat clearing, shortness of breath) and extrapulmonary manifestations (anxiety and muscle weakness). From this information, it is important to make an overview of the main works on this subject to help in the therapeutic plan. Este trabalho tem o objetivo de debater e evidenciar as principais manifestações clínicas presentes na doença pulmonar obstrutiva crônica (DPOC). O trabalho trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, realizada através da busca, na base de dados PubMed, dos seguintes Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS): clinical; manifestations; chronic; obstructive; pulmonary; disease. Dos trabalhos encontrados foram selecionados apenas os publicados em 2023, até a data de 31/08/2023, em que foram selecionados 30 artigos, sendo que 23 foram excluídos e 7 foram analisados para a produção do trabalho. As manifestações clínicas da DPOC são múltiplas, possuindo manifestações pulmonares (tosse, pigarro, falta de ar) e extrapulmonares (ansiedade e fraqueza muscular), dessa forma o debate e conhecimento dessas manifestações é de extrema importância para o seguimento clínico e orientação do paciente. A partir destas informações, é importante que se faça um apanhado dos principais trabalhos acerca deste tema para o auxílio no plano terapêutico. &nbsp

Complicações cardiovasculares decorrentes do uso abusivo de esteroides anabolizantes: uma revisão

Este trabalho tem por objetivo examinar e evidenciar as principais complicações cardiovasculares sucedidas do uso abusivo de esteroides anabolizantes. Sendo o presente estudo uma revisão integrativa, realizado a partir da busca dos seguintes Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS): cardiovascular; anabolic; steroid. Destes, foram escolhidos apenas artigos publicados de 2021 a 2023, até a data de 24/10/2023, sendo selecionados 14 artigos, em que 5 foram excluídos e somente 9 foram examinados para a produção deste estudo. As complicações cardiovasculares associadas ao uso de esteroide anabolizantes são de grande relevância levando em consideração sua morbidade e mortalidade, uma vez que podem possuir desfechos graves como infarto agudo do miocárdio, acidente vascular cerebral isquêmico e eventos trombóticos. A partir do conhecimento destas informações, necessita-se de um apanhado dos principais estudos acerca desta temática para que seja feita a conscientização dos usuários e da população no geral além de auxiliar no diagnóstico diferencial das etiologias para as referidas complicações cardiovasculares.  &nbsp
