Molecular docking of benzimidazole derivatives compounds as xanthin oxidase inhibitor
Modifying the structure of a compound can increase the potency and selectivity of a compound. In designing a compound that is potent and selective, this can be done by: several methods, one of which is molecular docking. Benzimidazole, a special organic compounds with N-heterocyclic ring systems show various biological activities through effective binding to enzyme receptor sites. xanthin oxidase is one of the target proteins which is an enzyme. This study aimed to predict benzimidazole derivate compounds as xanthin oxidase inhibitor using molecular docking and predict their physicochemical properties. Molecular docking menggunakan Molegro Virtual Docker, for physicochemical properties using SwissADME. The results of the research showed that the activity of Benzimidazole derivative compounds is better than Allopurinol, whic is shown from the Rerank Score value which is lower than allupurinol so that the activity of the Benzimidazole derivative compound as a Xanthin Oxidase receptor inhibitor is better and more stable as a new drug candidate

Analisis Kesalahan Siswa dalam Menyelesaikan Soal Cerita Operasi Hitung Bilangan Bulat Berdasarkan Prosedur Newman
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesalahan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita operasi hitung bilangan bulat berdasarkan prosedur Newman. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMP Negeri 174 Jakarta kelas VII-C dengan jumlah siswa 38 yang terdiri dari 16 laki-laki dan 22 siswa perempuan. Sampel dipilih secara acak dan dikelompokkan berdasarkan kategori tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Subjek penelitiannya dipilih 6 dari 36 siswa sesuai dengan kategorinya. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Data di analisis berdasarkan prosedur Newman secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan lima kesalahan menurut prosedur Newman adalah sebagai berikut: 1) kesalahan membaca, tidak ada subjek yang melakukan kesalahan membaca, 2) kesalahan memahami, subjek S9 dan S34 melakukan kesalahan memahami siswa tidak menuliskan apa yang diketahui dan apa yang ditanyakan pada soal, 3) kesalahan transformasi, subjek S34 melakukan kesalahan transformasi siswa tidak menuliskan dan tidak mengetahui operasi hitung yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan soal, 4) kesalahan keterampilan proses, subjek S5 melakukan kesalahan proses siswa tidak menuliskan langkah-langkah yang dikerjakan dan 5) kesalahan penulisan jawaban, subjek S34 melakukan kesalahan penulisan jawaban siswa tidak menuliskan kesimpulan atas jawaban yang sudah diperoleh
