Post appendectomy patients need maximum care to speed up the recovery of bodily functions. Matters relating to the care of postoperative patients and carried out immediately after surgery include doing early mobilization exercises. Early mobilization exercises can improve blood circulation which will trigger pain reduction and faster wound healing. Through this mechanism, early mobilization is effective in reducing the intensity of postoperative pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of early mobilization on changes in pain levels of post operative appendectomy patients in the operating room of RSUD dr. Abdul Aziz Singkawang. The research method used is quantitative research with quasy experimental research design. The approach method uses a pre and post control group design research study. Data analysis using statistical test dependent t-test The sampling technique in the form of consecutive sampling in post operative appendectomy patients with a sample of 16 respondents. The instruments used were pain level questionnaire and early mobilization observation sheet. The results of the study are p value of 0.001 with a significance value of 0.05. So, p value 0.05. There is an influence of early mobilization on changes in pain levels of post operative appendectomy patients in the Operating Room of RSUD dr. Abdul Azis Singkawang. Saan for the nurse profession to provide an explanation of the importance of mobilization and provide early mobilization exercises to post operative appendectomy patients in accordance with procedures as permanent activities in an effort to prevent loss of bodily functions so as to improve the quality and quality of service

Sectio Caesarea has various complications during the postoperative period, one of which is a decrease in body temperature, if not handled properly it can cause hypothermia and cause discomfort to the patient. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the combination of warm infusion fluids and warm electric blankets on the body temperature of post-sectio caesarea patients in the recovery room. This research is a true-experimental study with pretest and post-test with control group design approach. The research sample was divided into 4 groups, each group was given treatment for 60 minutes. The results showed that warm infusion fluids and warm electric blankets were adequate compared to other groups, with p-value = 0.000 (p<0.05). Based on this study, it can be concluded that the combination of warm infusion fluids and warm electric blankets effectively increases the body temperature of post-sectio caesarea patients

Background : Caesarean section or sectio caesarea has various complications such as thermoregulation disorders, namely a decrease in body temperature to hypothermia which affects hemodynamic status. One of the treatments to maintain a normal body temperature is to use heat conduction which includes a heating element either internally by giving warm intravenous fluids or active external heating with the use of a warm electric blanket in the recovery room.Purpose : To prove the effectiveness of giving infusion fluids and warm blanket to post-caesarean patients' body temperature and hemodynamics in the recovery room. Methods : This type of research is a true experiment approach using a pre and post-test control group design. The sample was selected by purposive sampling technique, obtained 64 samples, consisting of 16 respondents who were given warm infusion fluids and warm blankets, 16 respondents who were given intravenous fluids, 16 who were given warm blankets, and 16 respondents who were given standard treatment at the hospital. Results : There was a statistically significant difference in the average value of the increase in body temperature was 36.74o C (p = 0.000), systolic blood pressure was 118.81 mmHg (p = 0.000), diastolic blood pressure was 92.12 mmHg (p = 0.000), pulse was 88.75 breaths/minute (p = 0.002), respiration was 22.81 breaths/minute (p=0.003), MAP was 86.12 mmHg (p = 0.033) and oxygen saturation was 98.3% (p = 0.00) after being given warm infusion fluids and warm blanket for 60 minutes in postoperative caesarean section patients. Conclusion : Giving infusion fluids and warm blanket for 60 minutes in the recovery room is better given to patients after sectio caesarea surgery because they provide a strong increase in body temperature and hemodynamic status compared to other intervention groups with an effect size value of 1.30.Keywords : warm infusion fluids, warm blanket, body temperature, hemodynamics, sectio caesare
