    Along with the increasing number of internet service users at PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+), the number of customer complaints about the services received also increases. At this time PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) still does not have a system that accommodates customer complaints. Therefore, the author focuses on the purpose of this study to design a Customer Complaint Service Application design for PT. Indonesia Comnet Plus (ICON+) Palembang branch. The customer complaint application at PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) is designed using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) tool which is used to describe the system designed and to make it easier to visualize the system designed by the author. This application is designed using Figma to design the user interface. Meanwhile, to design the database design the author uses a sqlite database. The research method applied in this research is the development of the waterfall method which describes a systematic and sequential approach (step by step) in software development. (ICON+). Where customers can submit complaints through this application without having to come directly to the ICON + Office to be more effective and time and cost efficient. As for PT PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) this application can provide convenience in managing customer complaints related to services that are being used by PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) customers so that they can be handled properly.Keywords : ICON+, Design, Mobile, UML, Waterfal

    Pengembangan Multimedia Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Kontekstual untuk Siswa Sekolah Dasar

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan produk multimedia pembelajaran PAI kontekstual, (2) mengetahui kelayakan produk multimedia pembelajaran PAI kontekstual bagi siswa sekolah dasar ditinjau dari aspek materi dan aspek media, dan (3) mengetahui peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa setelah menggunakan produk multimedia pembelajaran PAI kontekstual. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) yang secara umum dilakukan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu: (1) studi pendahuluan, (2) perencanaan, (3) pengembangan produk awal, dan (4) evaluasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDIT Salman Al Farisi Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 22 orang. 6 orang siswa untuk Uji Beta dan seluruh siswa untuk Uji Coba Program. Instrumen pengumpulan data ialah berupa lembar angket dan soal. Lembar angket digunakan untuk menilai kelayakan produk, diberikan kepada ahli materi dan ahli media. Lembar angket untuk menanyakan kesan siswa, diberikan kepada siswa. Adapun soal digunakan untuk mengetahui peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa setelah menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran PAI kontekstual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) produk multimedia yang dihasilkan adalah multimedia pembelajaran PAI dengan pokok materi tentang iman kepada rasul-rasul Allah, SK ke 7, KD ke 7.1, 7.2, dan 7.3 untuk siswa SD kelas V pada semester genap; (2) multimedia yang dihasilkan layak sebagai media pembelajaran PAI berdasarkan validasi oleh ahli materi pada Uji Alfa dengan hasil penilaian baik, validasi oleh ahli media pada Uji Alfa dengan hasil penilaian baik, penilaian oleh 6 orang siswa pada Uji Beta dengan hasil sangat baik, dan penilaian oleh seluruh siswa (22 orang) pada Uji Coba Program dengan hasil baik; dan (3) terdapat peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa setelah menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran PAI kontekstual dengan rerata pretes 72,3 dan rerata postes 86,4. Pencapaian KKM siswa pada saat pretes dinyatakan tuntas 68% dan tidak tuntas 32%, sedangkan pada saat postes seluruh siswa dinyatakan tuntas atau dengan persentase keberhasilan mencapai 100%

    UPAYA PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN PAI MATERI ASMAUL HUSNA MELALUI METODE CARD SORT KELAS X SMK NEGERI 1 PENUKAL

    This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of students in class X PAI by using the card sort learning method. This research was conducted at Penukal 1 State Vocational School, Penukal District, Abab Regency, Lematang Ilir, South Sumatra Province 2022/2023, Odd Semester, namely from September to November 2022, consisting of 20 students. The research method used is the class action research method. This method is carried out in four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The results of the research conducted show that learning PAI through the application of the card sort learning method can improve PAI learning outcomes. Indicators of success in this study were: completeness of class learning and an increase in the percentage of students who scored a minimum of 75 reaching 100% through the application of the card sort active learning method. Based on the results of the study completeness study in cycle I was 50%, while in cycle II all students had achieved a KKM score of 100%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that learning the card sort method is proven to improve student learning outcomes in class X SMK Negeri 1 Penukal
