Schematic Representation: How Students Creating IT?

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses terbentuknya representasi skematis murni dan representasi skematis campuran yang diciptakan oleh siswa selama menyelesaikan word problem. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yang bersifat deskriprif. Dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 45 siswa kelas 8. Sedangkan untuk memilih subjek tidak dipilih secara acak, namun dipilih berdasarkan kemampuan siswa dalam menciptkan representasi skematik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan meminta siswa untuk menyelesaikan Tugas Pemecahan Masalah secara think aload, yaitu siswa diminta untuk menyuarakan apa yang dipikirkannya. Selain itu siswa juga menuangkan pikirannya mengunakan kertas dan pensil. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses representasi skematis murni diciptakan siswa dengan membuat gambar skema berupa garis besar dari masalah dan dilengkapi dengan beberapa keterangan pokok yang ada dalam masalah. Sedangkan proses representasi skematis campuran diciptakan siswa dengan membuat gambar skema yang dilengkapi dengan keterangan-keterangan dan gambar nyata yang sesuai dengan situasi dalam masalah. Kedua jenis representasi skematis ini sangat efektif dalam membantu siswa dalam menyelesaikan word problem

This study aims to determine how the synergy District Government Kepulaun Meranti in waste management. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research, which can be interpreted as a problem-solving process was investigated by describing the state of the research subjects were based on the facts that appear during the study were then followed by the popularity of existing theories.Based on the results of this study concluded that synergy Kepulauan Meranti regency government in waste management in 2016 had not been effective. Obstacles in the waste management collide at the disposal site (TPA) which is narrow, while the new location is very remote and there is no access to the landfill. Infrastructure landfill (garbage cans) and freight transport was minimal. Human resources owned is still very limited does not correspond with the area. Street Children’s Information Literacy: A Case Study at a Foundation in Bandung

This study aims to gain an overview of abandoned children’s understanding of information needs, sources of information, how to obtain information, how to evaluate the information obtained, and how to utilize the information obtained. By using mixed-methods research, which involves the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data; this study shows that the street children who are living in a Yayasan Bahtera shelter at Bandung have information literacy. The role of institutional accommodate Illegal Immigrants become very necessary thing to handle, administer, and maintain their rights to get what they expect. Agencies in the city like Rudenim, Immigration Office, and Kemenkumham and foreign agencies such as IOM and UNHCR become an indispensable institution. who need protection to live and settle. Media Seni Budaya Tradisional Masyarakat Pedesaan dalam Mendukung Pengembangan Pangan di Kecamatan Rancakalong Sumedang

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh alasan bahwa, di Negara kita sebagian besar masyarakatnya menggantungkan hidup di ladang-ladang pertanian, terkadang masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menyebarkan informasi, khususnya informasi pembangunan yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh para petani untuk meningkatkan kualitas maupun kuantitas hasil pertaniannya. Kendala tersebut disebabkan oleh kurangnya kemampuan sumber daya manusia maupun peralatan untuk menjangkau daerah-daerah terpencil yang sulit secara geografis, ataupun terbatasnya kemampuan masyarakat untuk mengaksesnya baik karena faktor ekonomi (finansial) maupun pengetahuan. Sehingga tidak mengherankan apabila di tengah-tengah abad informasi ini, masih ditemukan suatu daerah yang tidak atau belum tersentuh oleh informasi dari luar. Urgensi penelitian adalah ingin mengukur tingkat penggunaan media tradisional pada masyarakat pedesaan dalam mendukung pengembangan pangan di Kecamatan Rancakalong Kabupaten Sumedang. This study used a qualitative model with descriptive method, which is conducted by interview, documentation, and direct observation regarding the implementation of curriculum activities in 2013 in the city of Pekanbaru. In this research method used is an interactive data analysis (interactive models of analysis) of Miles and Huberman which includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. Implementasi Program Percepatan Pembangunan Infrastruktur Desa Dan Kelurahan (Ppidk) Kasus Desa Kuala Panduk Kabupaten Pelalawan Tahun 2013-2014

The problem in this study is whether the Group of Governmental Kuala Panduk Village as a contractor at the village level and BPMPD Pelalawan as policy makers, understand and can implement this program in accordance with the instructions and the extent of public support in the review of social, cultural, political and economic factors a factor that into effect in practice. Theoretical concept that is in use is policy and policy implementation.This research uses descriptive method. In collecting the data, researchers use interviewing techniques, observation and documentation. These results indicate that the Infrastructure Development Acceleration Program Implementation Village and Village (PPIDK) Case Kuala Panduk Village, Pelalawan Regency Year 2013 to 2014 have not been up to equitable development, increase revenue and employment for the people of the village of Kuala Panduk due to budget constraints
