    After the Cartel Party: ‘Extra-Party’ and ‘Intra-Party’ Techno-Populism

    This article reads the restructuring of European party systems in the 2010s as a transition from cartel to techno-populist parties, with a specific focus on left-populist challengers. Adopting a historical-institutionalist perspective, it demonstrates how a long-term cartelization and particular mode of crisis management after 2008 drove the gradual replacement of the party cartel with a cohabitation of populism and technocratic politics: techno-populism. Although this techno-populist template has been deployed for parties such as Five Star Movement and some right-wing populist outfits, it has usually been left aside for left-wing variants. This article investigates two techno-populist subtypes from the left: Corbynism in the United Kingdom and Podemos in Spain. The former took place within a cartel party (‘intra-party’), while the latter occurred from outside the party cartel (‘extra-party’). Although such party cartelization cuts across cases, the rise of Corbynism and Podemos took place under different institutional conditions: different electoral systems, different European Union membership and different dynamics of party competition on the left.     Sepeda motor merupakan moda transportasi yang cukup efisien dalam penggunaan bahan bakar, efisien dalam waktu, karena sepeda motor merupakan moda transportasi yang praktis. Kepuasan konsumen setelah melakukan pembelian sepeda motor dipengaruhi banyak faktor. Setiap orang mempunyai pendapat yang berbeda-beda. Diantaranya yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen dalam pembelian yaitu faktor harga, kualitas dan desain produk. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Apakah harga, kualitas, dan desain produk sepeda motor Yamaha Mio berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen di kecamatan Banyudono? 2) Diantara variabel harga, kualitas, dan desain produk manakah yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen dalam pembelian produk motor Yamaha Mio di kecamatan Banyudono? Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini: uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heterodastisitas dan uji hipotesis meliputi analisis regresi linier bergada, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinan (R2). Hasil dari analisis data menunjukan bahwa variabel harga, kualitas, dan desain produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dalam pembelian sepeda motor yamaha mio di Kecamatan Banyudono, dan variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan konsumen dalam pembelian sepeda motor Yamaha Mio di kecamatan Banyudono adalah kualitas, karena variabel kualitas mempunyai nilai thitung sebesar 5,889 sedangkan variabel harga mempunyai nilai sebesar 2,153 dan variabel desain produk mempunyai nilai sebesar 3,477. Jadi hipotesis yang menyatakan “ Diduga variabel harga adalah variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan konsumen” tidak terbukti kebenaranya

    This study aims to determine of brand satisfaction and brand trust to brand loyalty on motorcycle leasing company in Surakarta, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study are individuals who have ever used the services of motorcycle leasing company in the city of Surakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 150 people with the determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. Data obtained primary data questionnaire with likert scale. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The result show : (1) brand satisfaction and brand trust significant effect on brand loyalty. (2) F test result obtained F arithmetic value of 67.978 with sig. 0,000 so simultaneously there is the influence of brand satisfaction and brand trust to brand loyalty. (3) The test results obtained value of R Square of 0.473 thus concluced variation changes in brand loyalty can be explained brand satisfaction and brand trust of 47.3% while the remaining 52.7% is explained by other variables outside variables examined in this study

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kegiatan rantai nilai (value chain) pada produk batik tulis di Kampung Batik Laweyan Kota Surakarta, dan untuk mengetahui serta mengidentifikasi aktivitas apa yang mempunyai nilai tambah ekonomi tertinggi (value added ) pada produk batik tulis Kampung Batik Laweyan Kota Surakarta sehingga mampu meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Studi Kasus.. Proses analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis isi dari interview dan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan Analisis isi (Content Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Aktivitas utama rantai nilai (value chain) pada produk batik tulis di Kampung Batik Laweyan Kota Surakarta meliputi: (1) Pembelian bahan baku dan peralatan utama seperti kain mori, malam, pewarna, dan peralatan. (2) Proses produksi, meliputi membuat motif, membuat pola di atas kain mori, menebalkan pola menggunakan canting (mencanting), pewarnaan, pencucian kain, melorod kain dengan cara mencelupkan di air panas, menjemur kain hingga kering dan display kain batik tulis, (3) Penjualan produk. Penjualan batik tulis umumnya melalui wholesaler baik di dalam negeri maupun luar negeri, ritel dan konsumen akhir. Sedangkan aktivitas utama dalam produksi batik tulis di kampung batik laweyan yang memberikan nilai tambah paling besar adalah pemasaran dan penjuala

    Pengaruh Intrinsic Motivation, JOB Autonomy, dan Affective Commitment Terhadap Turnover Intention (Kasus pada Rumah Sakit Kasih Ibu Surakarta)

    There were many researches to identify factors that influenced employees to leave the organization. We hypothesized that intrinsic motivation, job autonomy, and affective commitment were variables negatively related to turnover intention. A sample of 135 nurses in Rumah Sakit Kasih Ibu Surakarta has been involved in this research. Through the multiple linear regression test, the result shows that the hypotheses of intrinsic motivation and affective commitment are negatively related to turnover intention were supported, but the hypothese of job autonomy is negatively related to turnover intention was rejected. This results may have important implications for Rumah Sakit Kasih Ibu to develop the effective work environment and support the employees to have more opportunities of developing themselves. Conslusions were examined considering practical implications for Rumah Sakit Kasih Ibu Surakarta, the employees, and the need for further researches

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the influences of leadership to satisfaction of employee at Department of Management Market of Surakarta, to analyze influence leadership to satisfaction of employee effect to the performance of employee at Department of Management Market of Surakarta, and to analyze the positive influences of leadership directly through the performance of employee at Department of Management Market of Surakarta (DINAS Pengelolaan Pasar PEMKOT Surakarta). Research conducted a descriptive study using a quantitative approach, by taking samples at Department of Management Market of Surakarta (DINAS Pengelolaan Pasar PEMKOT Surakarta), Central Java, Indonesia. The study population was all employees and staff of the Department of Management Market of Surakarta and samples taken by 50 employees. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results obtained showed that: Leadership will influence on satisfaction of employee at Department of Management Market of Surakarta, satisfaction of employees affects the employee's performance of employees at Department of Management Market of Surakarta, and leadership influence on performance of employee indirectly through satisfaction of employees at Department of Management Market of Surakarta (DINAS Pengelolaan Pasar PEMKOT Surakarta)

    The development of small and medium enterprises in Indonesia is growing rapidly but there are still many problems encountered. This problem is suspected because many owners don’t have entrepreneruial orientation, management skills and the right marketing strategies in their business. The owners and managers of small businesses required to more understanding the market conditions and passion of consumers because of high competition in business. This study has intention to determine the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, management skills and marketing strategies to increase business performance. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires on small businesses of manufacturing industry in Magetan. The number of respondents who researched is 96 including the owners or managers of manufacturing small businesses in Magetan. For analyzing and interpreting data using Partial Least Square (PLS). The finding from study indicated that the entrepreneurial orientation and management skills have positive and significant impact on marketing strategy. Entrepreneurial orientation and management skills impact on performance of small businesses when mediated by marketing strategies. Result also reveal that management skills and marketing strategies has directly impact on performance of a small business

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job Insecurity (X1) dan Stress Kerja (X2) terhadap Turnover Intention (Y) baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial di CV. Deyan Putra Utama Kota Bandung. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 responden. Sedangkan untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner. Dan untuk metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi regresi linier berganda, korelasi berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Secara simultan pengaruh Job Insecurity (X1) dan Stress Kerja (X2) terhadap Turnover Intention (Y) sebesar 62,5% Sedangkan secara parsial Job Insecurity (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention (Y) memberikan pengaruh sebesar 26,4% dan Stress Kerja (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention (Y) memberikan pengaruh sebesar 36,1% dapat disimpulkan bahwa Job Insecurity (X1) dan Stress Kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention (Y) karyawan di CV.     This study aims to analyze: 1) the impact of company size on the reporting of Islamicsocial responsibility. 2) the impact of profitability on the reporting of Islamicsocial responsibility. 3) the impact of industry type on the reporting of Islamicsocial responsibility. 4) the impact of age on the reporting of Islamic social responsibility. The data used is secondary data obtained from the annual report (corporate report) corporations listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study are the go public corporations listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The sample in this study are corporations registered in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2014-2015. Sampling using purposive sampling. The research method used is multiple regression. The classical assumption test showed no multicollinearity and no heteroscedasticity occurred. The results of this study indicate that 1) firm size has a significant positive effect on the reporting of Islamic social responsibility. 2) Profitability has no effect on the reporting of Islamic social responsibility. 3) Industrial type does not affect the reporting of Islamic social responsibility. 4) The age of the company has a significant positive effect on the reporting of Islamicsocial responsibility.     Customer satisfaction has become a central concept in the management of business discourse. Quality is a core survival of an institution. This study aims to investigate the influence of a quality service to satisfaction of inpatients in health centers gondang sragen in 2015. This study used a convenience sampling techniques to determine the number of samples obtained 120 respondents. This study was conducted in November 2015. The validity of the test results obtained on tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, acces, communication, security and satisfaction have a valid result with a probability value 0.60, and declared all the items found to be reliable or reliable instrument. On the results of this study indicate the existence of several items the kind of services that affect patient satisfaction in the clinic gondang. Researchers provide advice to management to further improve the quality and service that already exists in the clinic gondang sragen
