Pengaruh Penambahan Bubuk Kayu Manis (Cinnamomum Burmannii) terhadap Sifat Kimia dan Total Mikroba pada Nugget Ayam

This study was conducted to determine the effect of adding cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmanni) powder to the chemical and microbial activity of chicken nuggets. The research method used completely randomized design (RAL) with four treatment 3 replication. The result of organoleptic test showed chicken nuggets with the addition of 2.5 g cinnamon powder most preferred. Chemical test showed that chicken nugget with the addition of cinnamon powder 2.5 g of moisture content of 69.51%, ash content of 1.15% and 13.22% protein content. The result of the microbial (TPC) test showed that at 0 day storage of chicken nugget without cinnamon were 44 cfu/g into 36 cfu/g. The addition of 2.5 g cinnamon powder, at 5 days about 80 cfu/g into 71 cfu /g, at 10 day ie 93 cfu / g into 82 cfu/g, at 15 days about 115 cfu/g into 96 cfu/g

Analisis Hubungan Kekerabatan Macang (Mangifera Foetida Lour.) Di Sumatera Bagian Tengah

The diversity of Mangifera foetida Lour. (macang) in central Sumatra has not beenexplored and inventoried. On the other hand, the diversity of cultivars and varieties ofthis species is endangered due to the lost of its natural habitat. This research aimed toanalyze the diversity of macang in central Sumatra. The research was carried out fromDecember 2011 to June 2013. The morphological and agronomical characters of a totalof 66 macang trees had been observed. All of these observed characters were then scoredand analyzed using NTSYSpc 2.02 to determine their clustering and using Minitab toanalyze the principle component and correlation of Pearson. The result showed that thesimilarity coefficient ranged from 0.17 to 0.76. Dendogram constructed from thesimilairty coefficient showed two main groups, that clustered not based on the samplelocations but based on the character similarity (fruit color). The first group consisted of65 individuals and second group consisted of one individual. The result of Principlecomponent analysis showed two main groups, with the diversity accumulation value was40%. Program Corporate Social Responsibility Dalam Perspektif Indeks Kepuasan Publik Di Riau

Program Corporate Social Reponsibility (CSR) merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dan di Indonesia merupakan suatu kewajiban dan ditetapkan melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas. Dimana pada pasal 74 menjelaskan bahwa tanggung jawab sosial merupakan suatu kegiatan yang diwajibkan dan dilaksanakan berdasarkan pada kepatutan dan kewajaran sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintahan. Pelaksanaan tanggung jawab sosial dikenal dengan istilah CSR oleh Perusahaan merupakan suatu bentuk komitmen Perusahaan untuk membangun kualitas kehidupan yang lebih baik bersama stakeholders terkait, terutama masyarakat disekitar Perusahaan tersebut berada. Karena peran CSR ternyata saat ini semakin penting bagi masyarakat di sekitar Perusahaan dalam upaya menyeimbangkan pembangunan, baik ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara komprehensif mengenai implementasi dan prioritas program CSR di PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU II Dumai dan PT. Cevron Pasific Indonesia (CPI) di Tapung, Minas dan Rumbai Provinsi Riau. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan metode campuran (mixed methods) yaitu mengkombinasikan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket, in-dept interview dan observasi terhadap multistakeholders. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan implementasi program CSR oleh PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU II Dumai dan PT. Cevron Pasific Indonesia (CPI) di Provinsi Riau masih berjalan dengan kurang baik. Sedangkan prioritas program CSR yang dibutuhkan berdasarkan indeks kepuasan publik di PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU II Dumai dan PT. Cevron Pasific Indonesia (CPI) di Tapung, Minas dan Rumbai Provinsi Riau adalah program yang berbasis pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat.Kata Kunci: pemberdayaan, program Corporate Social Reponsibility, indeks kepuasan publik. Keragaman Genetik Empat Populasi Lntsia Bijuga Berdasarkan Penanda Rapd dan Implikasinya Bagi Program Konservasi Genetik

Intsia bijuga atau merbau merupakan jenis kayu bemilai ekonomi tinggi dan telah mengalami eksploitasi yang intensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mempelajari keragaman genetik populasi merbau guna membantu penyusunan strategi konservasi genetik, dengan menggunakan penanda RAPD. Sampel daun dikumpulkan dari 4 populasi dan dianalisa menggunakan 15 primer RAPD yang menghasilkan 77 lokus polimorfik. Rata-rata lokus polimorfik per primer adalah 5.1. Nilai keragaman genetik rerata dalam populasi sebesar 0,296 sedangkan keragaman antara populasi 0.141. Analisis klaster membagi keempat populasi menjadi dua kelompok populasi yaitu Carita dan Manokwari pada kelompok pertama, sedangkan kelompok kedua terdiri dari populasi Temate dan Nabire. Pembagian kelompok antara Manokwari dan Nabire lebih memperjelas pembagian Papua menjadi 6 wilayah geogenetik
