Strengthening the Local Culture of the Oral Tradition of Berahoi to Develop Creative Industry
‘Berahoi’, traditional Malay culture, is an asset supposedly from Langkat history from the area of Batubara County. Since 200 years, ‘Berahoi’ tradition has existed in Bahorok, a district in Langkat, which symbolizes the cycle of farming as a tradition in the country that has existed as an agricultural country for a long time . Revitalizing the tradition of ‘Berahoi’ requires another vehicle in the form of an annual minimum number of regular performances on a local and even national scale; and then on an international scale, a colossal festival was initiated in realizing the creative industries.

Dvali-Gabadadze-Porrati Cosmology in Bianchi I brane
The dynamics of Dvali-Gabadadze-Porrati Cosmology (DGP) braneworld with an
anisotropic brane is studied. The Friedmann equations and their solutions are
obtained for two branches of anisotropic DGP model. The late time behavior in
DGP cosmology is examined in the presence of anisotropy which shows that
universe enters a self-accelerating phase much later compared to the isotropic
case. The acceleration conditions and slow-roll conditions for inflation are
obtained
Seroprevalence Of Hepatitis-b Virus In Mid And Far Western Region In Nepal
Hepatitis B is significant health problems that might involve the late sequel of liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. The present study aimed to know the seroprevalence of hepatitis B virus (HBV) in mid and far western region in Nepal with various clinical conditions.This was a retrospective study conducted in mid and far western region in Nepal, which was performed in the Central Laboratory of Microbiology at Nepalgunj Medical College and Teaching Hospital, Banke, Nepal during the period of September 2010 to April 2012. The serum samples were tested for Hepatitis B surface Antigen (HBsAg) by Sandwich immunoassay. Total 7010 patients including 43.72% male and 56.28% female were tested for HBsAg. Of them, 135 were positive and 6875 were negative.In 135 positive cases 84 (62.22%) were male and 51 (37.77% )were female. In 6875 negative cases 2981 were male and 3894 were female. The seroprevalence rate of HBV was 1.93% in mid and far western region in Nepal. Seroprevalence of HBV seems to be higher in male then the female; it was 2.75% in male and 1.29% in female.The study revealed that the seroprevalence of HBV was alarmingly higher in such a population, which probably reflects a high background prevalence of HBV infections should be taken into consideration and Implementation of community-based preventive measures and improved strategies for safe blood supply might prove useful to decrease the seroprevalence
Bulk scalar field in DGP braneworld cosmology
We investigated the effects of bulk scalar field in the braneworld
cosmological scenario. The Friedmann equations and acceleration condition in
presence of the bulk scalar field for a zero tension brane and cosmological
constant are studied. In DGP model the effective Einstein equation on the brane
is obtained with bulk scalar field. The rescaled bulk scalar field on the brane
in the DGP model behaves as an effective four dimensional field, thus standard
type cosmology is recovered. In present study of the DGP model, the late-time

Purification and Characterization of Recombinant Darbepoetin Alfa from Leishmania tarentolae
Darbepoetin alfa is a biopharmaceutical glycoprotein that stimulates erythropoiesis and is used to treat anemia, which associated with renal failure and cancer chemotherapy. We herein describe the structural characterization of recombinant darbepoetin alfa produced by Leishmania tarentolae T7-TR host. The DNA expression cassette was integrated into the L. tarentolae genome through homologous recombination. Transformed clones were selected by antibiotic resistance, diagnostic PCRs, and protein expression analysis. The structure of recombinant darbepoetin alfa was analyzed by isoelectric focusing, ultraviolet–visible spectrum, and circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy. Expression analysis showed the presence of a protein band at 40 kDa, and its expression level was 51.2 mg/ml of culture medium. Darbepoetin alfa have 5 isoforms with varying degree of sialylation. The UV absorption and CD spectra were analogous to original drug (Aranesp), which confirmed that the produced protein was darbepoetin alfa. Potency test results revealed that the purified protein was biologically active. In brief, the structural and biological characteristics of expressed darbepoetin alfa were very similar to Aranesp which has been normally expressed in CHO. Our data also suggest that produced protein has potential to be developed for clinical use. © 2016, Springer Science+Business Media New York
Flood Modeling on Koya Catchment Area Using Hyfran, Web Map Service, and HEC-RAS Software
In this research, The boundaries of the Koya catchment area have been delineated, and valley paths in the region were drawn by using the Water Modeling System (WMS) software, Analysis of the morphometric information indicated that the morphometric characteristics of watersheds contribute to the floods. The average surface runoff depth depends on the curve number values that are determined based on the types of soil cover and soil class according to Harmonized World Soil Database HWSD software that indicates the soil class in the study area are Group B silt loam, The results obtained also show that the potential for surface runoff varies with land use and soil characteristics. Also, the value of the curve number (CN) was determined to be 71. The hydrological modeling was performed by the HEC-HMS program that simulates the process of rainfall to runoff using the SCS curve number model. A flood hydrograph was constructed at the catchment area outlet and the floodplain delineation was verified by the HEC-RAS software. The results indicated that the 100-year return period flood could Reach critical areas such as the urban area, agricultural area, residential areas. the results of this study indicate that there are suitable sites in the catchment areas for constructing small dams and ponds for water harvesting. 
Black hole entropy for the general area spectrum
We consider the possibility that the horizon area is expressed by the general
area spectrum in loop quantum gravity and calculate the black hole entropy by
counting the degrees of freedom in spin-network states related to its area.
Although the general area spectrum has a complex expression, we succeeded in
obtaining the result that the black hole entropy is proportional to its area as
in previous works where the simplified area formula has been used. This gives
new values for the Barbero-Immirzi parameter () which are larger than that of previous works.Comment: 5 page
Evolution of the density parameter in the anisotropic DGP cosmology
Evolution of the density parameter in the anisotropic DGP braneworld model is
studied. The role of shear and cross-over scale in the evolution of
is examined for both the branches of solution in the DGP model.
The evolution is modified significantly compared to the FRW model and further
it does not depend on the value of alone. Behaviour of the
cosmological density parameter is unaltered in the late universe.
The study of decceleration parameter shows that the entry of the universe into
self accelerating phase is determined by the value of shear. We also obtain an
estimate of the shear parameter ,
which is in agreement with the constraints obtained in the literature using

Identification of virulence determinants of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus through construction of chimeric clones
AbstractIn order to determine virulence associated genes in porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV), a series of chimeric viruses were generated where specific genomic regions of a highly virulent PRRSV infectious clone (FL12) were replaced with their counterparts of an attenuated vaccine strain (Prime Pac). Initial genome-wide scanning using a sow reproductive failure model indicated that non-structural (ORF 1a and 1b) and structural (ORF2-7) genomic regions appear to be sites where virulence determinants of PRRSV may reside. These results thus confirm the multigenic character of PRRSV virulence. Additional chimeras containing each individual structural ORFs (2 through 7) of Prime Pac and ORF5 of Neb-1 (parental strain of Prime Pac) within the FL12 backbone were generated and tested individually for further mapping of virulence determinants. Our results allow to conclude that NSP3–8 and ORF5 are the location of major virulence determinants, while other virulence determinants may also be contained in NSP1–3, NSP10–12 and ORF2
