Mikhail Mikhailovich Filippov - the Great Russian writer, literary historian, representative of the "natural school". In his works, Filippov talks about the role of art in human life. Filippov calls deduction as the main method of knowing reality. The basis of the works of art M.M. Filippova has an illusion that elevates reality
Economic prospects of innovative technologies of in vitro cultivation of seedlings
Purpose: The article discusses the economic prospects of innovative technologies for planting material of forest trees. The results of the development of an organizational model of business processes of growing forest seedlings are given and the stages of reproduction technology are described, its competitive advantages are revealed. Structure/Methodology/Approach: The use of innovative technologies in reforestation and afforestation in Russia remains insufficiently developed. Promising methods of reforestation is the use of seedlings grown by cloning. Findings: The duration and cost for each stage of the forest seedling technology were determined. The technology of clonal micropropagation includes a combination of techniques, the choice of a donor plant and the preparation of the source material of the species. Practical implications: It has been established that the development and introduction of technological innovations into practice requires financial support, due to the high cost of growing seedlings of woody plants. The developed organizational model of the process of clonal micropropagation can be used in organizing the production of seedlings of woody plants in forest seed breeding centers. Originality/Value: The development of clonal breeding technologies for modern breeding and seed centers is promising, however, there are a few difficulties that impede the successful development of production and reduce the economic efficiency ofreforestation activities.peer-reviewe

Comparative study of reactions between Β΅-nitrido- or Β΅-oxo-bridged iron tetrasulfophthalocyanines and sulfur-containing reductants
A comparative study of reactivity of ΞΌ-nitrido- and ΞΌ-oxo-dimers of iron
tetrasulfophthalocyanine has been performed in aqueous solutions of various
acidity. The substantially higher stability of nitrido-bridged structure
under both strongly acidic and strongly alkaline environments was
demonstrated. Reactions of the complexes with sulfur-containing reductants
(sodium dithionite, thiourea dioxide, sodium hydroxymethanesulfinate,
L-cysteine) has been studied. Differences in reduction processes were
explained

A phase II trial of bendamustine in combination with rituximab in older patients with previously untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
Bendamustine in combination with rituximab (BR) has been associated with high response rates and acceptable toxicity in older patients with relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Evaluation of BR is warranted in the front-line setting for DLBCL patients not eligible for anthracyclines or for the elderly. In this phase II study, we enrolled DLBCL patients aged β₯65 years who were poor candidates for R-CHOP (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone) to determine the efficacy and safety of BR in previously untreated stage IIβIV DLBCL. Twenty-three patients were enrolled with a median age of 80 years. 52% of patients presented with poor functional status (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance score of β₯2). The overall response rate was 78% with 12 complete responses (52%). At a median follow up of 29 months, the median overall survival was 10.2 months and the median progression-free survival was 5.4 months. The most common grade 3/4 adverse events were haematological. Combination therapy with BR demonstrates high response rates as front-line therapy in frail older patients with DLBCL, but survival rates were low. BR should be used with caution in future clinical trials involving older DLBCL patients with poor functional status
