Introduction the various stages of development Took place in the 20th century extended to the field of literature. Literary scholars have been instrumental in over coming notion of superiority, inferiority and gender in equality conventional ideas were rejected and new ideas began go emerge. Among them ideas about feminism have gained much popularity and development in the 21st century. Jayakanthan is also notable for his desire for women's emancipation from the perspective of society, politics, economy and religion free from such conditions. He as created works with the aim of librating women from the bondage imposed by the society conclusion feminism can be seen us a way for women to break free from slavery, in marriage, both the man and woman are disappointment if they have expectations and it is clear that life will be better if they give up on each other and live without expectations. In the story, he points out that the solution is to potray the child marriage as nonexistent the world can see that it is wrong to say that the practice of chastity as a tradition that can be traced back to the speciality of Tamils, chastity is only for women and that chastity requires restraint. It is certain that his thoughts and repercussions, no matter how many times pass are events of another period

The style of leadership is measured by democratic leadership style indicators, bureau-cratic leadership style and autocratic leadership style. While governance seen from the indica-tors of decentralization and motivation. How the authors used in collecting data are observa-tion, questionnaires and interviews. While the method is a method of writing a descriptive quali-tative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the leadership style be applicable by Yabansai Lurah in governance is bureaucratic democratic leadership style. While the duties and obligations as permanent urban village road in accordance with the style of leadership used by Lurah

This study aims to see the development of assets, profit / loss and observe financial ratios as projected financial performance of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (PTPN III) Medan for the last 3 years ie the period of 2010 until 2012. From the results of vertical analysis known factors Causing the fluctuation of PTPN III financial ratios are: a) Liquidity increases due to the decrease in short-term liabilities; B) Solvency increases as a result of the increase in total debt; C) The creditability of accounts receivable collectability has improved; D) The profitability of a company decreases due to lower net income, increased assets and equity; E) Declining profitability is caused by the global economic crisis. While the results of comparison analysis are: 1) Current assets increased in 2011 and decreased in 2012 resulting from a reduction in cash, cash equivalent of third party receivables; 2) Fixed assets due to increased ownership of facilities / infrastructure and buildings; 3) Short-term debt increased in 2011 but decreased in 2012 due to decreased contractor debt, tax debt and bank debt; 4) Long-term debt increased due to increased deferred employee benefits and deferred tax liabilities; 5) Increased equity caused by increased issued and paid-up capital of the company; 6) Reduced net sales of palm oil, rubber and palm kernel and its derivatives due to falling selling prices; 7) Net income increased in 2011 but in 2012 is reduced and far from the planned company

Clone Node Detection in Wireless Sensor Networks

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) are often deployed in unfavourable situations where an assailant can physically capture some of the nodes, first can reprogram, and then, can replicate them in a large number of clones, easily taking control over the network. This replication node is also called as Clone node. The clone node or replicated node behave as a genuine node. It can damage the network. In node replication attack detecting the clone node important issue in Wireless Sensor Networks. A few distributed solutions have been recently proposed, but they are not satisfactory. First, they are intensity and memory demanding: A serious drawback for any protocol to be used in the WSN- resource constrained environment. In this project first investigate the selection criteria of clone detection schemes with regard to device types, detection methodologies, deployment strategies, and detection ranges. Further, they are vulnerable to the specific assailant models introduced in this paper. In this scenario, a particularly dangerous attack is the replica attack, in which the assailant takes the secret keying materials from a compromised node, generates a large number of assailant-controlled replicas that share the node’s keying materials and ID, and then spreads these replicas throughout the network. With a single captured node, the assailant can create as many replica nodes as he has the hardware to generate.. The replica nodes are controlled by the assailant, but have keying materials that allow them to seem like authorized participants in the network. Our implementation specifies, user will specify its ID, which means client id, secret key will be create, and then include the port number. The witness node will verify the internally bounded user Id and secret key. The witness node means original node. If the verification is success, the information collecting to the packets that packets are send to the destination

In India, families face various social problems because of love. It is a manifestation of extreme ignorance that both men and women get used to postponing marriage and rejecting marriage, not only causing mental distress but also losing their lives. Friend is a female character who stands between the hero and the heroine and gives the necessary advice. How does her personality fit into the contemporary era? This article explores all this in detail

Partial Characterization of Protease from the Visceral Organ Waste of Cobia (Rachycentron canadum)

Proteases are the most important enzymes accounting for approximately 60% of the total industrial enzyme market. Its isolation from the visceral organ waste of Cobia showed the highest specific activity in the 40 – 50 % ammonium sulphate precipitated sample. Hence, that fraction was dialyzed and was found to have an increase in the specific activity from 2.0 – 3.2 U/mg. Purification of the dialyzed fractions on Sephadex G-100 column also revealed an increase in the specific activity from 3.2 – 3.5 U/mg. The molecular weight of the enzyme was found to be 32.0 KDa. Zymogram was done to confirm the presence of protease. The optimum pH and temperature of the isolated enzyme was shown to be 8 and 60?C where the protease activity was found to be the highest. Keywords: Cobia, alkaline protease, fish waste, enzym

First Order Derivative Spectrophotometric Determination of Thorium in Geological Samples Using Diacetylmonoxine ρ-hydroxybenzoylhydrazone

A simple, selective and sensitive spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of trace amounts of thorium using a newly synthesised reagent diacetylmonoximep-hydroxybenzoylhydrazone (DMPHBH) in the presence of Triton X-100. The molar absorptivity and Sandell’s sensitivity of the coloured species at pH 4.4 were found to be 4.20 x 104 L mol-1 cm-1 and 5.5 ng cm-2, respectively. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range 0.35 -3.8 g mL-1 of thorium(IV) at 410 nm. The stoichiometry of the complex was found to be 1:2 (Th(IV): DMPHBH). A highly selective first order derivative spectrophotometric method for the determination of thorium in the presence of uranium is also reported. The detection limit and quantitation limit of first order derivative spectrophotometry were found to be 0.03 and 0.11 g mL-1, respectively. The developed procedure has been successfully applied for the trace level determination of thorium in rock samples and synthetic mixtures
