Magnetocaloric properties of nanocrystalline La0.125_{0.125}Ca0.875_{0.875}MnO3_{3}

Some recent experimental studies show the invisibility of antiferromagnetic transition in the cases of manganites when their particle size is reduced to nanometer scale. In complete contrast to these cases, we have observed the signature of antiferromagnetic transition in the magnetocaloric properties of nanocrystalline La$_{0.125}$Ca$_{0.875}$MnO$_{3}$ of average particle size 70 and 60 nm similar to its polycrystalline bulk form. The system exhibit inverse magnetocaloric effect in its polycrystalline and nanocrystalline form. An extra ferromagnetic phase is stabilized at low temperature for the sample with particle size $\sim 60$ nm.Comment: 3 Figure

Keefektifan North Atlantic Treaty Organization (Nato) Memimpin International Security Assistance Force (Isaf) di Afghanistan Tahun 2002-2012

This paper explains about the effectiveness of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) led the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan in 2002-2012. NATO is an international organization that emphasizes the military defense sector in the countries of the North Atlantic. While ISAF is an inter-state cooperation that aims to make the program successful reconstruction of Afghanistan. This paper begins by explaining what is being done mission ISAF in Afghanistan, the first mission is done ISAF mission for security, reconstruction and construction of the second and the third rule. Mission most emphasized by ISAF in Afghanistan is security, because of the threat of the Taliban to Afghanistan, as well as the spread of narcotics. That is why Afghanistan had help from NATO. However, whether effective or not assistance is done through NATO ISAF to Afghanistan?.In fact, the research concluded that the program performed the NATO-led ISAF to help Afghanistan is not effective, or can be said to have not been successful, because we can see the current state of Afghanistan, they are still not ready to face the threats of the enemy, in Afghanistan there are still many the spread of narcotics, it indicates that the NATO program for about twelve years of the leadership of Hamid Karzai is still not much change.Keywords: security, threat, ISAF program effectiveness, government of Hamid Karzai

Modification of the Charge ordering in Pr1/2_{1/2}Sr1/2_{1/2}MnO3_{3} Nanoparticles

Transport and magnetic properties have been studied in two sets of sol-gel prepared Pr$_{1/2}$Sr$_{1/2}$MnO$_{3}$ nanoparticles having average particle size of 30 nm and 45 nm. Our measurements suggest that the formation of charge ordered state is largely affected due to lowering of particle size, but the ferromagnetic transition temperature ($T_{C}$) remains unaffected.Comment: Accepted in J. Reception Messages of Hate Speech among the Teenagers in the Global World: An Attempt to Gain the Good Quality of Labor Demands

To gain the good labor demand, the government should care about the quality of its teenagers. The government must give the teenagers some labor/work to gain the maximum quality of moral ethics integrity and capability to work. In this case, some teenagers don’t care about the phenomena of hate speech. It becomes viral on YouTube when a Pakistani boy had been doing the hate speech to Indian girls. This research will elaborate the form of hate speech and the action of reception messages of hate speech among the teenagers from the global perspective. The result of this research was divided into two basics finding, they are: (1) the main form of hate speech, such as: the provocation for violence, the provocation for hatred, and the provocation for discrimination and (2) the reception messages of hate speech among the teenagers, such as: dominant, negotiable, and oppositional. The Effectiveness Of Providing Vulanic Ash (Tuff Vulcan) And Dolomite As Amelioran Materials On The Growth Of Immature Liberica Coffee Plants In Peat Land Of Mekar Jaya Village

Liberika coffee is one type of coffee that is widely cultivated by people in wetland areas (peat)  precisely in Betara District, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. In recent years, this district has become a development center and provider of Liberika coffee seeds for coffee plantation farmers from various regions such as Palembang, Kalimantan and Riau. Liberika coffee is a type of coffee that is able to adapt and produce quite well in peatlands with areca nut as a cover crop. The productivity of coffee in this area is still low at an average of 715 / kg when compared to the potential yield of Liberika coffee which can reach 950 kg / ha. Increasing production and productivity can be done through intensification and extensification. One of the efforts to improve the physical and chemical properties of peat soils so as to increase the growth and production of coffee plants is the use of ameliorants (soil enhancers). This study aims to develop a technology for using ameliorant to improve the chemical properties of peat soil. Specifically, through this study, the dosage combination of vulcan tuff ash and dolomite can be identified. which can substitute the use of artificial fertilizers (inorganic) so that it can increase the growth and production of immature liberica coffee plants on peatlands. especially the coffee plantation of farmers in the village of mekar jaya, betara district, tanjung jabung west district. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the treatment of volcanic ash and dolomite did not show significant differences in plant height parameters and, stem diameter. but it gives a real difference to the growth of live area, the number of flowers per bunch and the number of flowers in each bunch. treatment of volcanic ash 500 / gr / tree and dolomite 500 / gr / tree and a combination of volcanic ash 250 / gr / tree + dolomite 250 / gr / tree after 7 weeks of application can significantly spur on the initiation of flowering an average of 7 bunches of branch flowers if compare with control (no treatment). Likewise, observations 8 weeks after application showed the same thing, there was an increase in the number of flowers formed an average of 11 flower clumps branching. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the provision of ameliorant from vulcan tuff ash and dolomite can improve the chemical properties of peat soil so as to increase nutrient availability for growth and production of the Liberika coffee plant. From the results of this study, it can also be suggested that the use of volcanic ash and dolomite at a dose of 250-500 gr / tree to accelerate the productive phase of immature liberica coffee plants (young plants) in peatlands

Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Simpan Pinjam Bagi Perempuan terhadap Tingkat Kreativitas Ibu Rumah Tangga

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the implementation of the Savings and Loan Program for Women to the level creativity of housewife in developing small and medium enterprises in Dewa Braja Village Way Jepara District of East Lampung 2016. The method used in this research was quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used purposive random sampling. The number of samples in this study of 24 respondents, the data source of this research was from the questionnaire confirmed by observation, the technique used was quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, data analysis technique used was using Chi Square. The results showed that the implementation of the savings and loan program for women affect the creativity of housewives in Dewa Braja Village Way Jepara District of East Lampung.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelaksanaan Program Simpan Pinjam Bagi Perempuan terhadap tingkat kreatifitas Ibu rumah tangga dalam mengembangkan USAha kecil menengah di Desa Braja Dewa Kecamatan Way Jepara Lampung Timur Tahun 2016. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan purposive random sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 24 responden, sumber data penelitian ini dari angket yang dikuatkan dengan observasi, teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan Chi Kuadrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program simpan pinjam bagi perempuan berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas ibu rumah tangga Di Desa Braja Dewa Kecamatan Way Jepara Lampung Timur

The Effect of Auditor Ethics, Auditor Experience, Audit Fees and Auditor Motivation on Audit Quality

This study aimed to determine the effect of auditor ethics, auditor experience, audit fees, and auditor motivation on audit quality of public accounting firm in Semarang. The populations in this study were auditors who work on public accounting firm in Semarang. The total population of public accounting firm in Semarang according to Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2016 was 98 respondents from 14 public accounting firms. Questionnaires were distributed to auditors in all those public accounting firm. This study used purposive sampling judgement with criteria of sample were they have worked and experienced in public accounting firm for one year. A total sample of this study is 30 respondents. Using multiple linier regression analysis the results show that auditor ethics had a significant positive effect on audit quality; auditor experience had a significant positive effect on audit quality; audit fees had a significant positive effect on audit quality; and auditor motivation had a significant positive effect on audit quality. Ethics, experience, fees and motivation of auditor had a significant positive effect on audit quality
