    La investigación se elaboró para analizar ¿cómo contribuir al desarrollo de una cultura turística para la conservación del Santuario Histórico Bosque de Pómac en la región Lambayeque?, planteándose como objetivo diseñar un Programa de formación de la cultura turística para promover la conservación del Santuario Histórico Bosque de Pómac – Lambayeque. La muestra estuvo constituida por 100 pobladores del  Santuario Histórico Bosque de Pómac, en el mes de mayo del 2016 en horario establecido, el tipo de muestreo fue probabilístico al azar. Se aplicaron métodos  de la estadística descriptiva para tabular y estudiar la tendencia central de los datos basado en la información recogida en las encuestas. Para ellos se utilizó la herramienta informática o software SPSS, versión 20.0.Este programa pretende rescatar de los pobladores su experiencia y la realidad regional y local, a través de actividades prioritarias, debemos asumir y desarrollar la conciencia turística en los ciudadanos

    ResumoO presente artigo visa analisar três pequenos contos da escritora contemporânea Marina Colasanti: “Para que ninguém a quisesse”, “Quando já não era mais necessário” e “Perdida estava a meta da morfose”, todos extraídos da obra Contos de amor rasgados (1986).     El sentido de propiedad refleja la comprensión y el juicio de las personas con respecto a la apropiación y el uso de los recursos disponibles. Desde un enfoque evolutivo, los objetivos de este trabajo fueron realizar un análisis teórico sobre la ontogénesis del sentido de la propiedad, buscando describir los criterios utilizados por los niños para asignar propiedades a alguien y presentar una hipótesis explicativa de que existe una ventaja adaptativa en esta capacidad. Las conclusiones preliminares sugieren que los niños, en diferentes culturas, utilizan criterios variables para emitir juicios e inferencias sobre la posesión y la propiedad, y que el surgimiento temprano de esta habilidad desempeñaría un papel importante en las interacciones sociales, como minimizar los conflictos derivados de disputas de recursos

    Sequence and expression pattern of the Drosophila melanogaster mitochondrial porin gene: evidence of a conserved protein domain between fly and mouse

    AbstractWe have recently cloned a cDNA encoding mitochondrial porin in Drosophila melanogaster and shown its chromosomal localization (Messina et al., FEBS Lett. (1996) 384, 9–13). Such cDNA was used as a probe for screening a genomic library. We thus cloned and sequenced a 4494-bp genomic region which contained the whole gene for the mitochondrial porin or VDAC. It was found that this D. melanogaster porin gene contains five exons, numbered IA (115 bp), IB (123 bp), II (320 bp), III (228 bp) and IV (752 bp). The exons II, III and IV contain the protein coding sequence and the 3′ untranslated sequence (3′-UTR). The first base in exon II precisely corresponds to the first base of the starting ATG codon. Exon IA corresponds to the 5′-UTR sequence reported in the published cDNA sequence. Exon IB corresponds to an alternative 5′-UTR sequence, demonstrated to be transcribed by 5′-RACE experiments. The exon-intron splicing borders and the length of the exon III perfectly match a homologous internal exon detected in the mouse genes. Such exon encodes a protein domain predicted by sequence transmembrane arrangement models to contain major hydrophilic loops and it is thus suspected to have a conserved distinct function. In situ hybridization experiments confirmed the localization of the genomic clone on the chromosome 2L at region 32B3-4. Together with genomic Southern blotting at various stringencies, the same experiment did not confirm the presence of a second genetic locus on D. melanogaster chromosomes. Northern blots demonstrated that the porin gene is a housekeeping one: three messages of approx. 1.2–1.6 kbp are transcribed in every fly developmental stage that was studied. They were shown to derive by an alternative usage of different promoters and polyadenylation sites

    Los niños también gestionan proyectos : propuesta metodológica para una escuela pública en el nivel primario

    La presente investigación es de tipo descriptiva-propositiva. Descriptiva debido a que este estudio desea describir un fenómeno, en este caso, la secuencia y características de los procedimientos en torno a la gestión de los proyectos utilizada por los estudiantes. Propositiva, puesto que tras identificar la situación real del tema, se propone una secuencia de pasos que permita a los estudiantes de educación primaria gestionar sus propios proyectos. En base al análisis de la información recolectada y a los aportes de Kilpatrick (1918) respecto al trabajo en proyectos, las experiencias actuales y las demandas del Marco Curricular Nacional (2013) se elaboró una propuesta metodológica donde los niños, centro del aprendizaje, desarrollen sus propios proyectos. La importancia de dicha investigación radica en que contribuye al desarrollo de uno de los 8 aprendizajes fundamentales citados por el Ministerio de Educación peruano (2013) “Gestiona proyectos con eficiencia”. Este tipo de aprendizaje es de gran relevancia, ya que al ser desarrollado por los propios alumnos, les permite empoderarse de las herramientas necesarias para desenvolverse como ciudadanos activos y responsables en la búsqueda de la mejora de su sociedad. En ese sentido, a través de esta investigación, se pretende presentar una secuencia de pasos que empoderen al niño en la gestión de sus proyectos; de la misma manera, se busca proporcionar al docente una herramienta para el desarrollo de esta competencia en sus estudiantes.Tesi

    Ownership reasoning in children across cultures

    To what extent do early intuitions about ownership depend on cultural and socio-economic circumstances? We investigated the question by testing reasoning about third party ownership conflicts in various groups of three- and five-year-old children (N=176), growing up in seven highly contrasted social, economic, and cultural circumstances (urban rich, poor, very poor, rural poor, and traditional) spanning three continents. Each child was presented with a series of scripts involving two identical dolls fighting over an object of possession. The child had to decide who of the two dolls should own the object. Each script enacted various potential reasons for attributing ownership: creation, familiarity, first contact, equity, plus a control/neutral condition with no suggested reasons. Results show that across cultures, children are significantly more consistent and decisive in attributing ownership when one of the protagonists created the object. Development between three and five years is more or less pronounced depending on culture. The propensity to split the object in equal halves whenever possible was generally higher at certain locations (i.e., China) and quasi-inexistent in others (i.e., Vanuatu and street children of Recife). Overall, creation reasons appear to be more primordial and stable across cultures than familiarity, relative wealth or first contact.     Beca Vocación de Maestro: un análisis de correspondencia entre necesidades y servicios como una vía para la permanencia es una investigación que busca examinar si los servicios que otorga la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú a los beneficiarios de la citada beca, están logrando aportar en su permanencia; en la medida en que correspondan a las necesidades de los estudiantes, teniendo en cuenta sus características. A partir de lo descrito, la presente tesis se propone determinar los factores críticos que condicionan la permanencia de los becarios a través del análisis de la relación entre las necesidades de ellos como estudiantes y los servicios que les ofrece la universidad, de manera contingencial a los que les ofrece la propia beca. La investigación se realiza en el contexto de la propuesta que plantea Sen (2009) sobre el desarrollo humano, colocando como centro la ampliación de libertades de las personas a partir del fortalecimiento de sus capacidades, para “ser y hacer”. Asimismo, a partir de la teoría que propone Kelley (2002) sobre la influencia del Diseño Centrado en la Persona, como método que contribuye a la Innovación Social, entendiéndose a esta última como la implementación de nuevos modelos para satisfacer las necesidades sociales (OCDE, 2009), mejorando la eficacia de la acción pública (CEPAL, 2008). El presente estudio es de tipo cualitativo y para su realización ha empleado herramientas tales como la revisión documental, la aplicación de entrevistas y encuestas. Desde el enfoque de Gerencia Social, las autoras describen, exploran, analizan y relacionan los procesos de gestión de los servicios y su relación con las necesidades de los becarios. Asimismo, desde el enfoque de la Innovación Social, el propósito es analizar el potencial de acciones que –diseñadas con centro en las personas- coadyuven a acrecentar la eficacia de la política pública de acceso a la educación superior con equidad, en favor de los jóvenes beneficiarios de la Beca Vocación de Maestros, quienes pertenecen a un grupo poblacional del país altamente vulnerable. The purpose is to analyze the potential of actions that contribute to increasing the effectiveness of the public policy of access to higher education with equity, in favor of the young beneficiaries of the Vocation of Teachers Grant, who belong to a highly vulnerable population group of the country .     Knowledge, experiences, and practices of women affected by female genital schistosomiasis in rural Madagascar:A qualitative study on disease perception, health impairment and social impact

    BACKGROUND: Female genital schistosomiasis (FGS) is a neglected manifestation of urogenital schistosomiasis caused by S. haematobium. The disease presents with symptoms such as pelvic pain, vaginal discharge and bleeding and menstruation disorders, and might lead to infertility and pregnancy complications. The perspectives of women with FGS have not been studied systematically. The aim of the study was to understand knowledge, experiences, and practices of women with FGS. METHODS: We performed a qualitative study with seventy-six women diagnosed of having FGS, in the Ambanja district in Northwest Madagascar. Data collection was either through focus group discussion (N = 60) or in an individual semi-structured interview (N = 16). FGS was diagnosed by colposcopy. The data was analysed using Mayring´s qualitative content analysis. RESULTS: Knowledge on how the disease is acquired varied and ideas on prevention remained vague. Patients suffered from vaginal discharge and pelvic complaints. Some women expressed unbearable pain during sexual intercourse and compared their pain to an open wound being touched. FGS considerably impaired women´s daily activities and their quality of life. Infertility led to resignation and despair, conflicts with the partner and to social exclusion from the community. Women fearing to sexually transmit FGS refrained from partnership and sexual relations. Many women with FGS reported stigmatisation. A coping strategy was to share strain with other women having similar complaints. However, concealing FGS was a common behaviour which led to social isolation and delayed health care seeking. CONCLUSIONS: Our study underlines that FGS has an important impact on the sexual health of women and on their social life in the community. Our results highlight the importance of providing adequate health education and structural interventions, such as the supply of water and the provision of sanitation measures. Further, correct diagnosis and treatment of FGS in adolescent girls and women should be available in all S. haematobium-endemic areas.     Livro organizado a partir do GT de Psicologia Evolucionista - ANPEPP, cujo objetivo é planejar estratégias que tenham efeito no sentido de dar continuidade ao trabalho que está sendo realizado, e preparar o terreno para o desenvolvimento futuro. A cada encontro dos membros nos simpósios da ANPEPP que são realizados a cada dois anos (em anos pares) refletem criticamente sobre o que foi realizado e o que pode ser construído mais à frente. A realização de atividades que envolvam intercâmbio e parceria entre membros do GT é estratégica para o fortalecimento e expansão da área no Brasil.Apresenta reflexões sobre temas relacionados com evolução, cultura e comportamento humano na contemporaneidade. Parte do pressuposto de que os comportamentos apresentados pelos indivíduos (animais e humanos) têm influência em certa medida que caracterizou a história filogenética daquela espécie à qual o indivíduo pertence. Além disso, considera que existe uma continuidade filogenética entre o ser humano e os outros animais. No entanto, ao adotar uma abordagem evolucionista, não tem como objetivo reduzir o comportamento humano ao animal. A proposta é ter uma visão mais abrangente da nossa espécie e uma melhor compreensão do que é ser humano.CNPq e PPGPsi/UFS
