    Metodologia para melhorar a qualidade na organização do processo educacional através da implementação de software

    The article deals with the issues of information exchange between teachers, pupils and educational organization departments. They analyzed the advantages and the disadvantages of traditional approaches: e-mail, communication via phones, social networks. They considered the issues of information placement intended for a large number of users. They revealed the need to address the problems associated with the publication of events - major administrative announcements of educational organizations, which are visible to all users and set to a certain date. The approach to publication of events is proposed within the framework of a system separate module. They considered the mechanism of mass mailings which allows users to transmit information to two or more recipients and ensures the exchange of information available only to recipients, unlike the "wall". An approach is proposed to increase the quality of the educational process organization, which allows a rapid exchange. The issues of information placement are considered on the website of the educational organization using the example of the training schedule. The advantages and the disadvantages of the traditional approach are analyzed. The issues of schedule planning among part-timer teachers are considered. They propose the approach to increase the quality the educational process quality organization, which allows you to place and make changes to the curriculum quickly using the example of the "Electronic Schedule" system.El artículo trata sobre los temas de intercambio de información entre profesores, alumnos y departamentos de organizaciones educativas. Analizaron las ventajas y desventajas de los enfoques tradicionales: correo electrónico, comunicación a través de teléfonos, redes sociales. Consideraron los problemas de la colocación de información destinados a un gran número de usuarios. Revelaron la necesidad de abordar los problemas asociados con la publicación de eventos: los principales anuncios administrativos de las organizaciones educativas, que son visibles para todos los usuarios y se establecen en una fecha determinada. El enfoque para la publicación de eventos se propone en el marco de un módulo separado del sistema. Consideraron el mecanismo de correo masivo que permite a los usuarios transmitir información a dos o más destinatarios y garantiza el intercambio de información disponible solo para los destinatarios, a diferencia del "muro". Se propone un enfoque para aumentar la calidad de la organización del proceso educativo, lo que permite un intercambio rápido. Los problemas de colocación de información se consideran en el sitio web de la organización educativa utilizando el ejemplo del programa de capacitación. Se analizan las ventajas y desventajas del enfoque tradicional. Se consideran los problemas de planificación de horarios entre los maestros a tiempo parcial. Proponen el enfoque para aumentar la calidad de la organización de la calidad del proceso educativo, lo que le permite ubicar y realizar cambios en el plan de estudios rápidamente utilizando el ejemplo del sistema "Programación electrónica".O artigo trata das questões de troca de informações entre professores, alunos e departamentos de organização educacional. Eles analisaram as vantagens e desvantagens das abordagens tradicionais: e-mail, comunicação via telefones, redes sociais. Eles consideraram os problemas de colocação de informações destinados a um grande número de usuários. Eles revelaram a necessidade de abordar os problemas associados à publicação de eventos - grandes anúncios administrativos de organizações educacionais, que são visíveis para todos os usuários e definidos para uma determinada data. A abordagem para publicação de eventos é proposta no âmbito de um módulo separado do sistema. Eles consideraram o mecanismo de envios em massa que permite aos usuários transmitir informações a dois ou mais destinatários e garante a troca de informações disponíveis apenas para os destinatários, ao contrário do "muro". Uma abordagem é proposta para aumentar a qualidade da organização do processo educacional, o que permite uma troca rápida. As questões de colocação de informações são consideradas no site da organização educacional usando o exemplo do cronograma de treinamento. As vantagens e desvantagens da abordagem tradicional são analisadas. As questões do planejamento do cronograma entre os professores temporários são consideradas.     4,4′-(Anthracene-9,10-diylbis(ethyne-2,1-diyl))bis(1-methyl-1-pyridinium) Lead Iodide C30H22N2Pb2I6: A Highly Luminescent, Chemically and Thermally Stable One-Dimensional Hybrid Iodoplumbate

    A new one-dimensional hybrid iodoplumbate, namely, 4,4′-(anthracene-9,10-diylbis(ethyne-2,1-diyl))bis(1-methyl-1- pyridinium) lead iodide C30H22N2Pb2I6 (AEPyPbI), is reported here for the first time with its complete characterization. The material exhibits remarkable thermal stability (up to 300 °C), and it is unreactive under ambient conditions toward water and atmospheric oxygen, due to the quaternary nature of the nitrogen atoms present in the organic cation. The cation exhibits strong visible fluorescence under ultraviolet (UV) irradiation, and when its iodide is combined with PbI2, it forms AEPyPb2I6, an efficient light-emitting material, with a photoluminescence emission intensity comparable to that of high-quality InP epilayers. The structure determination was obtained using three-dimensional electron diffraction, and the material was extensively studied by using a wide range of techniques, such as X-ray powder diffraction, diffuse reflectance UV−visible spectroscopy, thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis, elemental analysis, Raman and infrared spectroscopies, and photoluminescence spectroscopy. The emissive properties of the material were correlated with its electronic structure by using state-of-the-art theoretical calculations. The complex, highly conjugated electronic structure of the cation interacts strongly with that of the Pb−I network, giving rise to the peculiar optoelectronic properties of AEPyPb2I6. The material, considering its relatively easy synthesis and stability, shows promise for lightemitting and photovoltaic devices. The use of highly conjugated quaternary ammonium cations may be useful for the development of new hybrid iodoplumbates and perovskites with optoelectronic properties tailored for specific applications

    Color Differences Highlight Concomitant Polymorphism of Chalcones

    The meta- and para-nitro isomers of (E)-3′-dimethylamino-nitrochalcone (Gm8m and Gm8p) are shown to exhibit concomitant color polymorphism, with Gm8m appearing as yellow (P2_{1}/c) or orange (P1̅) crystals and Gm8p appearing as red (P2_{1}/n) or black (P2_{1}/c) crystals. Each of the polymorphs was characterized optically via UV–vis spectroscopy, and their thermal behavior was characterized via differential scanning calorimetry and low-temperature powder X-ray diffraction. To assess the effect of molecular configuration and crystal packing on the colors of crystals of the different polymorphs, time dependent density functional theory (ωB97x) calculations were carried out on isolated molecules, dimers, stacks, and small clusters cut from the crystal structures of the four polymorphs. The calculated color comes from several excitations and is affected by conformation and most intermolecular contacts within the crystal, with the color differences between polymorphs mainly being due to the differences in the π–π stacking. The visual differences between these related polymorphic systems make them particularly useful for studying polymorph behavior such as phase transitions and concomitant polymorph growth

    Structure determination, thermal stability and dissolution rate of 6-indomethacin

    The structure solution of the δ-polymorph of indomethacin was obtained using three-dimensional electron diffraction. This form shows a significantly enhanced dissolution rate compared with the more common and better studied α- and γ-polymorphs, indicating better biopharmaceutical properties for medicinal applications. The structure was solved in non-centrosymmetric space group P21 and comprises two molecules in the asymmetric unit. Packing and molecule conformation closely resemble indomethacin methyl ester and indomethacin methanol solvate. Knowledge of the structure allowed the rational interpretation of spectroscopic IR and Raman data for δ-polymorph and a tentative interpretation for still unsolved indomethacin polymorphs. Finally, we observed a solid–solid transition from δ-polymorph to α-polymorph that can be driven by similarities in molecular conformation

    Treatment of basal cell cancer in the periorbital area using a pulsed copper vapour laser

    An increase in life expectancy in developed countries is inevitably accompanied by an increase in the number of nonmelanoma skin diseases, which are primarily represented by basal cell cancer (BCC) occurring in elderly and old-age patients. The pathogenesis of such diseases is associated both with impaired proliferation and differentiation of the keratinocytes of the epidermal basal layer, as well as with the transformation of the vasculature in the papillary dermis in the vicinity of BCC. In recent years, such conditions have been increasingly treated using CO2 , neodymium, diode and pulsed-dye lasers. In many cases, these devices allow malignant BCC cells to be successfully eliminated. However, the use of near-infrared lasers in the periorbital area is limited due to a higher risk of damaging the organs of the visual system. Therefore, a search for new laser surgery methods that can be used for treating malignant skin tumours seems to be a prospective research direction.Methods. 3 male and 9 female patients diagnosed with primary BCC were treated using a copper vapour laser (Yakhroma-Med). The age of the patients varied from 34 to 77 years. Laser treatment was carried out in one session under the following irradiation parameters: the wavelength of 511 and 578 nm, the average power of up to 3 W and a series of 15 ns pulses. The pause between the pulses was 60 μs, with the exposure time ranging from 200 to 600 ms. The light spot diameter on the skin surface was 1 mm. The follow-up monitoring duration was 24 months.Results. In all the BCC patients, one session of copper vapour laser treatment allowed malignant cells in the disease area to be completely eliminated without relapses during 2 years after the therapy. The duration of skin healing in the irradiated area was 2 weeks in patients under the age of 40 years, compared to 3–4 weeks in elderly patients. After the treatment, short-term side effects, such as a slight edema, erythema and peeling, were observed

    Peculiarities of ischemic stroke course and efficiency of thrombolytic therapy in patients with alcohol addiction

    Objective: to evaluate peculiarities of ischemic stroke and efficiency of thrombolytic therapy (TLT) in patients with alcohol addiction. Materials and methods: retrospective analysis of 58 case histories of with acute ischemic stroke, treated at the Regional Vascular Center in Perm and received thrombolytic systemic therapy from 2014 to 2016. Results: 10 (17.2%) patients, all men, with the history of alcohol addiction were evaluated. On admission the severity of patients state by the NIHSS scale in the addiction group and non-addiction group did not differ significantly. Hemorrhagic transformation of ischemic stroke was observed in 3 patients (15.5%) One patient died. Conclusions: no significant difference of the TLT efficiency by the NIHSS scale in patients of two groups was identified. TLT hemorrhagic complications more frequently occur in males with the alcohol addiction. In the pathogenesis of stroke in patients with the history of alcohol addiction an important role is likely to belong to vasculitis both due to the direct toxic action of alcohol on the vessels and alcohol liver impairment.Цель: Оценить особенности течения ишемического инсульта и эффективность тромболитической терапии (ТЛТ) у пациентов, злоупотребляющих алкоголем. Материалы и методы: Предпринят ретроспективный анализ медицинских карт 58 пациентов с острым ишемическим инсультом, пролеченных в Региональном сосудистом центре г. Перми и получивших системную тромболитическую терапию с 2014 по 2016 года. Результаты: 10 (17,2%) пациентов, все мужчины, по данным анамнеза злоупотребляли алкоголем. Тяжесть пациентов по шкале NIHSS при поступлении в группе злоупотреблявших и не злоупотреблявших алкоголем достоверно не различалась. Геморрагическая трансформация ишемического инсульта наблюдалась у 3 (15,5%) человек. Один пациент погиб. Выводы: эффективность ТЛТ по шкале NIHSS у пациентов двух групп значимо не различалась. Геморрагические осложнения ТЛТ у мужчин злоупотребляющих алкоголем, встречались чаще. В патогенезе инсульта у пациентов злоупотребляющих алкоголем, вероятнее всего, существенную роль играет васкулит, обусловленный как прямым - токсическим действием алкоголя на сосуды, так и токсическим поражением печени
