PENGARUH SUKU BUNGA, INFLASI, NILAI BUKU TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN INDEKS LQ45 YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis apakah suku bunga, inflasi dan nilai buku berpengaruh pada harga saham pada perusahaan yang termasuk dalam LQ45 indeks tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang termasuk dalam daftar LQ45 sebanyak 45 perusahaan yang terdiri dari sembilan sektor di mana sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda yang meliputi analisis statistik deskriptif dan asumsi klasik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah efek negatif yang signifikan dari inflasi terhadap harga saham, jika inflasi meningkat, harga saham akan menurun. Sementara suku bunga yang signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham, jika suku bunga naik, harga saham akan naik. nilai buku berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham, jika nilai buku meningkat maka harga saham akan turun

PERAN RASIO LIKUIDITAS SEBAGAI MEDIASI PENGARUH STRUKTUR AKTIVA TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PERUSAHAAN TELEKOMUNIKASI DI INDONESIA

This study aimed to describe and analyze the structure assets on the profitability, to measure the effects of liquidity ratio as a mediationg influence structure assets on profitability. The study was conducted in the telecommunications sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2008 to 2012. The samples in this study were taken using purposive. The final samples in this study were 30 observations. This hypothesis was tested using path analysis. The results showed that the structure assets had no effect on the profitability and liquidity ratio was able to complete mediation influence structure assets on profitability

Pengaruh Work Engagement, Iklim Organisasi Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi Pada Sales Advisor PT. Serasi Mitra Mobil Palembang

Motivasi berprestasi memberikan dorongan kepada seseorang untuk melakukan hal sebaik mungkin dengan keinginan untuk melampaui target. Prestasi bukanlah sesuatu yang kebetulan saja melainkan banyak faktor diantaranya kompensasi yang diberikan perusahaan terhadap karyawannya, iklin organisasi yang kondusif dalam perusahaan serta work engagement dari masing-masing karyawan yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dalam mencapai target yang telah di tentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Work Engagement, Iklim Organisasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi pada Sales Advisor PT. Serasi Mitra Mobil Palembang. Penelitian ini jumlah sampel adalah 63 orang sales advisor sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Sampling Jenuh yaitu pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi. Tehnik penggalian data menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan tes statistik yaitu regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan hasil F hitung secara simultan (6.481) dengan sig 0.000< 0.05 maka secara statistika ada pengaruh Work engagement, Iklim Organisasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi sebesar 64.81%. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasul uji t didapatkan score t hitung secara simultan (0.460) t tabel  (dengan sig 0.000 <0.05) artinya ada pengaruh work engagement sebesar 46% terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi. sedangkan untuk Iklim Organisasi 0, 641 dengan (sig 0,000 < 0.05) dan Kompenasi 0,256 dengan (sig 0.000 < 0.05)

Analisis Pengaruh Bid Ask Spread, Market Value dan Earning Per Share Terhadap Holding Period Saham Perusahaan LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia

This study aims to determine and prove the effect of bid-ask spread, market value, and earnings per share on the holding period of LQ45 company shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were companies listed on the LQ45 Index from 2017 to 2019. A sample of 30 companies with a total of 90 data was determined by purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The data used in this study are closing price, number of outstanding shares, stock trading volume, and bid and ask prices. The results of the Adjusted R2 study indicate that holding period variations can be explained by three variables, namely bid-ask spread, market value and earnings per share. The results of the t test show that the bid-ask spread variable has a positive and significant effect on the holding period, market value has a negative and insignificant effect and earnings per share has a negative and significant effect on the holding period. The three results have been tested with a significance of = 5% and the most influential on the holding period is earnings per share. From the results of the F test, there is evidence that the bid-ask spread, market value and earnings per share simultaneously have an effect on the holding period of the stock

Kajian Tingkat Kinerja Pegawai

  ABSTRACT Research to determine the level of employee performance was carried out at SMA N 1 Katibung and SMA N 1 Sragi, South Lampung Regency. The level of employee performance is proxied by a comparison of employee performance in this case teachers by age. The type of research used is quantitative with a comparative method. The researchers used a population of teachers from SMA N 1 Katibung and SMA N 1 Sragi as many as 78 teachers and a set sample of 34 honorary teachers. The sample is divided into teachers with an old age category of 18 honorary teachers and teachers in the young age category of 16 honorary teachers. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling techniques and independent t-Test data analysis. The result of this study is that there are differences in the performance of employees or teachers in the old age category and teachers with the young age category at SMA N 1 Katibung and SMA N 1 Sragi Lampung Selatan

Pengaruh Self Efficacy, Tolerance Risk, dan Emotional Intelligence Terhadap Entrepreneurship Intention

This study aims to determine the effect of Self Efficacy, Tolerance Risk, and Emotional Intelligence on Entrepreneurship Intention. Respondents in this study were students of Tridinanti University Palembang at the Faculty of Economics. There are two methods used in this study, namely simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The first hypothesis, the linearity criteria are met and the calculated F value is 70,428 with a Sig value. = 0.000 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of Self Efficacy on Entrepreneurship Intention. The second hypothesis, the linearity criteria are met, and the calculated F value is 67,192 with a Sig value. = 0.000 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of Tolerance Risk on Entrepreneurship Intention. The third hypothesis, the linearity criteria are met, and the calculated F value is 149,578 with a Sig value. = 0.000 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of Emotional Intelligence on Entrepreneurship Intention. The fourth hypothesis, the linearity criteria are met, and the calculated F value is 52,374 with a Sig value. = 0.000 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of Self Efficacy, Tolerance Risk, and Emotional Intelligence on Entrepreneurship Intention

Pengaruh Citra Toko, Varian produk, dan Lokasi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Restoran Pancious SOMA Palembang

Pada dasarnya, Jurnal ini membahas bagaimana keputusan pembelian pada Restoran Pancious SOMA Palembang. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan secara parsial dan secara simultan Pengaruh citra toko, varian produk dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Restoran Pancious SOMA Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data dan analisis data mengunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Tehnik sampel yang digunakan metode probalitily sampling atau random sampling dengan responden sebanyak 100 orang.  Berdasarkan pengujian secara simultan/serentak (Uji F) juga menunjukkan hasil bahwa citra toko, varian produk dan lokasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.&nbsp

PENGARUH INFLASI DAN TINGKAT BUNGA TERHADAP INDEKS HARGA SAHAM GABUNGAN (IHSG) PADA BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

The unstable monetary situation as reflected in the interest rates and inflation resulting in chaos in the economy. This shows the close macroeconomics impact on stock price indices in the stock market. The purpose of this study is to assess and analyze the influence of the variables of macro-economic indicators of inflation and interest rates on stock price performance index over the period 2012 to 2014.Technique analysis in this study using multiple linear regression method using the independent variable inflation and interest rates on the Composite Index. Data obtained from the Monthly Statistic, Indonesia Stock Exchange, Economic Indicators of the Central Bureau of Statistic, Monthly Report of Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Capital Market Directory. The result showed that the Composite Index in Indonesia Stock Exchange has a relationship but not too significant to inflationary and interest rate variables. While inflation and interest rates simultaneously affect the JCI. Simultaneously the macro variables affect inflation and interest rates of 88.4% against 11.6% JCI rest explained by other factors

This study aims to find out and prove the Effect of Current Assets, Long-Term Debt, Equity, Net Profit and Profit Hold Against the Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange either Simultaneously or Partially. The results of this study indicate that, There is the Effect of Current Assets, Long-Term Debt, Equity, Net Profit and Retained Earnings Together - on Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector of Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, There Are Effects of Current Assets Against Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector of Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There are Effects of Long-Term Debt on Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector of Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There Is No Effect of Equity on the Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector of Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There Is No Effect of Net Profit on the Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector of Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the Industrial Sector of Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the Year.Efforts to improve management of asset assets, long-term debt, equity, net income and retained earnings to improve financial performance by using more efficient and optimal current assets, minimizing the use of long-term debt, using optimal equity, increasing related net income sector with an increase in the sales sector and attention to the amount of dividend distribution to shareholders for the company's retained earnings.   &nbsp
