The goal of this study was to investigate the yellowfin tuna marketing chain in PPP Pondok Dadap Sendang Biru. Additionally, this study determined the margin and price share earned by yellowfin tuna fisherman. This research employed a survey strategy that included direct observation and interviews. The data used were original sources collected during October and November 2021. The respondents were chosen using the snowball sampling technique, which is a technique for identifying informants or respondents who possess a wealth of information on the research being conducted. There were 37 respondents. According to the study's findings, there are three distinct channels for yellowfin tuna marketing at PPP Pondok Dadap Sendang Biru. In chain 2, retailers earned the largest overall margin of Rp. 8,864/Kg, or 29 percent. In channel 3, retailers earned the largest overall margin of Rp. 12,000/Kg, or 34%. The biggest Fisherman's share, at 62 percent, is in the type 2 marketing chain. Keywords: fisherman’s share; marketing chain; margin; tun

In southeast Asia, the red rose (Rosa sp.) is among the flowers that can be found in abundance. The rose is primarily utilized for decoration and aroma, meanwhile, it has a lot of medicinal functions. Extract of rose petals has been reported to show antibacterial and antioxidant activity. Red rose as an antioxidant and antibacterial should be equal with its potential as a natural food preservative. This study aimed to develop anthocyanin's antibacterial and antioxidant activity from red rose as a natural preservative. The results of LC-MS (Liquid hromatography-Mass Spectrometry) analyzes showed the presence of pelargonidin 3-O-(6-O-malonyl-β-D-glucoside) and cyanidin 3-(6"-malonylglucoside). Rosa sp.extract, when tested on Pseudomonas sp., is a good bactericide. The MBC analysis showed a bacterial density of 0 CFU mL–1 with all red rose concentrate concentrations (100, 50, 25 and 12.5%). The results of the variance analysis showed that the red rose concentrate had a significant effect on the moisture content, but no significant effect on the protein and fat content of tuna for both 0 and 12 hours of fish storage. In fish treated with rose extract with 2 days shelf life and rose extract with 4 days shelf life there were no bacteria grown for 12 hours, and for the fresh rose extract treatment bacterial colony grew starting from the 6 th hour

Lobster is one of the commodities that have high economic value in the world market. Thus, the export opportunities for lobster commodities are still promising. One area that can produce lobster in Indonesia is Bontang, East Kalimantan. The area which is the sea waters is very potential for lobster rearing cultivation. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing good water quality in lobster rearing cultivation in Bontang, East Kalimantan. The study used 3 floating net cages by taking water samples 4 times and 5 lobsters each sampling. Water quality samples include physics (color, smell and taste, temperature, brightness), chemistry (pH, DO, nitrite, salinity), biology (coliform), heavy metals (hg, pb, cu). Lobster samples were measured by weight. The results showed that Fsignificant > 0.05 so that the water quality parameters had no effect on growth. The cause of the ineffectiveness of water quality parameters is due to the contamination of waters in Bontang, East Kalimantan. Keywords: Bamboo Lobster; Contamination; Floating Net Cage; Heavy Metal

Scutellaria radix is one of the ancientest approaches to treat diseases. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of Scutellaria radix on the immune responses of Macrobrachium rosenbergii by reverse-gavage feeding and their protection against Lactococcus garvieae. In brief, M. rosenbergii was injected with S. radix water extract at 1, 5 and 10 µg/µl via reverse-gavage feeding (RGF). Phenoloxidase (PO) activity of hemocytes and prophenoloxidase (proPO) gene of hepatopancreas were assessed to determine M. rosenbergii immunity. The results revealed that the concentration of S. radix extract at 5 µg/µl enhanced significantly the phenoloxidase of M. rosenbergii correlated with the control group. For pro PO were up-regulated by all concentration in a time-dependent manner. The highest percentage of survival rates was observed at 5 µg/µlof S. radix water extract after challenged with L. garvieae. The present discoveries suggest that S. radix water extract at the concentration of 5 µg/µlmay raise the immune responses and gene expressions in M. rosenbergii using RGF
