Background : Endothelial Progenitor Cell (EPC) is the progenitor of endothelial cell which has important role in regulation of vascular wall integrity and homeostasis, to protect vessels from inflamation and thrombosis, that leads into pathogenesis of coronary artery disease. Growth factors proven has important role to stimulate transduction signal in the process of proliferation of EPC. Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) contains variety of growth factors, wellknown role in homeostasis and wound healing process. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze the effect of PRP on proliferation of EPC of Stable Coronary Artery Disease (SCAD) patient.
Objective : To analyze the effect of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) on the proliferation of Endothelial Progenitor Cell (EPC) from peripheral blood of patient with SCAD
Methods : This is an in vitro, true experimental, post-test only control group design. The mononuclear cells were isolated from peripheral blood of SCAD patient and cultured in M-199 medium. EPC divided into 3 groups, which received Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Platelet Poor Plasma (PPP), and control. After 14 days of incubation, immunocytochemical examination was performed, EPC which marked with CD34, FITC labeled, was counted using immunofluoroscence microscope. Data analysis using ANOVA test.
Result : Cell counting showed significant increase of EPC proliferation in PRP group compared to PPP group (1.052 ± 0.16 vs 0.762 ± 0.19, p = 0.003), and control group as well (1.052 ± 0.16 vs 0.068 ± 0.05, p = 0.000). EPC proliferation in PPP group also increase significantly compared to control group (0.762 ± 0.19 vs 0.068 ± 0.05, p = 0.000).
Conclusion : Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) increase EPC proliferation significantly from peripheral blood of SCAD patient.

APLIKASI PENYUSUN SPESIFIKASI HARDWARE KOMPUTER DENGAN PYTHON UNTUK MEMBANTU PENJUALAN KOMPUTER
Toko komputer merupakan salah satu bisnis
yang berkembang dengan perkembangan pesat di
bidang hardware maupun software.
Pembuatan daftar spesifikasi komputer
sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan, terkadang memerlukan
waktu yang relatif lama. Hal ini dikarenakan
beragamnya jenis hardware komputer untuk berbagai
kebutuhan dan harga yang selalu berubah. Faktor
kesalahan manusia (Human Error) juga dapat
membuat hasil yang kurang konsisten. Untuk itu
dirasa perlu adanya sebuah alat bantu yang dapat
menjawab kebutuhan pelanggan atas fungsi komputer
yang diinginkan beserta harganya dengan cepat dan
akurat.
Python merupakan bahasa pemrograman
yang menawarkan kemudahan dalam menuliskan
suatu program dan dapat beroperasi hampir di semua
platform.Python banyak diminati karena
kesederhanaannya, dan dibalik kesederhanaannya
python mendukung banyak pustaka yang tersimpan
dalam modul-modul terpisah yang dapat digunakan
kapanpun dibutuhkan. Python dapat digunakan untuk
berbagai jenis aplikasi seperti aplikasi perkantoran,
aplikasi web, dan lain-lain.
Dalam makalah Tugas Akhir ini dibahas
secara singkat sebuah aplikasi untuk konsultasi
spesifikasi hardware komputer untuk membantu
penjualan pada toko komputer berdasarkan kebutuhan
dan kelas nya dengan menggunakan bahasa
pemrograman Python
The cultural perspectives on self versus other-related just world beliefs and well-being: Evidence from two large-scale multi-level studies in Asian cities
Belief in a just world (BJW) is the belief that people get what they deserve and deserve what they get (Lerner, 1980). Theoretically, believing that the world is fair to oneself (self-related BJW) is positively associated with well-being, whereas believing that the world is fair to others (other-related BJW) may not. Previous studies in non-Western nations have yielded inconsistent findings. To address this gap, we conducted two cross-cultural studies, involving students from 26 cities (N = 7,304) and 18 cities (N = 3,895) across Asia. In both studies, self-related BJW positively predicted well-being, even after controlling for Karma. Although the moderating effects of self-construal, holistic cognition, and Karma did not consistently support the cultural specificity hypothesis, city-level holistic cognition positively moderated the associations between self-related BJW and well-being. Within interdependent cultures, results support the cultural generality of psychological functions of BJW and indicate city-level holistic cognition as the moderator
