Harga Diri, Orientasi Kontrol, Dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara harga diri, dan orientasi kontrol (locus of control) secara terpisah dan secara bersama-sama dengan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT X, sebuah Perusahaan perkebunan dengan kantor pusat di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Responden penelitian dipilih dengan sampling secukupnya terhadap karyawan staf dan bukan staf. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif antara harga diri dengan kepuasan kerja (0.416) namun tidak dapat mengungkap hubungan harga diri dan orientasi kontrol secara bersama dengan kepuasan kerja karena hubungan yang tidak signifikan antara orientasi kontrol dengan kepuasan kerja

Teaching Reading Comprehension On Narrative Text Using Numbered Heads Together Technique

: the purpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of teaching reading comprehension on narrative text using numbered heads together technique. Numbered heads together is a technique that can make the students become more active in teaching learning. The writer uses Pre-experimental research and the sample of this research is the eleventh grade students of SMAN 2 Sungai Kakap in which consist of 32 students. The technique of data collecting used is measurement technique and the tool of data collecting is multiple choice test. The data were calculated with the result of students` pre-test is 5.03, the post-test is 7.38. The students` different score between pre-test and post-test is 2.35. From the calculation of t-test that the observed t-test is 13.23 with the degree of freedom 31which is the significant of level of 0.05. The writer finds out that the result of t-test is bigger than t-table (13.23 > 2,204). It is found that the Effect Size (ES) analysis of the effectiveness of teaching reading comprehension on narrative text using numbered heads together technique is 2.17. It is categorized “high”. As the result, teaching reading comprehension on narrative text using numbered heads together technique is highly effective in terms of increasing the students` mean score of narrative text reading comprehension

Pengaruh Inflasi, Nilai Tukar Rupiah, Suku Bunga Pasar Uang Domestik Dan Suku Bunga Pasar Uang Luar Negeri Terhadap Yield to Maturity Obligasi Ritel Indonesia Di Bursa Antar Bank Periode 2010-2013

.This paper has an aim to know the effect of inflation, exchange rate of IDR, the interest rate of JIBOR, and SIBOR toward yield to maturity of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI). The research result of 37 sample with population of ten kind of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI) those are ORI001 to ORI010 can be concluded that inflation, exchange rate of IDR, the interest rate of JIBOR, and SIBOR have simultaniously influenced toward yield to maturity of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI). However especially for Interest rate of SIBOR, it has an individually influenced toward yield to maturity of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI). The test model result shows that 0,712 % adjusted R Square. It means that inflation, exchange rate of IDR, the interest rate of JIBOR, and SIBOR influence 71% toward yield to maturity of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI) and the other 29% effect is fromother factors. The thing that make this research is interesting is that independent variable can only simustaniously influenced toward YTM of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI), except the interest rate of SIBOR, from spss coefficients result shows that it individually influance toward yield to maturity of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI)

PENGARUH PERINGATAN KESEHATAN PADA KEMASAN ROKOK TERHADAP MINAT BELI KONSUMEN

Rokok adalah sesuatu yang tidak terlepas dari kawula muda khususnya kaum pria. Rokok mengandung zat candu, yang menyebabkan penggunanya tidak dapat terlepas darinya. Pengguna rokok tidak hanya di kalangan dewasa, bahkan para siswa yang masih duduk di bangku sekolah pernah mencobanya. Salah satu langkah untuk menekan jumlah konsumen rokok di Indonesia adalah dengan mewajibkan perusahaan rokok mencantumkan tulisan dan gambar peringatan kesehatan pada kemasan rokok. Di Kalimantan Barat khususnya Kota Pontianak, Pemerintah Kota sudah menetapkan Perda No 10 Tahun 2010 mengenai larangan merokok di kawasan tanpa rokok misalnya tempat umum, tempat kerja, tempat ibadah, tempat bermain anak-anak, angkutan umum, lingkungan tempat proses belajar mengajar dan sarana kesehatan.Tahapan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini diawali dengan mengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online kepada 100 responden. Variabel bebas terdiri dari tulisan peringatan pada kemasan (X1) dan gambar peringatan pada kemasan (X2) sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah minat beli konsumen (Y). Data yang diperoleh di uji validitas dan reliabitas, selanjutnya diolah dengan metode regresi linier berganda yang terdiri dari uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji normalitas. Selanjutnya melakukan uji hipotesa dengan uji F dan Uji t. Hasil akhir yang didapat berupa nilai pengaruh dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat baik secara simultan maupun parsial.Besarnya nilai koefisien determinasi adalah sebesar 0,032. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa variabel bebas yaitu tulisan dan gambar peringatan pada kemasan secara simultan tidak terlalu berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat yaitu minat beli. Sedangkan pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel bebas yaitu tulisan dan gambar peringatan pada kemasan terhadap variabel terikat (minat beli) ditunjukan dari uji t partial dengan nilai pengaruh masing-masing sebesar 0,022 untuk X1 dan 0,0092 untuk X2.Kata kunci: minat beli, peringatan kesehatan, regresi linear berganda, roko

Nurses’ Perception of Patient Safety Culture in the Hospital Accreditation Era: A Literature Review

Hospital accreditation is one of main requirements for health services that is used to improve quality assurance and patient safety. Nurses as the largest number of healthcare professionals and front line of hospital services in community have a big role in determining healthcare quality. Health services are always associated withmedical action to human. Patient safety is one of the important points in conducting health services in hospital and also a part of Hospital Accreditation. Patient safety culture should be the attention for the nurses because it is the responsibility of the profession. The purpose of this study was to explore the factors that influence thenurse’s perception of patient safety in the era of hospital accreditation and to review the impact to the quality of health services in hospitals. Methods: Using a literature review, the authors determined inclusion and exclusion criteria, and then performed searches on electronic databases such as ProQuest, EBSCO Host and SAGE Journal. Full-text articles were assessed for eligibility (n = 32). Inclusion and exclusion criteria were set up based on the aim of the study with the publication years being between 2012 and 2017, and finally there were seven articles meeting all the criteria (n =7). As a result of this review, in Saudi Arabia, hospital accreditation increased the nurse’s perception of patient safety. Moreover, in China and Korea, it was seen thatthe perception of nurses of patient safety decreases the medication errors rate; in Korea, the highest level of perception is on the dimension of managing safety risks. In addition, in Turkey, the perception of nurses of patient safety is very good. It is concluded that the increased knowledge and perception of nurses about patient safety culture has correlation with the hospital accreditation era and gave some input to improve the quality of hospital services. Training, level education and clinical experiment are essentials factors affecting nurse’s perception of patient safety culture. Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Kepuasan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Medis (Kasus pada Karyawan Medis Rumah Sakit Azzahra – Ujungbatu)

This research aims to determine the influence of job stress and job statistification towards employee's preformance (case study Rumah Sakit Az-Azahra Ujungbatu). Job stress as variable X1, job statistification as variable X2 and employee's preformance as variable Y.The research method in this research is quantitative method with SPSS programme, which the sample is the medic employee as much as 47 respondents. The sample in this research is 47 employees of Rumah Sakit Az-Azahra Ujungbatu Which is all of the population. The data is collected through the questionnaires.The results of this research concludes that the variable of job stress is significantly influential to employees perfoormance and the job statification is significantly influential to the employee's performance, and job stree and job stratification are simultaneously influenctial to the employee's performance
