Audiovisual policies and international trade: The case of Italy

This paper reviews Italian audiovisual policies, in order to assess their impact on the international position of domestic cinema and television producers. Italian audiovisual policies are characterised by a rich set of institutions, regulations and support tools, whose complexity sometimes causes problems of overlapping jurisdictions among different authorities and agencies. Their degree of market access restrictiveness appears to be relatively high, especially considering the discrimination between European and non-European producers. The economic performance of the Italian audiovisual sector has been relatively weak in the nineties, particularly for what concerns the competition with foreign producers. On the other hand, the econometric exercise presented in section 5 seems to show that, at least in the cinema sector, public subsidies have a positive impact on the domestic market share of Italian producers. This preliminary conclusion is however not enough to justify a positive assessment of Italian audiovisual policies. Many important issues require further investigations. The problems and the data presented in this paper seem to confirm the need to reform the strategy and the tools of public intervention in the audiovisual sector

Identifikasi Bakteri Aerob Pada Makanan Jajanan Jagung Bakar Di Pinggiran Jalan Ring Road Manado

: Corn is a food that is usually made in the form of roasted corn. Microbial contamination in food can through environmental pollution, behavior management of food, equipment processing, processing space and seasonings. Contaminated food can cause food poisoning. The purpose of this research is to determine the aerobic bacteria in roasted corn street food on the outskirts of the Ring Road Street Manado. This research used a prospective descriptive method. Samples taken are roasted corn, with a total sample of 20 samples and sampling method using random sampling method, then performed the isolation and identification of bacteria. The results of the research from 10 samples of roasted corn not smeared seasonings showed 1 sample no growth and 9 samples growth, i.e. Bacillus subtilis, Enterobacter agglomerans, Serratia rubidaea, Lactobacillus sp., Gram-negative coccus, and Enterobacter cloacae, then 10 samples of roasted corn smeared seasonings showed 1 sample no growth and 9 samples growth, i.e. Bacillus subtilis, Enterobacter agglomerans, Serratia rubidaea, Lactobacillus sp., Enterobacter cloacae, Streptococcus sp., and Pseudomonas sp. The conclusion of this research is the discovery of bacteria in roasted corn not smeared and smeared seasonings. This indicates that the processing is not hygienic

Does Sarilumab 200mg Result In Functional Improvement In Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis Who Cannot Tolerate The Traditional Line Of Treatment?

Objective: The objective of this selective EBM review is to determine whether or not Sarilumab 200mg results in functional improvement in patients who cannot tolerate the traditional line of treatment in rheumatoid arthritis. Study Design: Review of three randomized control trials (RCTs), published after 2013 all in the English language Data Sources: 1 double blind, RCT comparing sarilumab 200mg against traditional treatment of TNF-alpha inhibitor adalimumab. 2 RCTs comparing efficacy of sarilumab 200mg to different dosages in patients that had an inadequate response or were unable to tolerate methotrexate (MTX) or TNF-a inhibitor. All studies were found using PubMed. Outcomes Measured: Each of the articles looked at the effect of sarilumab 200mg on the level of functional improvement of the patient’s symptoms of active RA using the Health Assessment Questionnaire Disability Index (HAQ-DI). The HAQ-DI takes into account 8 different sections; dressing, arising, eating, walking, hygiene, reach, grip, and activities. Patients then rank their score from 0 (having no symptoms) to 3 (unable to perform). From each section, the one highest score is taken, all sections are added and averaged. The number that results is the number that is representative of the disability index. Results: The study by Burmester et al. patients receiving sarilumab 200mg every 2 weeks (q2w) showed statistically significant functional improvement in the HAQ-DI compared to adalimumab 40mg q2w with p-values of \u3c0.01 and a confidence interval (CI) of 95% (ARD 2017;76(5):840- 847. doi:10.1136/annrheumdis-2016-210310). The Huizinga et al. compared sarilumab 200mg q2w with placebo plus methotrexate, showing a statistically significant improvement in the HAQ-DI for the sarilumab group for functional improvement with a p-value of 0.0019 and a CI of 95% (ARD. 2014;73(9):1626-1634. doi:10.1136/annrheumdis-2013-204405). Fleischmann et al. evaluated sarilumab 200mg q2w against placebo showing a statistically significant functional improvement in the HAQ-DI scores with a p-value of 0.0004 (A&R. 2017;69(2):277-290. doi:10.1002/art.39944). Conclusions: Based on the current data from the three RCT’s used in this systematic review, sarilumab 200mg does result in a statistically significant functional improvement in patients with RA who are intolerant to traditional treatment

Survei Kondisi Fisik Peserta Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Bolabasket

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of the physical condition of the male and female groups participating in basketball extracurricular activities at the Santo Albertus High School, Malang City. The research design used a survey design. The results of the research on the chest pass medicine ball test and the vertical jump test for the male group were in the moderate category, the 20-meter running test, the Illinois test, and the vertical jump test for the female group were in the moderate and poor category. Conclusion from the research results there are still tests that have below good criteria. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kemampuan kondisi fisik kelompok putra dan putri peserta kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bolabasket di SMAK Santo Albertus Kota Malang. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan rancangan survei. Hasil penelitian pada tes chest pass bola medicine dan tes vertical jump untuk kelompok putra termasuk dalam kategori cukup, pada jenis tes lari 20 meter, tes illinois, dan tes vertical jump untuk kelompok putri termasuk dalam kategori cukup dan kurang baik. Simpulan dari hasil penelitian masih ada tes yang mempunyai kriteria dibawah baik
