Microeconomics Analysis of Health Care Utilization: Evidence From Indonesia Family Life Survey

: There are still many health problems faced by most people in Indonesia such as problems of diseases, availability of medicines, health services, provision of health insurance, access to health facilities, problems with traditional healers, problems of malnutrition, and utilization of health service. Utilization can be categorized as one of health problems if the people do not utilize health service. This study aims to identify the determinants of utilization of health service in Indonesia. Data used in this study is from Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS), the third and fourth waves. From the results, it can be concluded that people aged between 15 – 74 years old have positive relation in probability to use health and medical services. People with higher level of education tend to use health service when get sick, but does not affect them to do self-treatment and use public or private health facilities. Having insurance is very important and affecting people to utilize health and medical service, it also affects people to choose public health service. Distance to hospital, better facilities of health services, and some types of illnesses are also significant. These results can be used as references for government to make policies in order to solve health problems in Indonesia

Hubungan Perilaku dan Lingkungan dengan Kejadian Demam Berdarah Dengue di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tigo Baleh Kecamatan Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh Kota Bukittinggi Tahun 2014

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a health problem with an increasing number of cases is equal to 65.57 per 100 thousand inhabitants. Based on data from the health department of Bukittinggi in 2011-2013 the number of dengue cases in the region Puskesmas Tigo Baleh In 2011 as many as 20 cases, 35 cases were in 2012, in 2013 a total of 39 cases. this type of research is an analytic survey with case-control study design and size of the study respondents were 78 respondents with totaly sampling technique. The data was collected using a questionnaire with interview techniques. This research uses the chi-square test with 95% degree of confidence (É‘ = 0.05). The results showed no significant relationship between knowledge of the incidence of DHF (p = 0.000, OR 59,500), there was no significant relationship between the attitude of the incidence of DHF (p = 0.074, OR 2.066), a significant relationship between the incidence of dengue measures (p = 0.030 , OR 4.500), and no significant relationship between the environment and the incidence of DHF (p = 1.000 OR 2.054). Expected, government and health centers can improve public knowledge and action better through counseling with a more effective method

Mengukur Kualitas Apliaksi Gudang dengan Metode USAbility Nielsen

Aplikasi gudang merupakan aplikasi yang digunakan para karyawan PT. Unggul Karya Semesta, untuk menginput data barang masuk dan keluar di gudang, konten-konten yang berhubungan dengan informasi data barang di aplikasi gudang tersebut meliputi kode barang, Data barang, supliyer, dan tgl masuk dan keluarnya barang. Salah satu kegunaan aplikasi ini adalah untuk mengontrol data barang yang keluar dan masuk. Peggunaan aplikasi gudang ini adalah untuk menjalankan proses bisnis yang efektif dan berfungsi untuk melakukan kegiatan penginputan data. Metode USAbility digunakan untuk menganalisis apakah aplikasi gudang ini memiliki tingkat kebergunaan aplikas yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kualitas aplikasi gudang di PT. Unggul karya semesta. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang hasilnya dihitung menggunakan rumus mean/rata-rata untuk mengukur kualitas aplikasi gudang. Dari Hasil penelitian diketahui kualitas aplikasi gudang di PT.Unggul Karya Semesta dari parameter learnability diperoleh nilai 3,53 masuk dalam kategori baik, parameter efficiency diperoleh nilai 3,8 masuk dalam kategori baik, parameter memorability diperoleh nilai 3,81 masuk dalam kategori baik, parameter error diperoleh nilai 2,7 masuk dalam kategori cukup, parameter satisfaction diperoleh 3,71 masuk dalam kategori baik

Sistem Kriptografi DES Pada Media Audio

Audio merupakan salah satu media digital yang dapat digunakan sebagai sarana pengiriman pesan karena mudah dalam penggunaannya dan diikuti dengan kemudahan dalam pengaksesannya. Dalam pengiriman pesan melalui media audio dan ketika sampai kepada penerima pesan, informasi tersebut harus tetap rahasia dan terjaga keasliannya atau tidak dimodifikasi. Untuk itu diperlukan metode kriptografi dalam melakukan enkripsi dan dekripsi file audio untuk menjaga keamanan data yang terdapat di dalam file audio tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sistem kriptografi DES (Data Encryption Standard) pada media audio berekstensi AMR (Adaptive Multi Rate). Hasil penelitian ini berupa sebuah perangkat lunak sistem kriptografi yang dimodelkan dengan UML (Unified Modeling Language) dan diimplementasikan dengan Visual Basic. Pengujian yang dilakukan dengan 30 data sampel menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ukuran file mempengaruhi waktu pemrosesan enkripsi/dekripsi, (2) kunci eksternal tidak mempengaruhi waktu pemrosesan, dan (3)tidak ada perubahan ukuran file baik sebelum maupun setelah proses enkripsi/dekrips

Repeat Guests\u27 Perception About New Facilities and Increased Price at Padma Hotel Bandung

In 2009 after one and a half year closed for reconstruction, Malya Hotel Bandung renewed,reopened, rebranded with new name Padma Hotel Bandung. The changes are not only aboutthe name but also the logo, the concept, the grade, and the facilities inside and outside room.This results in higher price to customers. At the opening, Padma Hotel Bandung has focusedtheir marketing promotion on Malya repeat guest . The management concerns about theguests\u27 perception about the additional price because they will be the main visitors to thehotel. Survey was conducted and the findings reveal that the guests\u27 perception about theoverall inside and outside room is really good. They agreed that Padma Hotel Bandung hasprovided better facilities compared to Malya Hotel. Some facilities have been identified toinfluence customers\u27 perception about the overall perception about new facilities. Related tothe increased price, the answer quite varies. The repeat guests stated their doubt about thefairness of the price. Even though, they wanted to come back due to emotional benefitscustomers can get from the new Padma Hotel

Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan merupakan mata kuliah yang wajib ditempuh oleh setiap mahasiswa kependidikan di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Dalam hal ini praktik pengalaman lapangan digunakan sebagai bekal mahasiswa kependidikan sebelum menjadi tenaga pendidik. Dalam kesempatan kali ini, penulis melaksanakan praktik pengalaman lapangan di SMA Negeri 1 Pakem. Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengalaman tentang proses pembelajaran dan kegiatan persekolahan lainnya yang digunakan sebagai bekal untuk menjadi tenaga pendidik yang memiliki nilai, sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan sebagai seorang pendidik. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PPL dimulai dari observasi hingga pelaksanaan PPL yang terbagi menjadi beberapa tahap yaitu persiapan mengajar, pelakasanaan mengajar, dan evaluasi hasil mengajar. Kegiatan mengajar dilaksanakan setelah konsultasi Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran kepada Guru Pembimbing terlebih dahulu. Pelaksanaan PPL di kelas X MIPA 1, X MIPA 2, serta X MIPA 3. Hasil dari pelaksanaan PPL selama kurang lebih dua bulan di SMA Negeri 1 Pakem ini dapat diperoleh hasilnya yaitu berupa penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan praktik mengajar di bidang Pendidikan Seni Tari yang didapatkan selama di bangku perkuliahan. Meskipun demikian, tetap masih ada hambatan dalam pelaksanaan PPL ini. Penyusun berharap supaya hubungan kerjasama antara pihak sekolah dengan UNY tetap terjaga dengan baik

New control for two mass positioning system using nominal characteristic trajectory following controller

In this study, a nominal characteristic trajectory following (NCTF) controller for point-to-point (PTP) positioning system is introduced for two mass systems and its performance is evaluated.The NCTF controller consists of a nominal characteristic trajectory (NCT) and a compensator. The objective of the NCTF controller is to make the object motion follow the NCT and end at its origin.Therefore, the NCT is used as an intended object motion and the compensator is used to make the motion of the controlled object follow the NCT.The NCTF controller is designed based on a simple open-loop experiment of the object and no information except the NCT is necessary for controller design. The effectiveness of the NCTF controller is evaluated and discussed through simulations.The effect of the design parameters on the robustness of the NCTF controller to inertia and friction variations is evaluated and the influence of saturation on the positioning performance is examined
