The rapid development of technology can be used as a reference in updating teaching materials in the world of education. This is due to the essence of the importance of teaching materials as a means to facilitate students in learning. On the other hand, currently there are problematic global issues that must be followed up, so the role of education is involved in it. Therefore, this development research aims to produce electronic teaching materials (E-modules) based on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in natural science learning on the topic of herbal plant conservation as an interactive and independent additional teaching material supplement for elementary school students. The choice of topic is based on SDG's 15th goal, namely terrestrial ecosystems. This development procedure uses the DBR adopted from the Reeves Model, consisting of 4 stages, namely identification and analysis of problems obtained through preliminary studies with observations, interviews, and documentation. Solution development through FGDs was carried out from concept design to product development of ESD-based interactive flipbook e-modules. Conducting repeated trials including product validation by material experts, learning media and external validation with the results obtained that the product is very feasible for the use trial stage. Product testing was carried out 2 times involving 55 grade IV students in two schools, namely SDN 2 Manonjaya and SDN 1 Kalangsari. The results of the first trial obtained student responses with the majority of the "Strongly Agree" category on several aspects of the assessment. In the trial phase 1, improvements were made to the e-module product. Furthermore, in the second trial phase there was an increase in student responses, where almost all aspects of the assessment were included in the "Strongly Agree" category. The last stage is a reflection of all research activities that have been carried out to overcome the problem

This development research aims to produce electronic teaching materials (E-modules) based on Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) on science learning on the topic of herbal plant conservation as an interactive and independent supplementary teaching material for elementary school students. This development procedure uses DBR adopted from the Reeves Model, involving research subjects as many as 20 grade IV students in one of the public elementary schools of Tasikmalaya Regency. Data collection was obtained through interviews, observations, documentation and questionnaires. The feasibility of this ESD-based interactive e-module has been validated by material experts and media experts and has been tested on students through a four-category scale assessment. The results showed the feasibility of e-modules from the results of expert validation, namely, (1) Material expert validation obtained a presentation score of 99.10%, (2) Validation of learning media experts of 95.61% with a very feasible category. As well as obtaining e-module feasibility results based on student responses of 82.55% with categories suitable for use. Thus, ESD-based interactive e-modules are feasible to be used as a learning supplement for learners
