    Decision support system is an amalgamation of sources - sources of intelligence with the ability of individual components to improve the quality of decisions . Decision support system is also a computer -based information systems for management decision-making that deal - semi-structured problems . The purpose of this research is to create a decision support system application appointment of civil servants in structural positions in the provinces of Bengkulu staffing agency .     Penerapan Metode Investigasi Kelompok Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Menulis Argumentasi

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses penulisan argumen dan hasil belajar di kelas X-3 SMA 5 Surakarta dengan metode investigasi kelompok. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan kualitatif strategi penelitian deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah kelasX-3 SMA 5 Surakarta, sebesar 36 siswa. Sumber data yang digunakan, yaitu: (1) tempat dan peristiwa (2) informan, dan (3) dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu: (1) observasi, (2) teknik tes, (3) kuesioner, dan (4) wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kritis. Penelitian ini berlangsung dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu: (1) perencanaan tindakan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi dan interpretasi tindakan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kualitas proses peningkatan dan kualitas hasil belajar argumen tertulis dengan menggunakan metode investigasi kelompok. Proses peningkatan kualitas dapat dibuktikan dengan peningkatan motivasi dan keaktifan siswa mengikuti pelajaran menulis argumen. Peningkatan kualitas hasil dapat dilihat dari peningkatan nilai rata-rata. Nilai rata-rata siswa kemampuan untuk menulis argumen dalam kondisi awal sebelum tindakan itu 60,66 dengan rasio 33 siswa hanya 17 yang lulus dengan nilai di atas 64. Pada siklus I meningkat, nilai rata-rata siswa keterampilan menulis dari argumen menjadi 63,77. Pada akhir siklus implementasi 2 nilai rata-rata kemampuan menulis siswa argumen adalah 72,38 dan semua mahasiswa pascasarjana di kemampuan tes untuk menulis argumen (100% siswa lulus)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui perencanaan pembelajaran yang disusun oleh guru, (2) mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran menulis karangan argumentasi, (3) mengetahui kendala-kendala yang timbul dalam pembelajaran menulis karangan argumentasi, dan (4) mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan guru untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala dalam pembelajaran menulis karangan argumentasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Simpulan penelitian ini sebagai berikut. Pertama, perencanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru Bahasa Indonesia adalah dengan menyiapkan silabus dan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Kedua, pelaksanaan pembelajaran sesuai dengan perencanaan. Ketiga, kendala yang dialami guru meliputi: minat yang dimiliki siswa rendah serta siswa kurang aktif; materi pembelajaran kurang memadahi; penerapan metode belum sesuai; guru kesulitan dalam menentukan media pembelajaran. Kendala yang dialami siswa meliputi: siswa mengalami kesulitan menuangkan ide; siswa kurang memahami penjelasan guru; siswa memiliki minat yang rendah. Keempat, upaya guru untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala dalam pembelajaran, yaitu guru mengadakan kuis di akhir pembelajaran, guru menggunakan berbagai sumber materi, guru menggunakan metode kelompok dan membagi tugas secara rata, guru menggunakan media LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) dan print out materi.     BSTRACTIssues that are examined in this study is whether there is any effect of working capital loans, investment loans and consumer loans to operating income of Bank Nagari Padang Bazaar branch . This study aims to determine : 1) the effect of working capital loans to operating income of Bank Nagari Padang Bazaar Branch, 2) the effect of investment lending to operating income of Bank Nagari Padang Bazaar Branch, 3) the influence of consumer lending to operating income of Bank Nagari branch Pasar Raya Padang. This type of research is a quantitative study with the location in the Branch Bank Nagari Padang Bazaar and the methodology used is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that : First: Working Capital Lending significantly and negatively related to Operating Income Branch of Bank Nagari Padang Bazaar with a regression coefficient of -1.085 , meaning that if the working capital loans increased 1 billion then the regression coefficient decreased by U.S. $ -1.085 billion with Sig 0.023 < 0.05 . Second: Investment Lending positive and significant impact on Operating Income Branch Bank Nagari Padang Bazaar with a coefficient of 13.775 , meaning that if lending increased by 1 billion investment the regression coefficient increased by Rp 13.775 billion with 0,000 Sig < 0.05. Third: Consumer Lending positive and significant impact on Operating Income Branch Bank Nagari Padang Bazaar with a coefficient of 0183 , meaning that if lending increased by 1 billion investment the regression coefficient increased by USD 0.183 billion to 0.000 Sig < 0.05

    The Development of Children’s Literature Learning Model with the Cooperative Learning Approach in Primary School

    Improving children’s literature learning skill is a key issue in primary school education. In this research, therefore, a conceptual framework model and the examples of its application in the form of learning instruments for children’s literature learning with the cooperative learning approach in Primary School are developed according to the prevailing curriculum. This research used the Research and Development (R&amp;D) method with the following phases: (1) preliminary study; (2) model development; (3) model effectiveness test; and (4) product dissemination and model acceptability. It was conducted in Central Java. The results of the research are as follows: (1) Primary School  teachers require a guidance for the implementation of children’s literature learning in Primary School; (2) the cooperative approach can improve the literature competencies of students; (3) the result of children’s literature learning with the cooperative learning approach is better than that of children’s literature learning with the conventional one; and (4) the children’s  literature learning model with the cooperative learning approach in Primary School and the book of “Guidance for the Implementation of Children’s Literature Learning with the Cooperative Learning Approach in Primary School ” are well-acceptable to stakeholders. Thus, it can be concluded that the children’s literature learning with the cooperative learning approach in Primary School can improve the quality of the process and result of children’s literature learning in terms of cognitive, affective, and motor aspects.     PENGARUH METODE BERMAIN PERAN DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN BERCERITA SISWA KELAS VII SMP NEGERI

    This research has aims to find out: (1) is there  is any difference between the storytelling skills of the students taught by the role playing method and expository method; (2) is there any difference between the storytelling skills of students who have high emotional intelligence and  low emotional intelligence; and (3) is  there an interaction between the learning method and the emotional intelligence toward storytelling skills.This research method used is a 2x2 factorial design experimental method. The study took a subpopulation which has an equality  curriculum in 2013 were applied. The sample taken are consists of three state schools for experimental class, control class, and instrument class. The technique used in analyzing the research data is the Variance Analysis Technique (Anava) two ways. Based on the research findings, the writer can conclude as follows: (1) there is a difference between storytelling skills of the students taught by the role playing method  and by an expository method; (2) there is a difference between the storytelling skills of students who have high emotional intelligence and low emotional intelligence; and (3) there is no interaction between learning method and emotional intelligence toward storytelling skills

    Analisis Tingkat Pemahaman Konsep Siswa Kelas XI IPA Sman 3 Mataram Menggunakan One Tier Dan Two Tier Test Materi Kelarutan Dan Hasil Kali Kelarutan

    : The objective of this research was to analyzed conceptual understanding level of XI science grade students of SMAN 3 Mataram by used one-tier and two-tier test in solubility and solubility product subject. One-tier test are examined to XI IPA 4 grade students and two-tier test to XI IPA 5 grade students. The results of conceptual understanding using one-tier test (57,4%) are higher than using two-tier test (21,03%). One-tier test only showed the students's conceptual understanding, whereas two-tier test could divided student's conceptual understanding into some understanding level trough analysis the pattern of student's answer in first tier and second tier. The analysis using two-tier test indicated some understanding level such as understand (20.77%), misconception-1 (22.05%), misconception-2 (18.08%), partial understanding witout misconception (0.13%), not understanding-1 (36.67%), not understanding-2 (0.38%), and not understanding-3 (1.67%). The results of this research showed that two-tier test was more effective on determining the student's conceptual understanding level than one-tier test
