Templers i Hospitalers a Catalunya. Documents conservats al'Arxiu Capitular de la Catedral de Barcelona
The great number of records belonging to the “Arxiu del Gran Priorat de Catalunya", kept in the Archiv of the Crown of Aragon (Barcelona), has suffered a lot of changes of fortune all along the centuries. This article calls the attention about 192 parchments, a book of Privileges and two books on inquisitions against Templars that have at last been localized in the Capitular Archiv of the Barcelona Cathedral.[fr] L'abondante documentation de l’"Arxiu del Gran Priorat de Catalunya", gardée aux Archives de la Couronne d'Aragon (Barcelone), a subit plusieurs vicissitudes au long des siècles. Dans cet article on attire l'attention sur l'existence de 192 parchemins, un livre de privilèges et deux livres d'inquisitions contre les Templiers, tous eux se trouvant à l'Archive Capitulaire de la Cathédrale de Barcelone

Therapeutic Applications and Effects of Lupinus angustifolius (Blue Lupin) and Its Components: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
Lupinus angustifolius has a unique nutrient profile among legumes and may have beneficial
health effects when included in the diet. The aim of this study was to investigate the biological
properties of blue lupin (Lupinus angustifolius), its chemical components, and their relevance for
monitoring biological and anthropometric health markers, including triglycerides (TGs), low-density
lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), BMI, weight, and glycemia, compared with control groups with
other kinds of diets. PubMed,Web of Science, and Scopus databases, updated to December 2023, were
searched. Out of the 194 studies identified, a total of 7 randomized controlled trials (RCTs) comprising
302 participants met the eligibility criteria. The results of our study indicated that the blue lupin diet
has a direct relationship with parameters such as blood glucose, weight, and LDL-C but not with TGs
or BMI. In conclusion, the research described in this review clearly indicates that L. angustifolius may
play an important role in the dietary prevention of hyperlipidemia and hypertension. Therefore, it
would be highly advisable to increase its consumption in diets. However, further studies, ideally in
humans, are required to truly establish L. angustifolius’s health-promoting properties
Promoting Social Media Engagement Via Branded Content Communication: A Fashion Brands Study on Instagram
Social networks have become crucial communication channels for brands through awareness, engagement, and word of mouth. Instagram is firmly positioned as a direct gateway between brands and consumers, as it became the fifth most‐used social network globally in 2021. As such, branded content is expected to increase the brand's likability, by capturing the interest and attention of the consumer, which could differ depending on what social media platform is used. This study aims to analyze whether there is a relationship between the branded content published on the Instagram profile of luxury brands (Manolo Blahnik and Loewe) and the interactions of and with its followers, focusing on branded content commu‐ nication associated to industrial, social responsibility, and commercial issues. A correlational study is presented using a quantitative methodology to test the hypotheses through an ANOVA analysis. The results show which type of content is more productive on Instagram's social network profile, helping diffusion of the firm, as it provokes more reactions from followers when using branded content related to social responsibility. It is also worth noting the extent of the interactions that branded content shows within the brand, whose influence is detected not in averages but in reach. The study's con‐ clusions allow us to affirm that branded content directly impacts brand reputation, generating positive engagement in all the cases analyzed. The study contributes to a better understanding of the branded content effect on consumer

Analysis of Mobile Commerce in the SMEs of the European Union
This paper examines the situation of e-commerce and m-commerce in SMEs in the European Union and analyses if their behaviour in this field is determined by a series of factors, such as the size of the company, the type of business, turnover, etc. which may also influence their needs of specific training for their employees. This study is based on an online survey responded by 674 SMEs from eight different countries in Europe, aimed at providing training assistance to SMEs to support their efforts towards m-commerce. The objective is the analysis of the skills and knowledge to be recommended to employees of SMEs for a better preparation to implement the companies\u27 strategy of m-commerce. Although analysis of results from survey has supported the initial goal of developing training courses for m-commerce which include different economic, legal and technical topics, it has mainly provided very relevant conclusions on the factors which impact the adoption of e-commerce and m-commerce by SMEs
CCAAT/Enhancer binding protein β induces motility and invasion of glioblastoma cells through transcriptional regulation of the calcium binding protein S100A4
This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License. We have previously shown that decreased expression of CCAAT/Enhancer binding protein β (C/EBPβ) inhibits the growth of glioblastoma cells and diminishes their transformation capacity and migration. In agreement with this, we showed that C/ EBPβ depletion decreases the mRNA levels of different genes involved in metastasis and invasion. Among these, we found S100 calcium binding protein A4 (S100A4) to be almost undetectable in glioblastoma cells deficient in C/EBPβ. Here, we have evaluated the possible role of S100A4 in the observed effects of C/EBPβ in glioblastoma cells and the mechanism through which S100A4 levels are controlled by C/EBPβ. Our results show that C/EBPβ suppression significantly reduced the levels of S100A4 in murine GL261 and human T98G glioblastoma cells. By employing an S100A4-promoter reporter, we observed a significant induction in the transcriptional activation of the S100A4 gene by C/EBPβ. Furthermore, overexpression of S100A4 in C/EBPβ- depleted glioblastoma cells reverses the enhanced migration and motility induced by this transcription factor. Our data also point to a role of S100A4 in glioblastoma cell invasion and suggest that the C/EBPβ gene controls the invasive potential of GL261 and T98G cells through direct regulation of S100A4. Finally, this study indicates a role of C/EBPβ on the maintenance of the stem cell population present in GL261 glioblastoma cells. This work was supported by MINECO (SAF2010–16365) and by Fundación Mutua Madrileña (to A.P.-C.). Discriminant ability for caries risk of modified colorimetric tests
Objetive: The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the caries risk in children over a two-year period and their baseline caries status, salivary levels of mutans streptococci and lactobacilli, and results of the Alban test and modifications thereof using different substrates. Study design: Ninety-five children aged 6-7 were examined in Granada (southern Spain) for dental caries at baseline and every six months. Stimulated saliva was sampled and inoculated in 7 colorimetric tests based on Snyder's medium with different sugars and polyalcohols. A mutans streptococci and lactobacilli count was performed (Dentocult SM strip® and Dentocult LB®). Caries risk proportions were contrasted against the potential predictor variables, i.e., basal caries history and salivary tests, by means of the Mantel Haenszel test for linear association, based on a chi-square distribution with 1 degree of freedom (df). Results: Caries index, lactobacillus count and colorimetric tests showed significant, but limited, and non-different discriminant abilities. Increasing values of all predictor variables, except for Dentocult SM®, were related to increasing caries risk proportions. Conclusion: Colorimetric test results and caries history showed similar correlation values as caries predictors. © Medicina Oral S. L
