A Case Series from Rantauprapat, La Belle Indifference: A Coping Mechanism or Is There Something Organic Behind?

BACKGROUND: La belle indifference, a term that is inexhaustible to discuss, albeit there is no single definition that best describes the condition. To date, la belle indifference has gotten no place in the DSM-5 criteria for being a distinct entity of mental health issue. CASE REPORTS: We reported 3 cases with la belle indifference. These patients include a stroke patient with right-sided hemiparesis, a patient suffering from neuropathic pain because of diabetic neuropathy, and a patient with cardiac dyspnea due to chronic heart failure — these three cases presented with a similar clinical profile that is the trigger for developing la belle indifference. This research was conducted in the District Tapung Hulu Kampar regency. Lack of socialization is done either through the media or through the successful teams in the district Tapung Hulu, while the dissemination through the mass media more done in other districts, so that people in the district Tapung upstream felt less close and feel less attention by HA pair and external factors that mindset that people are easily influenced in particular by the views that should be changed that Tapung Hulu district community leader who had expected a figure of participation and socialization of the high life in order to realize an area with good again. This research aims is to analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity, financialleverage, firm's size, and shareholder's dispersion on the timeliness of thefinancial statements. Sample of this research are 112 manufactures companiesthat consistent listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from period 2009 –2011 and selected by using purposive sampling method.Method used in analyzing data is logistic regression analysis. Result of thisresearch showed that profitability, liquidity, firm's size, and shareholder'sdispersion have no effect on the timeliness of financial statement. Penerapan Reduksi Region Palsu Berbasis Mathematical Morphology pada Algoritma Adaboost untuk Deteksi Plat Nomor Kendaraan Indonesia

Tahap deteksi plat nomor merupakan langkah yang paling penting dan sulit dalam sistem identifikasi plat nomor. Kondisi plat nomor yang memiliki warna background yang mirip dengan warna mobil, dan memiliki variasi yang besar dalam bentuk dan ukuran, menyebabkan deteksi plat nomor menjadi rendah. Kondisi tersebut terjadi pada plat nomor kendaraan pribadi Indonesia. Agar deteksi plat nomor Indonesia menjadi akurat, maka diusulkan untuk menerapkan algoritma adaboost. Dibandingkan dengan metode lain, algoritma adaboost adalah metode terbaik untuk mengatasi masalah yang terjadi pada plat nomor Indonesia. Algoritma adaboost akurat dalam mendeteksi plat nomor tanpa terikat oleh warna, bentuk, dan ukuran. Akan tetapi, akurasi dari algoritma ini rendah ketika terdapat banyak region palsu pada gambar. Oleh karena itu, diusulkan untuk menambahkan proses reduksi region palsu berupa operasi mathematical morphology di bagian online recognizing algoritma adaboost. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa integrasi algoritma adaboost dan mathematical morphology lebih akurat dalam mendeteksi plat nomor Indonesia. Nilai precision rate dan recall rate masing-masing dari algoritma adaboost standard adalah 84,44% dan 84,62%. Setelah algoritma adaboost dan mathematical morphology diintegrasikan, nilai precision rate dan recall rate masing-masing naik menjadi 94,47% dan 92,31%

Upaya Peningkatan Produksi Gas Pada Separator Terpasang Di Stasiun Pengumpul Gas Musi Barat PT. Pertamina Ep Asset 2 Pendopo Field

Berdasarkan pengamatan lapangan, separator terpasang mempunyai variabel terpasang yaitu luas bagian dalamseparator (Ag) sebesar 13,7 ft² dan dimensi separator (IDxH) adalah 5,91 ft x 14,76 ft dengan target produksi 45,17MMSCFD. Rata-rata volume produksi aktual gas yang dihasilkan separator terpasang yaitu sebesar 44,27 MMSCFD.Performa separator MB 1 V 1010 HP Production Separator tidak efektif karena tidak mencapai target volumeproduksi sebesar 45,17 MMSCFD. Tekanan separator secara teoritis sebesar 536,66 psia inilah yang terpasang padasaat separator terpasang tidak mencapai rata-rata target volume produksi. Upaya peningkatan produksi gas padaseparator terpasang di Stasiun Pengumpul Gas Musi Barat dilakukan dengan cara menganalisa variabel idealseparator, yaitu luas bagian dalam separator (Ag) dan dimensi separator (IDxH) agar variabel aktual tetap terpasanguntuk mencapai target volume produksi aktual gas yaitu 45,17 MMSCFD. Perbedaan Tekanan Darah Sebelum dan Sesudah Pekerja Kopi Terpajan Kebisingan di Penggilingan Padi

This study aims to determine differences in blood pressure before and after workers exposed to noise in rice and coffee milling in Kepahiang Regency. This research was conducted in July 2017 with quantitative research type and research design which used pre experimental design with one group pretest posttest approach. The sampling technique used is total sampling with sample is 22 workers at point 1 had increased sistole blood pressure (39.29%) and 17 workers at point 2 did not increase Sistole blood pressure (30.36%). While for diastolic blood pressure, there were 14 workers at point 1 had an increase in diastolic blood pressure (25%) and 18 workers point 2 did not increase diastolic blood pressure (30%). Based on Wil Coxon Signed Ranks Test statistical results obtained p = 0.000 <α (0.05) for blood pressure of laborer systole point 1, p = 0.000 <α (0.05) for blood pressure sistole worker point 2, p = 0.000 <α (0.05 ) for diastolic blood pressure point 2, and p = 0.002 <α (0.05) for the worker\u27s diastolic blood pressure at point 2. PENGALAMAN ORANGTUA DAN HASIL FAMILY CENTERED CARE (FCC) PADA ANAK YANG DIRAWAT DI RUMAH SAKIT: LITERATURE REVIEW

Latar Belakang: Hospitalisasi merupakan suatu keadaan yang menimbulkan dampak kecemasan pada anak dan orangtua. Orangtua sebagian besar mengalami stres ringan (68.0%) sedangkan anak mengalami gangguan kecemasan (60-80%). Perawat anak bertugas untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan dalam memfasilitasi orangtua mengoptimalkan Family Centered Care (FCC) melalui pemberian pendidikan kesehatan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan dari awal masuk rumah sakit sampai persiapan pulang ke rumah untuk mengurangi dampak hospitalisasi pada anak-anak di rumah sakit. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi pengalaman keluarga terhadap FCC pada anak yang mengalami hospitalisasi serta untuk mengetahui outcome FCC pada orang tua. Metode: Tinjauan sistematis menggunakan PRISMA dengan mengumpulkan hasil publikasi ilmiah dalam rentang tahun 2014 hingga 2022 yang diperoleh dari PubMed, ProQuest, Science direct dan pencarian sekunder. Kemudian dilakukan screaning artikel sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Hasil: Dalam tinjauan sistematis ini, 4 studi klinis diidentifikasi yang sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian tentang FCC pada anak. Ada 3 penelitian qualitative dan 1 penelitian menggunakan study cross-sectional. Kesimpulan: FCC dapat meningkatkan keterampilan orangtua dan menurunkan kecemasan orangtua dalam merawat anak di rumah sakit.  Namun, orangtua memiliki hambatan-hambatan dalam penerapan FCC

Sistem Rekomendasi Mata Kuliah Berbasis Ontologi Mata Kuliah dan User Model

Mata kuliah pilihan yang ada di S1 Informatika Telkom University sangat banyak. Hal ini menyebabkan mahasiswa sering bingung dalam menentukan mata kuliah pilihan apa yang harus mereka ambil. Pada penelitian kali ini, sebuah sistem rekomendasi untuk mata kuliah pilihan telah dibangun. Sistem yang dibangun menerapkan sebuah ontologi mata kuliah. Rekomendasi ditentukan berdasarkan peluang kecocokan mahasiswa tersebut dengan setiap mata kuliah pilihan berdasarkan nilai yang dimiliki mahasiswa tersebut pada mata kuliah prequisite. Penerapan Keadilan Restoratif dalam Penyelesaian Perkara Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Berat di Kepolisian Resort Metro Jakarta Pusat

Penyelesaian perkara pidana melalui keadilan restoratif pada tahap penyidikan diatur dalam Surat Edaran Kapolri Nomor 8 Tahun 2018 tentang Penerapan Keadilan Restoratif (Restorative Justice) Dalam Penyelesaian Perkara Pidana, yang mengatur bahwa penyelesaian perkara melalui keadilan restoratif sebelum Surat Pemberitahuan Dimulainya Penyidikan dikirimkan ke Jaksa Penuntut Umum dan penerapannya terhadap semua tindak pidana yang tidak menimbulkan korban manusia sehingga menimbulkan masalah dalam penerapannya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis normatif-empiris dengan menggunakan pendekatan Perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data primer melalui penelitian lapangan dengan dan penelitian kepustakaan untuk mendapatkan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian bahwa penerapan keadilan restoratif dalam penyelesaian perkara kecelakaan lalu lintas berat di Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat dilakukan oleh Penyidik setelah adanya perdamaian antara pelaku dan keluarga korban yang dilakukan setelah Penyidik mengirim Surat Pemberitahuan Dimulainya Penyidikan ke Jaksa Penuntut Umum Kejari Jakarta Pusat sehingga penanganan perkara tidak dilanjutkan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan keadilan restoratif dalam penyelesaian perkara kecelakaan lalu lintas berat terdiri dari faktor penegak hukum yaitu pengetahuan dan pemahaman Penyidik terhadap peraturan Perundang-undangan yang berlaku, faktor substansi hukum yakni substansi Surat Edaran Kapolri yang mengatur tentang syarat materiil yang tidak mengakomodir penyelesaian perkara dengan korban manusia dan syarat formiil tentang jangka waktu dalam penerapan keadilan restoratif hanya terhadap tindak pidana pada tahap penyidikan sebelum dikirimkan Surat Pemberitahuan Dimulainya Penyidikan, dan faktor budaya hukum masyarakat berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai, sikap dan perilaku dalam kehidupan masyarakat sehingga mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan untuk menyelesaiakan perkara kecelakaan lalu lintas yang dialaminya melalui keadilan restoratif
