Enhancing Steganography by Image Segmentation and Multi-level Deep Hiding

    Get PDF
In this paper, we present Modify Deep Hiding Extraction Algorithm (MDHEA) that is a steganography algorithm with Multi-Level Steganography (MLS) and color image segmentation. Through experimental results, MDHEA shows improvement in the results of previous works by securing encrypted secret data against attacks. We use segmentation to choose the appropriate segment, pass it on the cover image, calculate the value of the change at the pixel of the segment and select the best segment and its location in the cover image based on the least effect. MDHEA applies multi-level steganography to hide the confidential data in color images to ensure the integrity of the hidden data and obtain the largest volume of hidden data without distorting the image of the stego image. To reduce distortion in the cover image due to hiding a large amount of secret data and obtaining a high-quality stego image after hiding the secret data, we implement the Blue Smoothing Algorithm (BSA) to achieve smoothing the largest possible number of pixels in the image

Analyzing the Impact of Significant Factors on Motivation and Accountability of Employees in the Supply Chain of Organization

Undoubtedly, all efforts and behaviors are based on motives and goals. Motives and goals are two of the main internal and external factors that make people reach the destination to work. This article seeks to provide factors that influence the motivation and accountability of employees in the supply chain of organization. The results of the research showed that paying attention to employees' motivational factors and their needs and paying attention to individual differences of each employee is one of the most important factors. Which can be achieved in the productivity of human resources and one of the essential conditions for achieving the goal in every way is to provoke and motivate and respond to the people who do it. Factors like meritocracy, awarding rewards to better services, preventing and disrupting individual choices are one of the most important motivations and responses

Maintenance management in the Egyptian water sector: will management provide an answer to maintenance?

    Get PDF
Maintenance has become a major challenge for the Egyptian water sector. The Fayoum Drinking Water and Sanitation Company seeks to address this by the application of comprehensive maintenance management to the entire scope of its operations, both drinking water and sanitation. Maintenance management focuses on managing the maintenance process and all the different contributing factors that at the end of the day determine the difference between effective management or not. These concepts have been tested in the framework of the Fayoum Drinking Water and Sanitation Project for application in Urban Water Supply and Sanitation. The lessons learned are documented in Guidelines for Maintenance that provide clear guidance in 5 critical areas, i.e. asset information, maintenance processes, organisation, resources, and management. A summary of the model is presented and the lessons learned are presented and its impact on the current articulation of the Fayoum Maintenance Model highlighted

In-Network Data Reduction Approach Based On Smart Sensing

    Get PDF
The rapid advances in wireless communication and sensor technologies facilitate the development of viable mobile-Health applications that boost opportunity for ubiquitous real- time healthcare monitoring without constraining patients' activities. However, remote healthcare monitoring requires continuous sensing for different analog signals which results in generating large volumes of data that needs to be processed, recorded, and transmitted. Thus, developing efficient in-network data reduction techniques is substantial in such applications. In this paper, we propose an in-network approach for data reduction, which is based on fuzzy formal concept analysis. The goal is to reduce the amount of data that is transmitted, by keeping the minimal-representative data for each class of patients. Using such an approach, the sender can effectively reconfigure its transmission settings by varying the target precision level while maintaining the required application classification accuracy. Our results show the excellent performance of the proposed scheme in terms of data reduction gain and classification accuracy, and the advantages that it exhibits with respect to state-of-the-art techniques.Scopu

Electrophoretic deposition (EPD) is continued to be a major activity of science and technology in view of its advantages of controlling the deposit thickness, morphology, and microstructure. The method enables the formation of films on substrates of complex geometry that suits for various applications including biomaterials. However, the method involves controlling of various process parameters, which are of vital effects on the properties of the deposit. Besides, deposition of zirconia nano particles is vital for production of parts used in restorative dentistry. This work was a study the effect of polyethylene glycol polymer as a binder-suspension agent, the amount the solid loading (zirconia particles), and the effect of the toluene as a dielectric liquid, on the final thickness and green density of the deposed parts

Puerperal Metritis in Crossbreed (Tarentaise X Baladi) Cows: Metabolism-Related Biochemical and Haematological changes

Breeding of crossbreed cow is of great significance in tropical and subtropical countries in order to maintain both high productivity and high ability to accommodate. To understand the haematological and biochemical changes related with puerperal metritis in crossbred cows as well as the effect of puerperal metritis on the fertility, the current study evaluated the relations of some metabolic, and biochemical changes to the puerperal metritis. After thorough clinical and gynaecological examination, blood and urine samples were collected from both the control cows (n=20) and metritis cows (n=19). Haemoglobin (Hb) concentrations and leukocytes count was determined. The concentrations of glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol, non-esterified fatty acids (NEFA), calcium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, albumin, total protein, urea and progesterone hormone (P4) in blood, and ketone bodies were detected in urine at the following time-points (prepartum, partum, 1-week postpartum, and 2-weeks postpartum). Cows in the metritis group showed low Hb and high leukocytes count in the postpartum period. The metritis cows showed low glucose, low cholesterol, high NEFA, and low calcium levels. Blood NEFA, glucose, triglycerides, and calcium levels change significantly in puerperal metritis in crossbreed cows
