    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran sosial media terhadap niat beli. (2) mengetahui pengaruh citra merek terhadap niat beli (3) mengetahui manakah diantara pemasaran sosial media dan citra merek yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap niat beli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan SPSS 26. Concepts like irreversibility, uncertainty, investment, and the value of waiting are very much there in the literature, e.g., McDonald and Siegel (1985, 1986); Nickell (1974); Schmalensee (1972); Hartman (1972); Henry (1974) and LAM (1989) and others. But the psychology of decision-making on the face of losses has not received much attention in the literature. That the Economic Hysteresis1 and Layers of Techniques2, developed by Professor A.     Commonwealth Local Government Forum’s support of Local Councils Associations in Pakistan

    After a brief overview of the recent developments in the legal framework for local government in Pakistan, this paper summarises the objectives and activities to date of the Commonwealth Local Government Forum’s project ‘Strengthening the Associations of Local Governments and their Members for Enhanced Governance and Effective Development Outcomes in Pakistan’. The project seeks to strengthen local democracy and good governance through the local council associations in the four provinces of Pakistan: Baluchistan, Punjab, Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project seeks to support local government to deal with the unique challenges of inclusive representation and equitable and effective service delivery. Building on the recently promulgated provincial local government acts, the project aims to strengthen the capacity of the local councils’ associations to raise the voice of local government and ensure they are able to play their appointed developmental role at the local level.  The project main components are to strengthen how the local council associations actively provide services to their members and advocate for the betterment of local government in Pakistan and pilot the territorial approach to local development (TALD) so as to align the general methodology to the Pakistan context

    Small and Medium enterprises is an important part in the economy of Indonesian. Small and medium enterprises have a good role to increase the speed of the economy. In practice every industry small and medium enterprises should have optimal inventory so that the production activities of a business running smoothly. Therefore control or supervision of raw material inventory should be done to avoid delays in the supply of raw material inventory. Error in determining the amount of capital for inventory would depress corporate profits. If the company held inventories are too large in comparison with the company\u27s needs it will increase the cost of maintenance and storage in warehouse, as well as the possibility of delays in the production process of the company, so it can reduce corporate profits. The purpose of this study to investigate the implementation of inventory supervision of raw materials in the production process on Small and Medium enterprises, Based on the analysis and discussion, the conclusions of this study are; (1) In a corporate or home industry supplies of raw materials is one of the most important assets in the company. (2) Booking the most economical raw material for fish is 79 kg each time a message. The frequency of booking must be done 7 times as much as 79 kg with a total cost of 75,000 Rupiah of Indonesian. (3) That inventories of raw materials can be controlled so that small and medium enterprises should perform reordering when inventory in warehouse or engine cooling as much as 4 kilograms

    The efficiency of Islamic banks: empirical evidence from the Asian countries’ Islamic banking sectors

    Abstract: The paper investigates the efficiency of the Islamic banking sectors in four Asian countries during the period of 2001–2006. The efficiency estimates of individual banks are evaluated using the non-parametric data envelopment analysis (DEA) method. The results suggest that the Asian Islamic banks have exhibited mean technical efficiency highest of 86.5% at 2004 during study period suggesting mean input waste of 13.5%. This implies that the Islamic banks in the Asian countries could have produced the same amount of outputs by only using 86.5% of the amount of inputs they employed. The empirical findings suggest that during the period of study, pure technical inefficiency outweighs scale inefficiency in Asian countries banking sectors. Overall the results imply that during the period of study, although the Asian Islamic banking sectors have been operating at a relatively optimal scale of operations, they were relatively managerially inefficient in controlling their operating costs and utilising their resources to the fullest.Islamic banks; data envelopment analysis; DEA; Asia

    Industri F&B merupakan salah satu industri yang sangat produktif, seperti yang tercermin dalam kontribusinya terhadap PDB non-migas di Indonesia. Pertumbuhan yang kuat dalam industri ini menuntut adanya strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang efektif agar pelaku bisnis dapat bertahan dan berkembang dalam persaingan yang semakin ketat. Penelitian ini memiliki fokus yang terhadap penerapan strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang digunakan oleh Kopi Kenangan melalui konten reels yang diunggah pada akun @kopikenangan.id. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel terdiri dari 63 konten reels yang dibagikan antara 1 Januari 2023 hingga 27 Mei 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga tentang strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Kopi Kenangan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kopi Kenangan secara konsisten mengadopsi strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang berfokus pada periklanan dan hubungan masyarakat serta publisitas. Dengan demikian, mereka dapat memanfaatkan platform reels Instagram dengan baik untuk memperkenalkan produk mereka kepada audiens yang lebih luas

    Latar belakang: Hipertensi mempunyai peranan yang besar dalam penyakit-penyakit kardiovaskular karena dapat meningkatkan faktor risiko dari penyakit tersebut. Dislipidemia adalah keadaan abnormalitas profil lipid dalam darah. Peningkatan kadar lipid non HDL menyebabkan penyempitan pembuluh darah (atherosklerosis).Biasanya hipertensi, dislipidemia dan intoleransi glukosa sering ditemukan bersamaan. Bekam berperan mengurangi kadar lemak dan kolesterol berbahaya (LDL) dalam darah maupun yang mengendap di dinding pembuluh darah sehingga mengurangi penyumbatan pembuluh darah.Bekam juga meningkatkan suplai darah ke lapisan dalam endothelium yang berperan memproduksi zat nitrit oksida (endothelium-derived relaxing factor) yang membantu peregangan dan pelebaran dinding pembuluh darah.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional klinik dengan pre and post test design. Sampel adalah pengguna bekam basah. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah dengan memberikan terapi bekam basah. Sedangkan luaran (outcome) adalah Perubahan profil lipid dan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi. Terapi bekam dilakukan oleh praktisi bekam. Pemberian bekam dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali, yaitu pada saat setelah memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan pada minggu kedua setelah bekam pertama. Normalitas data diuji dengan Shapiro Wilks. Kemudian uji hipotesis pre dan pasca bekam menggunakan uji beda paired t-test untuk kolesterol, dan menggunakan uji non-parametrik Friedman untuk tekanan darah.Hasil: Bekam dapat menurunkan tekanan darah baik sistolik maupun diastolik secara signifikan (p<0,05). Sedangkan untuk kadar kolesterol total darah terdapat penurunannamun tidak signifikan (p>0,05).Kesimpulan: Terdapat penurunan tekanan darah yang bermakna pada pasien hipertensi yang diberi terapi bekam, namun pasien tetap mengkonsumsi obat anti hipertensi
