    Analysis of Covid-19 Cash Direct Aid (BLT) Acceptance Using K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm

    During the COVID-19 pandemic, the government imposed Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) to reduce or slow down the spread of COVID-19. This causes people to be unable to work as usual, and not even a few people have lost their jobs. This prompted the government to launch the Covid-19 direct cash assistance (BLT) program. One of the areas affected by the PSBB is Batu Ampar Village, which distributing BLT is considered less effective by residents because there are BLTs that are not well-targeted. The cause of the ineffectiveness of the distribution of aid was assessed because the data was out of sync; it was difficult to verify and validate the new data due to the size of the area and the constantly changing number of underprivileged residents. To overcome these problems, a model is needed to predict the recipients of this Covid-19 BLT. This study uses the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm and RapidMiner tools to make predictions and validate using Cross-Validation. The data used are 711 lines with 474 training data and 237 testing data resulting in an accuracy of 89.68% for training data and 88.61% for testing data

    ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN DEIKSIS RUANG DAN WAKTU PADA NOVEL SUNSET BERSAMA ROSIE KARYA TERE LIYE

    Dalam novel tidak terlepas dari penggunaan deiksis ruang (tempat) dan deiksis waktu, karena dalam sebuah novel akan mengandung unsur (ruang) tempat dan waktu yang disampaikan oleh setiap pengarang dengan cara yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan penggunaan deiksis ruang dan waktu yang terdapat dalam novel Sunset Bersama Rosie karya Tere Liye. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kata, kalimat, ungkapan, yang mengandung deiksis ruang (tempat), dan deiksis waktu novel berjudul“Sunset Bersama Rosie karya Tere-Liye”. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan studi dokumen atau studi telaah. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif interpretative. Penggunaan deiksis ruang (tempat) untuk kata “di sana” yang terdapat dalam novel Sunset Bersama Rosie karya Tere Liye terdiri dari 38 kata. Penggunaan deiksis ruang (tempat) untuk kata “di sini” terdiri dari 32 kata. Penggunaan deiksis ruang (tempat) untuk kata “di situ” terdiri dari 2 kata Penggunaan deiksis ruang (tempat) untuk kata “ke sana” terdiri dari 6 kata. Penggunaan deiksis deiksis ruang (tempat) untuk kata “ke sini” terdiri dari 10 kata. Untuk deiksis waktu lampau yang terdiri dari tadi, dulu dan kemarin didapatkan sebanyak 139 kata, kemudian, untuk dieksis waktu sekarang terdiri dari kata “sekarang” yang terdiri dari 50 kata. Selanjutnya untuk dieksis waktu masa depan terdiri dari kata esok, besok, dan nanti didapat sebanyak 76 kata

    EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA MELALUI PENDEKATAN CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) PADA SISWA KELAS VII SMP ISLAM TERPADU AL HIKMAH KABUPATEN PANGKEP

    This research is a pre-experimental study involving an experimental class which aims to determine the effectiveness of learning through the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Approach in learning mathematics in class VII students of Al Hikmah Integrated Islamic Middle School, Pangkep Regency, 2021/2022 academic year. While the effectiveness of learning is viewed from three aspects, namely: the implementation of learning, classical learning completeness, student activity, and student responses. A learning is said to be effective if at least three of the four aspects above are met, provided that aspects of student activity and classical learning mastery are met. Student scores after learning mathematics through the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach have achieved classical mastery. The average positive student activity is 85.7% and 12.5% negative, this indicates that student activity in learning mathematics through the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach can be said to be active. Student responses to learning the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach can be said to be in accordance with the standards set, namely exceeding 75% of students who gave a positive response. Based on the results of descriptive and inferential analysis, it shows that student learning outcomes before learning the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach are smaller than student learning outcomes after learning the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach, thus learning mathematics through the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach is effectively used on the subject of Algebra in class students VII Al Hikmah Integrated Islamic Middle School, Pangkep Regency

    Rapid Nitrate Analysis of Soil Cores Using ISFETs

    An intact core extraction procedure was tested that might be used in the field for real–time prediction of soil nitrates. An extraction solution was pushed through a soil core held between two filters, and an ion–selective field–effect transistor/flow injection analysis (ISFET/FIA) system was used to sense soil nitrates in real time. Laboratory tests were conducted using four soil types and two levels of nitrate concentration, soil moisture, core density, core length, core diameter, and extraction solution flow rate. The extraction solution flow was sampled at the exit face of the core and routed to the ISFET/FIA system. The ISFET output voltage was sampled at 100 Hz. Results of the test indicate that nitrate extraction of the soil cores was successful, and that data descriptors based on response curve peak and slope of the ISFET nitrate response curve might be used in tandem in a real–time prediction system

    Utilization of Several Agricultural Wastes into Briquette as Renewable Energy Source

    Tobacco stems contain 56.10% cellulose content, 15.11% lignin, 22.44% hemicellulose, and 44.61% total organic carbon, which can be used as a source of energy or fuel. This study aimed to utilize tobacco stems in a briquette form as alternative energy. The materials used in this study were tobacco stem waste, rice husk, wood charcoal, and coconut shell. The treatments used in this study consisted of T1 (100% of tobacco stems), T2 (80% of tobacco stem + 20% of coconut shell), T3 (80% of tobacco stem + 20% rice husk), and T4 (33.33% of tobacco stems + 33.33% of rice husk + 33.33% coconut shell). The fastest combustion rate was found at T3, 0.12 gram/sec, while T1 and T2 had the same combustion rate. T4, a mixture of various materials, had no significant difference compared to T1, T2, and T3. The highest calorific value of tobacco stem briquettes was in T4 (4127 Kcal/kg), and the lowest was in T1 (2343 Kcal/kg). The combustion rate of these tobacco stem briquettes was longer than that of charcoal briquettes, whose average burning rate is 0.234 grams/second.     Determination of The Active Asiaticoside Content in Centella asiatica as Anti-Cellulite Agent

    Centella asiatica accumulates large quantities of pentacyclic triterpenoid saponins, collectively known as centelloids. These terpenoids include asiaticoside, centelloside, madecassoside, brahmoside, brahminoside, thankuniside, sceffoleoside, centellose, asiatic-, brahmic-, centellic- and madecassic acids. Preparations of C. asiatica are used in traditional and alternative medicine due to the wide spectrum of pharmacological activities associated with these secondary metabolites, such as anticellulite agent. Asiaticoside was found in Centella asiatica. In this present study, the asiaticoside was extracted using methanolic and ethanolic solvent. Determination of the asiaticoside content in the extract was conducted with High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC), and Fourier Transform Infra Red (FTIR). Samples of C. asiatica used in this study came from three different plantation areas, Bogor, Lembang and Solo. Asiaticoside content in the methanolic extract from Bogor, Lembang, and Solo samples were 2.82%; 2.68%; and 2.8% respectively. Asiaticoside in ethanolic extract from Bogor, Lembang, and Solo samples were 2.79%; 2.75%; and 2.91% respectively. Two way ANOVA study showed that there was significant difference between types of solvent used in extraction and the asiaticoside content in the obtained extract, significant difference between varied plantation area and obtained asiaticoside content, and significant difference between interactions of different solvent with different plantation area.  Keywords: Centella asiatica, asiaticoside, anticellulite, medicine, metabolites      

    PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF STAD DENGAN STRATEGI PENUGASAN MULTI LEVEL INSTRUCTION PADA MATERI MATEMATIKA

    The purpose of this study was to determine the activities, responses, and student learning outcomes with multilevel instruction learning. Multilevel instruction assignment learning strategy is a selling system adoption from multi-level marketing strategy with special characteristics that there are students in the first level and second level downlines and a teacher as an upline. Type of research is quasi-experimental by comparing two experimental groups. Experimental group one was given the STAD model with multilevel instruction, and the other group was given regular STAD model. The research instruments used were student activity observation sheets, student response questionnaires, and learning outcomes test. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The result indicates that both of them are effective to be applied in mathematics learning, but inferentially the outcomes of the experiment group one were higher than the experiment group two

Di Indonesia, tepatnya pada bulan Maret 2020 lalu, untuk pertama kalinya pemerintah mengumumkan dua kasus pasien positif Covid - 19 di Indonesia. Dimasa Pandemi Covid-19, dengan kebijakan pemerintah untuk belajar, bekerja dan beribadah dirumah untuk menekan penyebaran Covid-19, hal tersebut pada akhirnya berdampak pada semua bidang. Pada bidang pendidikan, dengan kebijakan belajar dirumah maka proses pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring. Pembelajaran daring kemudian membawa masalah baru yakni banyak dari peserta didik yang kesulitan dengan pembelajaran secara daring. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode konsultasi yaitu melakukan pendampingan belajar terhadap siswa SD kelas 1 - 6 di Desa Sungai Terik. Tujuan dari pegabdian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pedampingan terhadap siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, baik pendampingan secara materi maupun juga pendampingan dalam penggunaan media online untuk pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: pendampingan; pembelajaran; Covid-19 ABSTRACTThe spread of Covid-19 has had a very significant impact on various aspects of life. In Indonesia, on March 2020, for the first time, the government announced two cases of positive Covid-19 patients in Indonesia. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, the government policies to study, work and worship at home to suppress the spread of Covid-19, this ultimately has an impact on all aspects. In aspect of education, with the policy of studying at home, the learning process is carried out online. Online learning then brings a new problem, so that many students have difficulty with online learning. The method used is the consultation method, namely providing learning assistance to elementary school students grades 1 - 6 in Desa Sungai Terik.
