Marketing mix for e-commerce
The relevance of the analyzed issue is caused by the need to study the process of transformation of marketing in e-commerce, as the active involvement of business organizations in the field of e-business is often accompanied by problems of applying the usual marketing tools in a virtual environment. The article seeks to identify changes in the elements of the marketing mix in e-commerce in accordance with the trend of e-business and Internet technology. The leading approach to the study of this issue is the marketing model 7P, allowing structuring the changes in a complex of marketing tools with regard to trade and information services of online stores. The results of research were: to establish the determining role of technology and information support of consumers; to identify the areas of transformation of the marketing mix in e-commerce, demonstrating the significant influence of consumers on the content of 7P and personalize the supply of goods and services. The article may be useful for online stores in case of marketing strategy development, identification of the most important elements of 7P, assessment of marketing effectiveness and optimization of marketing costs. Nitrogen-deficient and iron-rich associated absorbers with oversolar metallicities towards the quasar HE0141-3932
HE0141-3932 (zem=1.80) is a bright blue radio-quite quasar which reveals an
emission line spectrum with an unusually weak Ly-alpha line. In addition, large
redshift differences (Delta z=0.05) are observed between high ionization and
low ionization emission lines. Absorption systems identified at z=1.78, 1.71,
and 1.68 show mild oversolar metallicities (Z ~= 1-2Zsolar) and can be
attributed to the associated gas clouds ejected from the circumnuclear region.
The joint analysis of the emission and absorption lines leads to the conclusion
that this quasar is seen almost pole-on. Its apparent luminosity may be Doppler
boosted by ~10 times. The absorbing gas shows high abundance of Fe, Mg, and Al
([Fe, Mg, Al/C] ~= 0.15+/-0.10) along with underabundance of N ([N/C]<=-0.5).
This abundance pattern is at variance with current chemical evolution models of
QSOs predicting [N/C]>0 and [Fe/C]<0 at Z ~ Zsolar. Full details of this work

Metal abundances and kinematics of quasar absorbers.- I. Absorption systems toward J2233-606
The metal line profiles of different ions observed in high HI column density
systems [N(HI) > 10^{16} cm^{-2}] in quasar spectra can be used to constrain
the ionization structure and kinematic characteristics of the absorbers. For
these purposes, a modified Monte Carlo Inversion (MCI) procedure was applied to
the study of three absorption systems in the spectrum of the HDF-South quasar
J2233-606 obtained with the UVES spectrograph at the VLT/Kueyen telescope. The
MCI does not confirm variations of metal abundances within separate systems
which were discussed in the literature. Instead, we found that an assumption of
a homogeneous metal content and a unique photoionizing background is sufficient
to describe the observed complex metal profiles. It was also found that the
linear size L and the line-of-sight velocity dispersion sigma_v measured within
the absorbers obey a scaling relation, namely, sigma_v increases with
increasing L, and that metal abundance is inversely proportional to the linear
size of the system: the highest metallicity was measured in the system with the

In this paper, we report results of the study of immune parameters with the assessment of regulatory and effector subpopulations of lymphocytes and monocytes with candidiasis in children with chronic somatic diseases (secondary pyelonephritis and obstructive diseases of the upper gastrointestinal tract). Candidiasis was diagnosed by the rising level of circulating Candida albicans mannan antigen and culture mycological research. It was found that the persistence of fungi is associated with differentiated regulatory changes in the structure of subpopulations of lymphocytes and monocytes with preferential increase of immunosuppressive cells (CD4+CD25+hi, CD3+CD16/56+, CD3βCD8+, CD3+4 amid reduction of effector subpopulations of lymphocytes and antigen presenting cells associated with Th1 immune response profile

The aim of the work is to study the indicators of local and systemic immunity in frequently ill children with community-acquired therapy to improve the methods of therapy. 55 children with community-acquired pneumonia and recurrent respiratory diseases (8 or more per year) aged from 3 to 7 years were examined. In the main group (n = 30), on the background of standard therapy, the children received the immunomodulator azoximerΠ΅ bromide. In the comparison group (n = 25), the children received conventional therapy. Assessment of the state of systemic and mucosal immunity was carried out in dynamics before treatment and after therapy. It was shown that the inclusion of azoxymere bromide leads to an optimal correction of cellular immunity, phagocytic activity of neutrophils, as well as systemic and local cytokine profile. Silicon nitride Si3N4 and AlN aluminum nitride with a particle size of 150 nanometers are used as dispersed articles. The ingots obtained as a result of the modification were subjected to microanalysis, hardness and tensile testing. The results obtained in the course of mechanical tests, as well as the microstructure of the samples are presented in the work and indicate the hardening of the initial alloy
