Praca magisterska została poświęcona tematyce drogowego transportu towarowego w Europie we współczesnych czasach i analizie kwestii roli interesariuszy w całej branży ze szczególnym naciskiem na opis interesariuszy w przedsiębiorstwie spedycyjnym zajmującym się transportem drogowym. Oprócz tego poruszone zostały kwestie funkcjonowania transportu drogowego, jego szczegółowa charakterystyka wraz z normami prawnymi, zostało także poddane charakterystyce działanie przedsiębiorstwa spedycyjnego. Część empiryczna skupia się na analizie interesariuszy w przedsiębiorstwie będącym obiektem badań przy wykorzystaniu metodyki MISI również scharakteryzowanej w pracy. Przeprowadzone badania wyłoniły interesariuszy strategicznych przedsiębiorstwa zajmującego się świadczeniem usług spedycyjnych i przewozowych.The master's thesis is focused on matters of road freight transport in Europe and the analysis of the role of stakeholders in the entire industry with particular emphasis on the description of stakeholders in a forwarding company dealing with road transport. In addition, there are described the issues of road transport functioning. The thesis contains detailed characteristics of legal standards and characteristics of the operation of a forwarding company. The empirical part focuses on the analysis of stakeholders in the enterprise being the subject of the research using the MISI methodology which is also characterized in the thesis.
