    Financing Swedish Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises: Methods, Problems and Impact

    Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are the seeds for a vital entrepreneurial economy. The Swedish SMEs, in particular, are very important for the future development of the Baltic Region. Financing these firms is an issue of great significance and a subject to care for. In this paper, we looked at established financing methods for Swedish SMEs. We also analyzed the impact of these methods on firm survivability using the Survival Index Value (SIV) model. The SIV model is a new tool to evaluate small firm performance, introduced recently by Dr. Adli Abouzeedan.     Through the local elections allow the accommodation of the wishes and aspirations of society to realize a better life. The presence of independent candidates (Amris, SY and Sakti) will have a positive impact teradap political competition in the post of Mayor and Deputy Mayor of the period 2016-2021. The new independent candidates appeared first in Kota Dumai so seem less popular in the public eye. Independent candidates have no ideology and no mass base is strong because it is not supported by the political parties, so that it can be seen that the candidate of the independent who dare to appear, especially in the General Election Dumai should be more widely supported on several factors such as having a strong image and supported from economic factors ,Researchers detailing the following research problem: How can a political strategy and a pair Amris Way in winning support in the elections Dumai 2015?.This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data analysis using descriptive technique in which data has been collected subsequent grouped by types and their uses. Then the data is processed and analyzed according to the theory used and presented in the form of descriptions. Analysis of data is divided into two: the analysis of statistical data and non-statistical data analysis, given the data writing is not the form but the results of the analysis process used is non-statistical data analysis.Based on studies it appears that the vote is a pair Amris independent partner and Sakti gain support as many as 20 882 voice or the voice of 17.88%. If seen from the number of ballot upon verification of prospective follow Regional Head and the vote at the election Dumai 2015 elections on an independent partner of this decline amounted to 1,581 voice sounds. The decline was caused including the votes by the following: a) The pair candidate for mayor who had served became Mayor and Deputy Mayor of so many people who know the couple's lunge. b) an independent pair is not supported by sufficient funding so that the approach taken to the people not to touch the whole society

    UMKM Mas Lembu sekarang memasarkan produk olahan ikan lele berbumbu siap goreng yang higienis dan lezat rasanya. Penjualan ikan lele berbumbu saat ini banyak diminati oleh masyarakat luas terutama ibu-ibu pekerja yang memiliki waktu memasak tidak banyak sehingga memudahkan dan praktis dengan adanya Mas lembu ini. Permasalahan yang ada di UMKM Mas Lembu ini terkendala pemasaran yang kurang luas sehingga target pasar masih belum terlalu banyak jangkauannya. Sehingga perlu adanya starategi pemasaran yang perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan nilai jual dari produk ikan lele berbumbu. Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Stimulus (PKMS) bekerjasama dengan UMKM Mas Lembu berupaya memasarkan produk ikan lele berbumbu yang dihasilkan agar meningkatkan penjualan produk UMKM sehingga keberlangsungan anggota kelompok UMKM Mas Lembu dapat meningkat. Strategi pemasaran yang telah dilakukan meliputi pemasaran secara daring (iklan radio dan media massa) serta secara luring (pelatihan strategi pemasaran dan mengikuti even kuliner). Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan yang telah dilakukan yaitu adanya peningkatan pemesanan produk ikan lele berbumbu sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan penjualan produk dari pada  sebelum mendapatkan pendampingan. Harapannya dengan adanya pelatihan dan pemasaran yang telah dilakukan oleh tim dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk olahan ikan lele berbumbu milik UMKM Mas Lembu. Kata kunci: ikan lele berbumbu, strategi pemasaran, peningkatan penjualan  ABSTRACT MSME Mas Lembu is now marketing processed catfish products that are ready to be fried, which are hygienic and delicious. The sale of seasoned catfish is currently in great demand by the wider community, especially working mothers who have not much cooking time, making it easy and practical with the presence of this bull. The problems that exist in Mas Lembu SMEs are constrained by a lack of broad marketing so that the target market is still not too much of a reach. So there needs to be a marketing strategy that needs to be done to increase the selling value of seasoned catfish products. The Stimulus Community Service Team (PKMS) in collaboration with the Mas Lembu MSMEs seeks to market the seasoned catfish products produced in order to increase the sales of MSME products so that the sustainability of the Mas Lembu MSME group members can increase. The marketing strategies that have been carried out include online marketing (radio advertising and mass media) as well as offline (marketing strategy training and participating in culinary events). The results of the mentoring activities that have been carried out are an increase in orders for seasoned catfish products so that it has an impact on increasing product sales than before getting assistance. The hope is that with the training and marketing that has been carried out by the team, it can increase sales of processed catfish products owned by MSME Mas Lembu.     Emittance preservation of an electron beam in a loaded quasi-linear plasma wakefield

    We investigate beam loading and emittance preservation for a high-charge electron beam being accelerated in quasi-linear plasma wakefields driven by a short proton beam. The structure of the studied wakefields are similar to those of a long, modulated proton beam, such as the AWAKE proton driver. We show that by properly choosing the electron beam parameters and exploiting two well known effects, beam loading of the wakefield and full blow out of plasma electrons by the accelerated beam, the electron beam can gain large amounts of energy with a narrow final energy spread (%-level) and without significant emittance growth.Comment: 8 pages, 10 figure

    ABSTRAKKata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Inovatif-Progesif, Ketuntasan Belajar.Model penerapan inovatif progresif adalah salah satu pedoman mengajar guru, dimana guru menempatkan dirinya sebagai penganyom, nara sumber, pembimbing/ pendamping (fasilitator dan mediator) yang dilandasi oleh pendekatan emosional yang humanistik. Pedoman mengajar yang dilaksanakan guru membimbing siswa dalam melakukan kegiatan, diskusi dalam kelompok, melaporkan hasil kegiatan, dan kelompok lain memberi tanggapan, menganalisis pendapat siswa, menjelaskan konsep yang harus dipahami siswa yang dilakukan di SMP Negeri 10 Kuala penelitian ini di mulai bulan september samapi dengan oktober, jenis penelitian ini adalah PTK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan prestasi hasil belajar siswa dan ketuntasan belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran inovatif-progesif pada konsep massa jenis zat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 10 Kuala yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan, soal pre-test dan post test. Untuk melihat dan mengetahui tingkat ketuntasan belajar digunakan rumus persentase, dimana diperoleh hasilnya pada siklus pertama dari 26 siswa yang tuntas sekitar 20 siswa persentase ketuntasan sekitar 77%, pada siklus ke dua siswa yang tuntas menjadi 23 orang hanya 3 oran yang tidak tuntas dari 26 siswa dan persentasenya sekitar 88%, pada siklus ketiga siswa yang tuntas menjadi 24 siswa dari 26 siswa yang tidak tuntas berkurang menjadi 2 siswa, persentase ketuntasanya sekitar 92%. Tingkat ketuntasan klasikalnya mencapai 80%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran inovatif-progresif di SMP Negeri 10 Kuala pada konsep massa jenis zat dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan ketuntasan nilai belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 10 Kual
