Financing Swedish Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises: Methods, Problems and Impact

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are the seeds for a vital entrepreneurial economy. The Swedish SMEs, in particular, are very important for the future development of the Baltic Region. Financing these firms is an issue of great significance and a subject to care for. In this paper, we looked at established financing methods for Swedish SMEs. We also analyzed the impact of these methods on firm survivability using the Survival Index Value (SIV) model. The SIV model is a new tool to evaluate small firm performance, introduced recently by Dr. Adli Abouzeedan. Keberhasilan Penerapan SIA sebagai Variabel Pemoderasi Atas Hubungan Komitmen Organisasional dan Kinerja (Survei pada BUMN di Indonesia)

The purposes of this study is to test: (1) the influence of organizational commitment on companies financial performance; and (2) the influence organizational commitment and success of implementation accounting information system both jointly on companies financial performance. The study was conducted survey method, consist of 38 BUMN in Indonesia, the sample was taken by using simple random sampling from populations. The collected were used questioners, and the validity and reliability of the data was tested before hypothesis testing. The data analysis for hypothesis testing using moderated regression analysis was processed by SPSS 16 software. The result of this study show that: (1) The organizational commitment significance effect on companies financial performance; and (2) The organizational commitment and success of implementation accounting information system both jointly significance effect on companies financial performance specially on ROA dimension

Strategi Politik Pasangan Amris dan Sakti Meraih Dukungan Masyarakat pada Pilkada Dumai Tahun 2015

Through the local elections allow the accommodation of the wishes and aspirations of society to realize a better life. The Constitutional Court passed a decision independent candidates provide new hope for the emergence of candidates for regional head / deputy head of the region that is relatively more open to anyone who has an interest to nominate themselves. The presence of independent candidates (Amris, SY and Sakti) will have a positive impact teradap political competition in the post of Mayor and Deputy Mayor of the period 2016-2021. The new independent candidates appeared first in Kota Dumai so seem less popular in the public eye. Independent candidates have no ideology and no mass base is strong because it is not supported by the political parties, so that it can be seen that the candidate of the independent who dare to appear, especially in the General Election Dumai should be more widely supported on several factors such as having a strong image and supported from economic factors ,Researchers detailing the following research problem: How can a political strategy and a pair Amris Way in winning support in the elections Dumai 2015?.This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data analysis using descriptive technique in which data has been collected subsequent grouped by types and their uses. Then the data is processed and analyzed according to the theory used and presented in the form of descriptions. Analysis of data is divided into two: the analysis of statistical data and non-statistical data analysis, given the data writing is not the form but the results of the analysis process used is non-statistical data analysis.Based on studies it appears that the vote is a pair Amris independent partner and Sakti gain support as many as 20 882 voice or the voice of 17.88%. If seen from the number of ballot upon verification of prospective follow Regional Head and the vote at the election Dumai 2015 elections on an independent partner of this decline amounted to 1,581 voice sounds. The decline was caused including the votes by the following: a) The pair candidate for mayor who had served became Mayor and Deputy Mayor of so many people who know the couple's lunge. b) an independent pair is not supported by sufficient funding so that the approach taken to the people not to touch the whole society

PENANAMAN ULANG KELAPA SAWIT PADA AFDELING V KEBUN BARU PT. PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA I KECAMATAN LANGSA BARO KOTA LANGSA BARORNPROVINSI ACEH

Penanaman Ulang Kelapa Sawit Pada Avdeling V Kebun Baru PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Kecamatan Langsa Baro Kota Langsa Provinsi Aceh.Muhammad Adli/ Manajemen Agribisnis UnsyiahABSTRAKKegiatan Praktek dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 04 Februari 2013 dan berakhir pada tanggal 28 Maret 2013 pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I (Persero) yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Langsa Kota, Kota Langsa, Provinsi Aceh. Tujuan penugasan akhir adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses penanaman ulang kelapa sawit pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Kecamatan Langsa Baro Kota Langsa Provinsi Aceh.Afdeling V merupakan bagian dari kebun lama di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Langsa yang memiliki tanaman kelapa sawit, dibawah pimpinan Asisten Kebun dan memiliki luas areal 566 Ha. Praktek ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui teknik peremajaan tanaman kelapa sawit pada Afdeling V Kebun Baru di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Langsa.Peremajaan tanaman kelapa sawit merupakan salah satu cara yang dilakukan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I untuk meningkat produksi kelapa sawit. Kegiatan peremajaan tanaman kelapa sawit pada Afdeling V kebun baru dengan luas areal peremajaan 136 Ha. Penanaman Ulang dilakukan pada kelapa sawit yang sudah berumur 25 tahun secara ekonomis tidak menguntungkan untuk diusahakan.Kegiatan penanaman ulang pada Afdeling V Kebun Baru secara umum sudah berjalan baik dan lancar. Secara umum jumlah tenaga kerja pada Afdeling V sudah mencukupi. Tetapi masih banyak dijumpai tenaga kerja yang tidakvidisiplin waktu dan kurang pengetahuan sehingga kegiatan peremajaan tidak sesuai target yang telah ditetapkan. Hal ini disebabkan karena kurang pengawasan dan pelatihan kepada tenaga kerja peremajaan. Keterbatasan tenaga khusus pada kegaitan menyebabkan kegaiatan tidak berjalan seperti yang telah direncanakan. Oleh sebab itu, asisten sebagai kepala Afdeling harus membina kedisiplinan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab kepada setiap mandor dan tenaga kerja sehingga target yang sudah ditetapkan perusahaan bisa tercapai dan juga menetapkan tenaga kerja khusus pada kegiatan peremajaan sehingga perencanaan yang telah dilakukan bisa tercapai

ABSRAK PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP LOYALITAS KARYAWAN DENGAN VARIABEL KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA DINAS PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DAN GAMPONG ACEHMulki Adli Magister Manajemen Program Pascasarjana Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Syiah KualaAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Gampong Aceh (DPMGA) yang dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja . Objek penelitian adalah data Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Loyalitas Karyawan DPMGA . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Gampong Aceh yang bejumlah 80 Pegawai, dimana seluruh anggota populasi tersebut dijadikan sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan lembar pertanyaan (kuesioner) tertutup yang dibagikan kepada seluruh pegawai. Data primer dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan bantuan program XL Stat PLS 2015.Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Lingkungan Kerja. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan. PERLAKUAN BENIH MENGGUNAKAN FUNGISIDA NABATI TERHADAP PENGENDALIAN BEBERAPA PATOGEN SECARA IN VITRO DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP PERKECAMBAHAN BENIH TOMAT (SOLANUM LYCOPERSICUM L.)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya hambat dari fungisida nabati pada berbagai konsentrasi terhadap pertumbuhan koloni beberapa patogen secara in vitro, untuk mengetahui jenis fungisida nabati dengan konsentrasi tertentu dalam menghambat pertumbuhan beberapa koloni patogen secara in vitro dan untuk mengetahui jenis fungisida nabati yang efektif dengan berbagai konsentrasi terhadap perkecambahan benih tomat. Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola factorial adalah rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yang terdiri atas dua faktor, yaitu faktor pertama jenis fungisida nabati (F), terdiri dari minyak cengkeh (F1) dan minyak serai wangi (F2) sedangkan faktor kedua yaitu konsentrasi fungisida nabati (K) dengan berbagai konsentrasi. Tolok ukur yang diamati adalah Potensi Tumbuh Maksimum (PTM), Daya Berkecambah (DB), Indeks Vigor (IV), Kecepatan Tumbuh Relatif (KCT-R), T50 (hari), Keserempakan tumbuh (KST). Hasil penelitian pada percobaan I menunjukan bahwa fungisida nabati yang berasal dari minyak cengkeh dan serai wangi dapat menghambat pertumbuhan koloni patogen P. capsici, C. capsici, R. solani, dan S. rolfsii secara sempurna (100%) pada konsentrasi 0.025% (v/v) sedangkan pada percobaan II menunjukkan bahwa fungisida nabati minyak serai wangi pada konsentrasi 0.001% efektif untuk berkecambah. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah fungisida nabati yang berasal dari minyak cengkeh dan serai wangi dapat digunakan sebagai fungisida nabati untuk pengendalian pertumbuhan patogen seperti Sclerotium rolfsii, Rhyzoctonia solani, Phytophthora capsici, dan Collectrotrichum capsici.Kata kunci : Fungisida Nabati; Solanum lycopersicum L.; Minyak Cengkeh; Minyak Serai Wang
