    Pengaruh Parasetamol Dosis Analgesik Terhadap Kadar Serum Glutamat Oksaloasetat Transaminase Tikus Wistar Jantan

    Latar belakang: Parasetamol digunakan untuk menangani keadaan nyeri akut pasca operasi. Pada dosis yang direkomendasikan parasetamol dianggap aman. Namun penggunaan parasetamol diatas rentang dosis terapi dapat menyebabkan gangguan hati. Kerusakan sel hati secara jelas akan mempengaruhi kadar SGOT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parasetamol dosis analgesik terhadap kadar SGOT tikus wistar jantan.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan bentuk penelitian eksperimental dengan pendekatan Post-Test Only Control Group Design yang menggunakan tikus Wistar Jantan sebagai objek penelitian. Terdapat 3 kelompok penelitian yaitu kelompok kontrol, kelompok yang diberikan parasetamol dosis analgesik selama 2 hari dan kelompok yang diberikan parasetamol selama 4 hari. Normalitas data diuji dengan Shapiro Wilks. Data dianalisis dengan independent t test dan one way Anova yang dilanjutkan uji LSD.Hasil: Uji independent t test menunjukkan kenaikan yang signifikan (p<0,05) antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan yang diberi parasetamol dosis analgesik selama 2 hari. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan (p<0,05) antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan yang diberi parasetamol dosis analgesik selama 4 hari. Uji one way Anova menunjukkan kenaikan yang signifikan (p<0,05) antara semua kelompok. Akan tetapi pada kelompok tidak didapatkan kenaikan signifikan antara kedua kelompok perlakuan yang diberi parasetamol dosis analgesik selama 2 hari dan 4.Kesimpulan: Pemberian parasetamol dosis analgesik dapat meningkatkan kadar SGOT

    The objective of the study was to analyze: (1) the influence of service quality factors directly and significantly to the satisfaction, (2) direct and significant influence of service marketing mix factor on student satisfaction, (3) the influence of service quality factor indirectly on the loyalty; (4) the influence of service marketing mix factor indirectly to loyalty, (5) the influence of student satisfaction factor directly to student loyalty. The research method used in this research was quantitative type explanatory research, sampling technique used was purposive sampling that was the active student of Banking Syariah IAIN Banking Tulungagung as much as 320 people. Analysis technique using path analysis. The result of this research is service quality had a significant effect on student satisfaction, marketing mix had significant effect to student's satisfaction, service quality had no significant effect to student loyalty, marketing mix had significant influence to student loyalty and student's satisfaction had significant effect to student loyalty. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh faktor kualitas pelayanan secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan, (2) pengaruh faktor bauran pemasaran jasa secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan (3) pengaruh faktor kualitas pelayanan secara tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas; (4) pengaruh faktor bauran pemasaran jasa secara tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas (5) pengaruh faktor kepuasan mahasiswa secara langsung terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif research dan jenis penelitian adalah eksplanotry research, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu mahasiswa aktif jurusan Perbankan Syariah sebanyak 320 orang. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis).Hasil penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, bauran pemasaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa, bauran pemasaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa dan kepuasan mahasiswa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa

    The Role of Thyrotrophin Receptor Antibody Assays in Graves' Disease

    Thyrotrophin receptor antibodies (TRAb) exist as stimulating or blocking antibodies in the serum (neutral TRAb have been identified recently). The clinical features of GD occur when stimulating TRAb predominate. But the relationship of TRAb to clinical phenotype and outcome is not clear when current assay methods are used. Therefore no consensus exists about its utility in diagnosing and predicting outcome in GD. The most commonly used TRAb assays, measure thyroid binding inhibiting immunoglobulins (TBII or “receptor assays”) and don't differentiate between stimulating and blocking antibodies. However, the more expensive, technically demanding and less freely available “biological assays” differentiate between them by their ability to stimulate cyclic AMP or failure to do so. Failure to differentiate between TRAb types and its heterogeneous molecular and functional properties has limited TBII use to GD diagnosis and differentiating from other forms of thyrotoxicosis. The current 2nd-3rd generation receptor assays are highly sensitive and specific when used for this purpose. TRAb assays should also be done in appropriate pregnant women. Current data do not support its use in outcome prediction as there is a significant variability of assay methodology, population characteristics and study design in published data, resulting in a lack of consensus

    Pemberian Berbagai Konsentrasi Air Kelapa Pada Bibit Kopi Robusta (Coffea Canephora Pierre)

    This research aims to determine the influence of the concentration of coconut water, to find out the best concentration for the growth of seedlings of robusta coffee plant and look for correlation of all parameters on the treatment that gives the highest growth. This research has been carried out in the UPT area of research farm in the faculty of agriculture, University of Riau. This research was conducted in June to September. This design of this research was completely random design, 5 treatments and 4 replications. Each research unit consists of 3 plants, thus the number of sources used as many as 60 robusta coffee seeds. The results showed that an increase in the concentration of coconut water also improves the increment of plant height, the increase in the circumference of the trunk, broad leaves, root header ratio and dry weight of the plant. The results showed that an increase in the concentration of coconut water doesn\u27t improve the increment of the number of leaves. Treatment of the application of the coconut water with a concentration of 50% gives the highest influence for the increment of plant height, the increase in the circumference of the trunk, broad leaves, root header ratio and dry weight of the robust coffee plant. The plant\u27s dry weight is correlated very strongly with the increment of the number of leaves, broad leaves and root shoot ratio.     Tropical Marine Phytoplankton Assemblages and Water Quality Characteristics Associated with Thermal Discharge from a Coastal Power Station

    A study of phytoplankton assemblages and water quality characteristics was conducted monthly from November 2009 to October 2010 at the coastal waters adjacent to the Sultan Azlan Shah Power Station (SASPS) in Manjung, Perak, Malaysia. Water quality parameters were measured and phytoplankton samples were collected at five sampling stations with different environmental conditions. The results showed a significant difference of total phytoplankton abundance, pH, salinity, dissolved oxygen, TSS, ammonium, nitrate, nitrite, BOD, chlorophyll-a, and water transparency among sampling stations (P<0.05). In this study, Bacillariophyta, Cyanophyta, Chlorophyta, and Dinophyta were the major phylum presented at all sampling stations, and the most dominant phytoplankton species was Odontella sinensis based on Importance Species Indices. The Principal Component Analysis recommended a combination of factors such as anthropogenic input, thermal discharge, and turbidity that influenced the phytoplankton abundance and water quality condition within the vicinity of SASPS.
