Perlindungan Karya Cipta Kebaya Sebagai Aset Nasional Yang Bernilai Tinggi (Studi Kasus Perlindungan Hak Cipta Terhadap Karya Cipta Kebaya Modifikasi Anne Avantie)

Kebaya, as an Indonesian woman traditional costume, is one of the national cultural assets that its conservation should be preserved. Based on that matter, several kebaya designers have developed kebaya through some modifications making it to be fashionable clothes that are able to draw interests. One of kebaya designers developing modified kebaya is Anne Avantie. Even today, the works of kebaya by Anne Avantie have been recognized both in national and International levels through the attained achievements. It is showed by her achievement and society acknowledgment. However, together with the existence achieved by her, many plagiarisms have occurred concerning the works of kebaya by Anne Avantie. The copyright violation ofAnneAvantie\u27s modified kebaya which is established by the plagiarism act in a lot of cases shows the highly copyrights violation of her creation. However, Anne Avantie\u27s modified kebaya is included in the protected creation according to Article 12 letterfofthe Indonesian Copyright Act No. 19 Year 2002. Therefore, Anne Avantie, as tf?e creator of the kebaya created by her, receives exclusive rights upon the copyrights of the kebaya to prohibit other people to use those rights without any permission from its creator. The Indonesian Copyright Act No. 19 Year 2002 has been provided enough protection for any creator\u27s creation, including modified kebaya. Thus, the awareness of involved parties in realizing the maximum law enforcement concerning copyrights is required in order to increase the desire of creators to produce their works. Beside that, we need to socialize the importance of the appreciation and protection of copyrights to the creator itself and society

Chemical Compounds and Decomposition Process from Four Species Leaf Litter As a Source of Organic Matter Soil in Anggori Education Forest, Manokwari

Decomposition is a simple change of physical and chemical processes by soil microorganisms—the rate of decomposition process influenced by climate and litter quality factors. Litter content of chemical compounds is essential to determine the litter's quality so that it can be estimated the decomposition process. Leaves litter of Magnolia tsiampacca, Intsia bijuga, Cinnamomum cullilawan, and Aglaia sp., were collected and analyzed for their chemical compounds. Based on lignin and nitrogen content (L/N) value, Cinnamomum cullilawan have the fastest decomposition process. On the contrary, Intsia bijuga has low litter quality, so that has the slowest decomposition process. However, it has the lowest lignin content and high polyphenol content. Our research found that four observed species were able to be used as sources of soil organic matter, although the litter quality is relatively low

Dealing with Web service QoS factors using constraint hierarchy

Functionality and non-functional properties are two critical factors in web service technology, but non-functional properties (quality factors) are often ignored. Usually, these are articulated as statements of objectives, as opposed to prepositional assertions. A key challenge in dealing with objectives is that there is no obvious means to decide when they are satisfied. In effect, these objectives are never fu lly satisfied, but satisficed to varying degrees. Alternative design decisions need to trade-off varying degrees of satisfaction of potentially mutually contradictory non-functional requirements. In some circumstances, non-Junctional properties are crucial; they do affect the design decision. Upon a request, there are a range o f web services that might provide the required functionality, so the web service selection can only be done based on their Quality of Service (QoS). Therefore, a quality-based web service model is in high demand. The key contribution of this paper is the use of the hierarchical constraint logic programming framework [9, 10] in dealing with quality factors. We show how quality factors can be formulated as soft constraints and how the machinery associated with constraint hierarchies can be used to evaluate the web services

Daya Antibakteri Ekstrak Daun Sirih Merah (Piper Crocatum) terhadap Bakteri Enterococcus Faecalis sebagai Bahan Medikamen Saluran Akar dengan Metode Dilusi Anti-Bacterial Power Of Red Batel Leaves (Piper Crocatum) To Enterococcus Faecalis Bacteria AS Medi

Perawatan saluran akar adalah perawatan yang dilakukan dengan mengangkat jaringan pulpa yang telahterinfeksi dari kamar pulpa dan saluran akar. Salah satu tahap yang penting yaitu sterilisasi dimana dibutuhkanbahan medikamen yang paling efektif dan biokompatibel. Daun sirih merah (Pipper crocatum) diyakinimempunyai banyak kandungan antibakteri seperti alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin dan tannin. Enterococcus faecalisadalah salah satu bakteri yang memiliki resistensi serta paling sering ditemukan pada infeksi saluran akar.Kemampuan dari bakteri ini dapat mengadakan kolonisasi yang baik dan dapat bertahan dalam saluran akar.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui daya antibakteri ekstrak daun sirih merah (Pipper crocatum) terhadapbakteri Enterococcus faecalis. Desain penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimental laboratorium in vitro.Metode yang digunakan yaitu dilusi tabung untuk menentukan Kadar Hambat Minimum (KHM) dan KadarBunuh Minimum (KBM). Konsentrasi ekstrak yang digunakan yaitu 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% dan 30%. Hasilpenelitian diperoleh KHM sebesar 20% dan KBM 25%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini ekstrak daun sirih merahmempunyai daya antibakteri dengan nilai KHM 20% dan KBM 25%. Ekstrak etanol daun sirih merah (Pippercrocatum) mampu menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Enterococcus faecalis pada konsentrasi 20% dan dapatmembunuh bakteri Enterococcus faecalis pada konsentrasi 25%

Pengembangan Media Video Tutorial Untuk Materi Teks Laporan Hasil Observasi Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Siswa Kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Jombang

AbstrakStudi ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan proses pengembangan media video tutorial teknik menyusun teks laporan hasil observasi sebagai upaya mengatasi permasalahan belajar di SMK Negeri 1 Jombang yang telah disesuaikan dengan berbagai analisis kebutuhan, karakteristik siswa, dan karakteristik materi. Lain daripada itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui media yang dikembangakan apakah layak dan memenuhi syarat untuk proses pembelajaran pada pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia khususnya materi Teks Laporan Hasil Observasi. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE (Branch, 2009) yang fokus pada tiga tahapan yaitu Analyse, Design, dan Development. Pada pengembangan media ini, digunakan dua teknik yaitu: (1) 2D animation motion graphic; dan (2) screen recording. Adanya dua fitur yang berbeda maka informasi dapat saling melengkapi. Subjek uji kelayakan pada pengembangan ini yaitu Ahli Materi, Ahli Pembelajaran, dan Ahli Media dengan menggunakan instrumen pengumpulan wawancara dan angket. Hasil uji kelayakan menunjukan bahwa media video tutorial cara menyusun teks laporan hasil observasi layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dengan rata-rata persentase kelayakan 90%.Kata kunci: Pengembangan, Video Tutorial, Teks Laporan Hasil ObservasiAbstractThis study aims to describe the process of developing a technical video tutorial media compiling a text report on the results of observations as an effort to overcome learning problems at SMK Negeri 1 Jombang which has been adapted to various needs analyzes, student characteristics, and material characteristics. Other than that, this study aims to determine whether the media developed is feasible and meets the requirements for the learning process in Indonesian lessons, especially the material for the Observation Result Report Text. The development model used is ADDIE (Branch, 2009) which focuses on three stages, namely Analysis, Design, and Development. In developing this media, two techniques were used, namely: (1) 2D animation motion graphic; and (2) screen recording. The existence of two different features then the information can complement each other. The subjects of the feasibility test in this development were Material Experts, Learning Experts, and Media Experts using interview and questionnaire collection instruments. The results of the feasibility test show that the video tutorial media on how to compile the text of the observation report is feasible to use in learning Indonesian with an average percentage of 90% eligibility.Keywords: Development, Video Tutorial, Observation Report Tex
