Spatial Autocorrelation Analysis of Tuberculosis Cases (2016-2018) In Kebumen

Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the tenth highest causes of death in Indonesia and even worldwide. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by an infection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacterium. Kebumen is one of the districts with high tuberculosis cases and tends to increase every year. Based on the high case number, it is necessary to start research that examines patterns of spread. Spatial analysis is a very useful tool to evaluate the spreading pattern of the tuberculosis disease according to its geographical location. The study aimed to spatially analyze tuberculosis spread pattern from 2016 to 2018 using the spatial autocorrelation method through Moran Index and Local Indicator of Spatial Association (LISA). The study showed that the spatial autocorrelation in the spreading patterns of tuberculosis occurred in Kebumen and had a clustered pattern because of Moran Index is positive. The results of the LISA analysis in the High-High quadrant showed that the high tuberculosis cases correlated with areas that also had high tuberculosis cases. Culture of Tri Hita Karana as Moderating Effect of Locus of Control on the Performance of Internal Auditor (Studies in the Office of the Provincial Inspectorate in Bali)

This study aimed to examine the effect of Locus of Control affects the performance of the internal auditors and the Tri Hita Karana culture as a moderating variable on the influence of locus of control on the performance of the internal auditor in the Office of the Provincial Inspectorate in Bali. The study population is the entire internal auditors on five (5) Office of the Inspector in Bali (Klungkung, Karangasem, Gianyar, Bangli and Buleleng). Sample technique used was purposive sampling with certain criteria, namely the internal auditor's work a minimum of one year. The research design used in this study is a survey method by distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that locus of control affects the performance of the internal auditors, whereas locus of control moderated the Tri Hita Karana culture affect the performance of the internal auditor in the Office of the Provincial Inspectorate in Bali Keywords: Locus of Control, Culture of Tri Hita Karana, Internal audito

Unveiling the Effectiveness of Google Translate: A Health Text Translation Analysis

There were difficulties faced by translators in translating text. Thus, because they found it difficult to translate and did not have a lot of vocabulary, they needed a translation tool such as Google Translate. Therefore, this research discussed the quality of the translation carried out by Google Translate in translating English text into Indonesian based on the theory of Rochayah Machali. The research methodology of this research was content analysis quantitative design. In this research, the population were texts about health from the Jakarta Post. The samples of the research were 32 Jakarta Post texts with the theme of health taken by simple random sampling. The instrument of this research was the rubric Rochayah Machali. After analyzing the data, it was found that from a total of 32 texts there were Google Translate abilities in the good category with 11 translations (34.375%), very good with 9 translations (28.125%), almost excellent with 7 translations (21.875%), fair with 3 translations (9,375). %), and bad category with 2 translations (6.25%). From the discussion above, it was concluded that Google Translate had a good translation with the highest score in the good category, namely 11 translations. Multiple vaginal stones secondary to an ectopic ureter in an adult female patient: a case report

Vaginal stone is a rare case with low incidence. Ectopic ureter insertion into the vagina is one of the congenital abnormalities that may lead to vaginal stone formation. True incontinence persisting until adulthood might indicate an ectopic ureter, often associated with a complete duplex renal system. We reported an adult female that came with a chief complaint of true incontinence since she was young. However, it was left untreated due to limited healthcare facilities in her area and low socioeconomic status. The computed tomography examination revealed a right complete duplex renal system, with upper moiety inserted into the vagina, and multiple vaginal stones. Thus, stone removal and ureteroneocystostomy procedure were performed. No further complaints or complications were recorded after the hospital discharge
