    The aim of this research is useful to know the satisfaction of outpatient at Rumah Sakit Embung Fatimah Batam. Service satisfaction is the end result perceived by the user of the product or service, whether it is less, equal or exceeds the desired expectations. By using lean sear vice pedekantan and service performance. This study resulted in five indicators of service quality at Rumah Sakit Embung Fatimah Batam which is included in quadrant I group which is the main priority to be improved to exceed patient expectation. The five indicators are: adequate waiting room facilities (2.5), waiting room environment and good lighting (77,50), accessible information access (2,9), service to patient complaints done quickly and responsive (2 , 9), the officer receives advice from the patient (2.9)

    Pengaruh Tipe Kepribadian Auditor dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Perilaku Disfungsional Audit

    This study aims to determine whether there is influence personality type A auditor and organizational culture on audit dysfunctional behavior. The method used was a survey using a questionnaire of 34 respondents who were auditors at 5 public accounting firm Batam. The research hypothesis was tested using a multiple regression analysis. This study uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. The auditor's personality type is measured by ambitious, competitive, and achievement-oriented attitudes. Organizational culture variables are measured by the ethical attitudes that exist in an organization. The results revealed that there was no effect between auditor A personality type and organizational culture on audit dysfunctional behavior. Future studies can add other variables and enlarge the population area.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh tipe kepribadian A auditor dan budaya organisasi terhadap perilaku disfungsional audit. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey menggunakan kuesioner terhadap 34 orang responden yang merupakan auditor di 5 KAP Batam. Hipotesis penelitian diuji menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner dengan skala likert 5 poin. Tipe kepribadian A auditor diukur dari sikap ambisius, kompetitif, dan berorientasi pada prestasi. Variabel budaya organisasi diukur dengan sikap etis yang ada dalam suatu organisasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh negatif antara tipe kepribadian A auditor dan budaya organisasi terhadap perilaku disfungsional audit. Penelitian selanjutnya bisa menambahkan variabel lain dan memperbesar wilayah populasi

    This study aims to identify, both simultaneously and partially between financial and non-financial compensation for employees and employees of PT United Sindo Perkasa. This research use Multiple Linear Regression method. The sample in this study used total sampling technique where everyone. The research instrument used is interview and questionnaire. The result of this research is positive financial compensation variable to work motivation. It is seen from tcount (3,203) bigger than ttable (1,66) with significant level (0,002 < 0,05). The non-financial compensation variable has an effect on work, different from 2,461 with significant level (0,007 < 0,05). Simultaneously, between financial and non-financial tax compensation variable on work motivation, it is seen from Fcount (13,451) bigger than Ftable (3.11) with significant level (0,000 < 0,05). Financial compensation variable has a positive effect on employee performance, different from ttable (1.66) with significant level (0,005 < 0,05). Non-financial compensation positive variable on employee performance, different from ttable (1.66) with significant level (0,023 < 0,05). Adjacent simultaneously between financial compensation variables and non-financial compensation on employee performance, this is seen from Fcount (10,312) greater than Ftable (3.11) with significant level (0,000 < 0.05)

Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel reward berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja hal ini dilihat dari t hitung (2,363) lebih besar dari t tabel (1,65) dengan tingkat signifikan (0,020 < 0,05). Variabel reward berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi hal ini dilihat dari t hitung (4,289) lebih besar dari t tabel (1,65) dengan tingkat signifikan (0,000 < 0,05). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Regresi Linier Berganda. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dimana semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel yang berjumlah 86 karyawan lapangan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja, Hal ini dilihat dari thitung (3,203) lebih besar dari ttabel (1,66) dengan tingkat signifikan (0,002 < 0,05). Variabel kompensasi non finansial berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja, hal ini dilihat dari thitung (2,781) lebih besar dari ttabel (1,66) dengan tingkat signifikan (0,007 < 0,05). Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap motivasi kerja, hal ini dilihat dari Fhitung (13,451) lebih besar dari Ftabel (3,11) dengan tingkat signifikan (0,000 < 0,05). Variabel kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dilihat dari thitung (2,917) lebih besar dari ttabel (1,66) dengan tingkat signifikan (0,005 < 0,05). Variabel kompensasi non finansial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dilihat dari thitung (2,311) lebih besar dari ttabel (1,66) dengan tingkat signifikan (0,023 < 0,05). Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dilihat dari Fhitung (10,312) lebih besar dari Ftabel (3,11) dengan tingkat signifikan (0,000 < 0,05)

    Analisis Evaluasi Kinerja Vendor Berdasarkan Penetapan Kriteria Vendor Performance Indicator (VPI) Menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Pada PT. XYZ

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of performance evaluation of vendors especially in the vendor that provides a raw material for pressure vessel plate made of carbon steel. As for the evaluation process undertaken by PT. XYZ through performance indicators (KPI) where an evaluation that applied a focus on quality and delivery. In this study, researchers used the designation criteria vendor performance indicator (VPI) where the criteria used consist of quality, cost, delivery, flexibility and responsiveness (QCDFR). The methods used in the analysis process that is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Data collecting directionally by questionnaire method among 3 respondents on the procurement department that know the performance of the vendors over the years. The result showed that PT. RE has the best performance among the four vendors, as known PT.SS, PT. ST, PT. CH and PT. UN within value 0.540; The vendor with lowest performance owned by PT.CH within value 0.034. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses evaluasi kinerja vendor khususnya pada vendor yang mensupplai bahan baku plate pressure vessel berbahan carbon steel. Adapun proses evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh PT. XYZ melalui key performance indicator (KPI) dimana evaluasi yang diterapkan hanya berfokus pada quality dan delivery. Dalam studi ini, peneliti menggunakan penetapan kriteria Vendor Performance Indicator (VPI) dimana kriteria yang digunakan yaitu quality, cost, delivery, flexibility dan responsiveness (QCDFR). Metode yang digunakan dalam proses analisis yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner terhadap 3 informan pada departemen procurement yang dianggap mengetahui kinerja vendor selama ini. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. RE memiliki kinerja yang terbaik diantara keempat vendor yaitu PT. SS, PT. ST, PT. CH serta PT. UN dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0.540 sedangkan vendor dengan kinerja terendah dimiliki oleh PT. CH dengan nilai bobot sebesar 0.034.

    Analysis on Queue System at Vitka Point Gas Station Number 14.294.722 on Motorcycle Line with Pertalite-Based Fuel

    This study aims to find out the performance of the queuing system at SPBU 14.294.722 Vitka Poin, Batam City on Pertalite fuel for motorcycles. The performance of the queuing system was analyzed to whether it has reached the optimal level. The data were collected through interviews and observations. Then, the obtained data were analyzed using a single line queuing system (single-channel, single-phase). The study used quantitative data in which the calculation was assisted by the "POM-QM Queuing Analysis" software. Based on the result of the single-channel single-phase analysis, the performance of the queuing system applied by the 14.294.722 Vitka Poin, Batam City gas station is optimal. It is because the server utilization level or the average operator's busyness level for 7 days is 72.11 %, and the remaining 27.89% of the busy time is idle time, which is the time when the service is not performed. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of performance at the 14.294.722 Vitka Poin, Batam City gas stations is quite good by referring to the average time required by customers in the queue which is only 0.0139 hours or 0.8322 minutes, and the time required by customers in the system is 0.0192 hours or 1.1541 minutes, and the average number of customers waiting in the queue is only 1.846 or 2 people and the average number of customers waiting in the system is 2.5857 or 3 people. The results indicate that there is no need for additional servers as the performance of using 1 server is quite good.Penelitian ini disusun guna mengetahui bagaimana kinerja sistem antrian pada SPBU 14.294.722 Vitka Poin Kota Batam jalur motor berbahan bakar pertalite. Kinerja sistem antrian akan dianalisis apakah telah mencapai tingkat optimal. Teknik pengumpulan data ialah menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Sementara untuk metode analisis data menggunakan jenis analisis sistem antrian jalur tunggal (single channel, single phase). Adapun jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif, yang proses perhitungannya dibantu dengan perangkat lunak “POM-QM Queuing Analysis”. Menurut hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis teori antrian model tunggal, kinerja dari sistem antrian yang diterapkan oleh SPBU 14.294.722 Vitka Poin Kota Batam sudah dikatakan optimal, dilihat dari tingkat utilisasi server atau tingkat kesibukan operator secara rata-rata selama 7 hari sebesar 72,11%, sisanya 27,89% dari waktu sibuk merupakan idle time yaitu waktu sedang tidak dilakukannya pelayanan atau waktu menganggur. Sedangkan efektivitas kinerja pada SPBU 14.294.722 Vitka Poin Kota Batam juga sudah cukup baik, dilihat dari rata-rata waktu yang dibutuhkan pelanggan dalam antrian yang hanya sebesar 0.0139 jam atau 0,8322 menit, dan waktu yang dibutuhkan pelanggan dalam sistem sebesar 0,0192 jam atau 1,1541 menit, serta jumlah rata-rata pelanggan menunggu dalam antrian hanya sebesar 1,846 atau 2 orang dan jumlah rata-rata pelanggan menunggu dalam sistem sebesar 2,5857 atau 3 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak perlu adanya penambahan server menjadi 2 unit server karena kinerja penggunaan 1 unit server sudah cukup baik

    This study aimed to analyze the concept of the most appropriate marketing strategic to be applied to the Agribisnis Semangka Batam of Kepulauan Setokok Batam. This research uses descriptive analysis with qualitative approach. The data sources used in this analysis are primary data from respondents and secondary data from company documents. The technical analysis of the data used is carried out through SWOT analysis. The results show that the position Agribisnis Semangka in unit I using the SWOT chart indicates that the outcome of the analysis is positive, and the correct strategy at this position is the "growth strategy".
