    ABSTRAK Mutu pelayanan rumah sakit adalah penilaian pelayanan yang diperoleh dari pasien dengan biaya efisien dan hasil dari kinerja organisasi rumah sakit. Persaingan pasar bebas menuntut kita meningkatkan mutu disemua bidang terutama dipelayanan kesehatan agar diakui secara internasional, fenomena masyarakat lebih memilih berobat ke luar negeri menjadi tantangan besar dalam peningkatan mutu pelayanan dirumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui mutu pelayanan rumah sakit menggunakan pendekatan model Competency Outcomes and Performance Assessment (COPA) di rumah sakit islam Kota Padang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasi dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 325 pasien rawat inap. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengajaran dan integrasi ilmu pengetahuan dengan mutu pelayanan (p=0,006-0,031). Sementara assessment dan intervensi (0,442), komunikasi (0,787), berpikir kritis (0,442), human caring dan relasi sosial (0,109), manajemen (0,057), dan kepemimpinan (0,085) merupakan variabel yang tidak ada hubungan dengan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit. Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi mutu pelayanan adalah pengajaran (0,304). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk terus meningkatkan mutu pelayanannya dan mensosialisasikan tentang pentingnya peningkatan mutu pelayanan kepada perawat rawat inap maupun petugas yang berkerja dirumah sakit

    Pemasangan infus merupakan suatu tindakan invasif yang umum dan dasar dilakukan oleh tenaga perawat terhadap pasien yang sedang dirawat di rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan pengetahuan pencegahan pengendalian infeksi dan persepsi supervisi atasan dengan kepatuhan penerapan SOP pemasangan infus pada perawat. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian analitik menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan teknik saturation sampling dan didapatkan hasil dengan jumlah 42 sampel. Analisis data menggunakan uji spearman rho dengan menggunakan derajat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0.05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari uji statistik dari pengetahuan pencegahan pengendalian infeksi (PPI) dengan kepatuhan penerapan SOP pemasangan infus mendapati hasil p-value = 0,014 dan hasil dari uji statistik dari persepsi supervisi atasan dengan kepatuhan penerapan SOP pemasangan infus mendapati hasil p-value = 0,041. Kesimpulan ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan PPI dan persepsi supervisi atasan dengan kepatuhan penerapan SOP pemasangan infus. Saran dari penelitian ini diharapkan tenaga kesehatan dapat meningkatkan konsistensi dalam melakukan pemasangan infus sesuai dengan SOP khususnya pada perawat di RS Sari Asih Kota Tangerang Selatan

    Hospital service quality is an assessment of services obtained from patients with cost-efficient and results from the organization's organizational performance. Free market competition requires us to improve quality in all fields, especially in health services to be recognized internationally, the phenomenon of people prefering to seek treatment abroad is a big challenge in improving the quality of hospital services. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of Teaching with the services quality in Padang City Islamic hospitals. The study design used was descriptive correlation with cross sectional design. The sample of this study were 325 inpatients. The results of this study prove that there is a relationship between teaching and service quality in Padang City Islamic hospitals (P = 0.006). This study recommends hospitals to increase the active role of nurses in improving service quality with the COPA model approach, which is teaching that can be applied in hospitals

    During the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 basic immunization coverage in Indonesia decreased compared to last year. This study aims to find out a picture of the mother's experience in getting basic immunization for an infant during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Sawangan Healthcare Service Center, Depok City. Qualitative research design with phenomenological approach model, data collection with in-depth interviews of 7 participants with snowball sampling data collection method. The results found 6 themes including 1) An overview of the meaning of basic immunization, 2) a Negative maternal response to getting basic immunization in an infant during the Covid-19 pandemic, 3) a Positive maternal response to getting basic immunization for an infant during the Covid-19 pandemic, 4) Sources of maternal support in getting basic immunization for an infant during the Covid-19 pandemic, 6) Maternal barriers in getting basic immunization during the Covid-19 pandemic, 7) Mothers' expectations in basic immunization services for an infant during the Covid-19 pandemic. The enthusiasm of the mothers was extraordinary in their efforts to continue to get immunizations for the infants. However, government policies and regulations regarding immunization services during the Covid-19 pandemic have had a huge impact on the completeness of basic immunization coverage for infants during the Covid-19 pandemic, so this becomes a new threat and problem, especially the increase in diseases that can be prevented by immunization. Mothers with babies aged 0-12 months must improve their information technology skills to find out basic immunization service programs during the Covid-19 pandemic
