Kesimpulannya, penggunaan model picture and picture dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 3 Terisi

Background. Most South Africans depend on the public sector for health services. There is an increasing demand for arthroplasty in the public sector, but a paucity of academic data regarding its cost.Objectives. To: (i) identify the factors that determine the cost of an uncomplicated primary hip arthroplasty; and (ii) make recommendations on cost optimisation.Methods. This was a cross-sectional study. Patients who met the inclusion criteria had their hospital financial records reviewed from October 2015 to March 2017. Six cost centres were utilised: inpatient admission, theatre and anaesthesia, ambulatory, prosthesis, physiotherapy and blood bank. The data were statistically analysed.Results. Fifty-five patients met the study inclusion criteria. Data were stratified into categories. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to test the data, and significant differences were found in the prosthesis, inpatient admission and ambulatory cost centres at a 95% significance level. The least significant difference was used to test the ANOVA results that paired significant categories. No cost centre showed significance over the other categories. Data for the six cost centres were compared with the current literature and industry best practice. Eight recommendations are made.Conclusions. The study showed that clinicians need to be aware of procedural costing in the current financial climate. There are still opportunities to optimise cost containment in the state sector.

As this study reveals, a number of contradiction occurs between Regional Regulations with Criminal Code. Such contradictions can be found in a number of regional regulations prohibiting prostitution, such as : No. 5/2002 of Cirebon Regency; Regulation No. 6/2003 of Medan City; Regulation No. 2 /2004 of Palembang City, Regulation No. 13/2002 of South Sumatra Province, etc. The contradictions include the determination of the authorized officers to handle the matter, the rules in case of erroneous arrest, and the determination of sanctions. The Criminal Code sets aside sanctions for Commercial Sex Workers (CSWs) and users of CSWs. It only prohibits of facilitating the immoral acts by other parties.. In Islamic criminal Law, prostitution is considered as a crime whose perpetrators are equated with adulterers sanctioned with stoning or whip

The growth of the industrial sector has increased so rapidly every year, demanding electrical energy providers can provide electrical energy needs at any moment. Therefore we need an effective and efficient measures to increase the capacity of electricity production. Heat Recovery Steam Generator is an equipment which has the working principles such as boilers, without the need for additional fuel. Heat source of heat energy derived from gas turbine exhaust gas that has a high temperature (> 500 ° C) is used to heat and turn water into steam up, then passed through a steam turbine.
