Fiscal Policy in the Slovak Republic

On 1st January 1993, the independent Slovak Republic (SR) began to exist. During 1993 a democratic political system was created. It is a parliamentary democracy with a president at its head. The functions of the president were created and instituted, the Constitutional Court and Supreme Supervision Office were established. They began to create the relations determined by the constitution between the parliament (the National Council of the SR), government, president and judicial power. The functioning of the new state began to be confirmed by the issuing of new legislative norms and laws. Starting the incorporation of the SR into international structures was an important factor in the political life of the SR. The SR became a regular member of the Council of Europe, and signed a treaty on the SR becoming an associate member of the European Union. The specific factors of internal political development did not adversely affect the tendency to continue with the transformation process in the economy and society. The SR fully succeeded in maintaining the high level of liberalization of prices and economic relations, already achieved in the former Czecho - Slovak Federal Republic. The liberalization of foreign trade and the associated internal convertibility of the Slovak currency were maintained. In the context of the adopted conception of privatization, standard methods of privatization, justified by the specific characteristics of the Slovak economy, began to be implemented. This led to a slowing down of the progress of privatization of large and medium sized companies. The main role of macro-economic regulation was maintenance of internal and external balance. During 1993, the neutral monetary policy of the central bank, and the restrictive budgetary policy of the government, worked in favour of macro-economic stability. The absence of wage regulation, abolished under the influence of the trade unions, during this year, interfered with the stabilizing macro-economic tendencies. Problems and complications appeared in the progress of the transformation process, but the political groups did not take this as a reason to interrupt the process.Slovakia, fiscal policy

Quality and competition.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou a jejím vlivem na konkurenceshopnost. Skládá se ze dvou částí - první část této práce je zaměřena na historii a současnost řízení kvality, jak u nás ,tak ve světě a na vysvětlení souvisejících základních pojmů. Hlavní důraz je kladen na správný přístup v této problematice a srovnání mezi různými kulturami. Druhá část se věnuje konkurenceschopnosti a jak jí dosáhnout pomocí faktoru kvality. Kvalita je rozdělena na dva oddíly - kvalitu uvnitř podniku, kterou dosáhneme pomocí systému jakosti (ISO normy, Kaizen, Lean production) a na kvalitu, kterou musí podnik zajistit, aby zaujal zákazníka takzvanou kvalitu vnější- (doprava, design, marketing). Zvláštní podkapitolou druhé částí je popis podniku, který zvládl úspěšně aplikovat systémy jakosti do praxe a tím je japonská firma Toyota.The present bachelor thesis deals with quality and it´s influence on competitiveness. This thesis consists of two parts- first part is focused on history and nowadays quality management both in the Czech Republic and word wide and it also explains the related basic terms. The main emphasis is given on the proper attitude to these issues and on the comparison of different cultures. The second part is devoted competitiveness and how to reach it by means of quality factor. Quality is divided into two sections – the inner quality of the company which can be achieved bythe system of quality (ISO standard, Kaizen, Lean production) and for the quality which the company must ensure to attract the customer, the so- called external quality (transport, design, marketing). A special subsection of the second part is a description of the company which has managed to successfully apply the system of quality into practice i.e the Japanese company Toyota.

První část této práce je zaměřena na vymezení neziskového sektoru podle odlišných kritérií, dále historii a význam neziskového sektoru v České republice. Druhá část se věnuje problematice právní úpravy občanských sdružení v souvislosti se zavedením nového občanského zákoníku a možnosti transformace na nové právní formy. Třetí část popisuje činnost a hospodaření spolku, historický vývoj členství a očekávané trendy ve vývoji hospodaření.This bachelor thesis deals with activities and economy of civil associations, particularly those of civil association Volnost. First part of this thesis is focused on definition of non-gain sector according to different criterions, followed by history and importance of non-gain sector in Czech republic. Second part is dedicated to the issue of legal regulations of civil associations in connection to the newly enacted civil code and possibility of transformation according to new legal forms. Intelligent home control system

This work deals with the creation of prototype application for the Android and Android Wear platforms. The application is designed to control a house system, the so-called smart house. The application is running on the mobile phone and also on the smart watches. In this master's thesis is described which technologies are used, how the analysis and application design were done and also implementation and testing.Tato práce se zabývá tvorbou prototypu aplikace pro platformu Android a Android Wear. Tato aplikace je určena k ovládání domovního systému, takzvaného chytrého domu. Aplikace je spustitelná na mobilním telefonu a také na chytrých hodinkách. V této diplomové práci je popsáno jaké technologie jsou použity, dále jak probíhala analýza a návrh aplikace, realizace a také testování

Lectures with You - Lecture Recordings Conversion into e-Book Format

Tato práce se zabývá převodem záznamu přednášky, uloženém v XML souboru, do formátu EPUB verze 3.0. Výsledný soubor obsahuje přednášené snímky, které jsou doplněny zvukovým výkladem přednášejícího. Řešení je implementováno v jazyce Python.This thesis deals with the transfer record lectures, stored in XML files, to EPUB format (version 3.0). The resulting file includes the reciting images with audio commentary of lecturer. The solution is implemented in Python.

Application for Practicing Rapid Typing Techniques

Tato práce se zabývá technikou nácviku hmatové metody psaní na klávesnici. Na základě této metody je vytvořen výsledný program, jehož snahou je učit uživatele hmatové metodě. Program používá techniku opisu textu bez kurzoru, který by označoval pozici uživatele v textu, a tím se odlišuje od jiných zkoumaných programů. Pro vytvoření reálnější situace opisu se na monitoru zobrazuje fyzický rozměr formátu A4 pokud je to možné. Do programu byl implementován Levenshteinův algoritmus pro porovnávání opisovaných textů. Výsledný program byl rozšířen mezi uživatele a jejich reakce byly zaznamenány a vyhodnoceny.This thesis considers the technique of practicing touch typing method on keyboard. Final program is based on this method and is trying to teach users the touch typing method. Program is using technique of text rewriting without the cursor, which would mark user's position in text. Another programs tested in this thesis are using cursor. To reach more real situation program shows the real physical size of A4 paper format. Program contains Levenshtein distance algorithm to compare source and target string. Final program was distributed to users and their reaction were written down and analysed.

HMI application in S88 standard for cleaning station in food industry

Hlavním tématem této diplomové práce je vytvoření HMI aplikace pro program napsáný v normě S88 s odzkoušením funkce řídicího systému. Úvodní část je věnována struktuře normy S88 s uvedením základních pojmů a popisem návrhu řídicího systému. Další části jsou věnovány popisu technologie CIP stanice, programovému popisu a požadavkům na HMI aplikaci a představení HMI aplikace. Poslední část se zabývá testováním funkce řídicího systému v simulaci.The main theme of this thesis is creating HMI applications for a program written in standard S88 with trying of function control system. The introductory section is devoted to the standard S88 with introduction of the main concepts and description of design control system. Other parts are devoted to the description of the CIP station, a program description and requirements for HMI and introduction of HMI performance. The last part deals with the testing functions of the control system in simulation.
